While I've been to many Dutch Bros., this location is my go-to. Service is prompt and cordial, as you'd come to expect at any Dutch Bro's location. I think my wife and I have tried all their drinks, seasonal and Dutch's faves, limited time, including sugar free options! My personal favorite? A large, iced 9-1-1 or Double Torture, "Gotcha!"

My first time here was on 06/01. Cool concept each team member comes up to your vehicle to take your order. I can see each team member interacting with each other with such a good vibe. I ordered a large Nitro Cold Brew. It tastes really good, I will be back to this location or anyone lane now.

First timer here. The cashier was super sweet, friendly and helpful. She suggested that I try the caramel truffle mocha and it did not disappoint! I only wish there was one in Longview where I live.

I love love love this location. People are always nice and they even remember my drink. They are super quick than starbucks or other Dutch bros I been to. It’s always the highlight of my day.

If you’re tired of the politically powered Starbucks machine go check this place out! This place serves up a great nitro cold brew at a decent price. If you’re looking for fancy non coffee drinks this place is also for you. They have a ton of high calorie coffee like milkshakes if you want those too. If there’s any downside here it’s that they call themselves a coffee shop but don’t serve regular ole coffee. That just seems crazy to me. No pour over and no drip coffee. If you want regular ole coffee gotta get an americano which is not a black coffee. Five stars though cause the staff here is amazing. It’s like the chic-fil-a of coffee places. Keep it up DBs!!

I tried to like this location, but this last visit has me left speechless. I asked for a large iced nitro, lite ice.. mostly because they overloaded it with ice last time.. so I actually wanted coffee this time. I kid you not, they charged me for a large, and handed me a drink barely half way filled.. because I asked for lite ice. I am incredibly flabbergasted by what just happened. Why would I order a large, and not want large coffee? I will not be back to this location. Update 9/10/22: After speaking with Customer Service, I am so happy that companies like Dutch Bros care about their Patrons. I have since been back a couple of times, and my orders have been great. Thank you!!

Love the classic iced Kicker at Dutch Bros and also tried their hazelnut truffle mocha! So glad this location opened. The customer service here is always impeccable, and they never forget to give my dogs their puppucinos!

I moved to Texas from Northern Oregon about 6 or 7 years ago and one of the things I was super upset about leaving was Dutch Bros. So imagine my incredible joy and surprise when I found out that there's one literally 30 minutes from my front door 😃 the customer service is exactly what I remember it being and the drinks are still just as delicious. Starbucks, sorry not sorry, but I think it's time I go back to a coffee place that gets me. ☕

This Plano-Texas Dutch bros location is ok. Sometimes the service can be amazing and sometimes it can be horrible. Location is ok but be careful because most of the time there is wasp, and bee hives. And there is always bee flying around. So be careful if allergic. over all I Give this location 4 stars. Wish it could be 5 stars but given the circumstances. It will be a 4 star review

It was a joy to have such wonderful customer service. I was really happy but since I don't drink coffee I wanted to try breakfast options. Go for the coffee, the lines are long, it must be good but it goes very fast. Just don't go for breakfast. The options are few, just muffin tops and a very tasty looking chewy granola bar. It's all served cold (like out of the fridge cold) and prepackaged. Too much sugar, 72g carb and 18 g of fat for 1 muffin top...wowzers and the granola bar was no better at 60 carbs and 18 grams of fat. So its a sweet shop to visit, great folks, really, but don't go to eat.

First timer here, so I will say that I'll most likely give them another chance. The lady who took my order and the guy serving my coffee made me not give this a 1 star review. I ordered the flapjack breve and my mom ordered the kicker....they are literally THE SAME cup of coffee. There's no flavor difference. We both tasted each other's drink and literally it's just a cup of coffee and milk. We were so excited to come here too. I thought I was crazy at first because I couldn't distinguish any flavor notes...mind you, its supposed to have salted caramel, white chocolate and regular chocolate...so there should be some kind of flavor to it...nope. and the kicker is supposed to be Irish cream...nope. just coffee. And milk. Not happy. But thank you to the kind workers who made me laugh and smile this morning.

I've been here 5 times and ordered the same drink every time; every single time the drink tasted different. It was only good 1/5 times. I can not stand the inconsistency, so I won't be back. This last time my drink was ALL ice, almost as if they doubled the amount of ice that was meant to be in that size drink.

Disgusting on the inside of the store and the employees attitudes weren't any better. Their attitudes reflected what the store looked like dont go
