Really amazing food with high quality drinks. Their smoothies are top tier like amazingly so. It’s all perfectly blended and it’s just the right amount of sweet. I genuinely didn’t think their stuff would taste that good. And don’t get me started on the service. They’re real nice. It’s a nice store and great atmosphere.

I had such a great experience at Jamba Juice! The staff was super friendly and patient, and I really appreciated that they didn’t rush me while I was deciding what to order. Everything was made fresh and tasted amazing. Great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely will be coming back!

I had a great experience in Jamba! The shakes were new, tasty, and prepared in my own liking. The outlet was neat and friendly and the service was excellent. Lara deserves a special mention, as she was most cooperative and friendly, gave great recommendations and saw to it that everything was perfect. The attitude of hers made my visit really pleasant. I would certainly be visiting again!

It was a nice experience this morning. The attendant was helpful, made my smoothie in a quick manner, did not bother me while I was on the phone and wasn’t particularly rude that I was. I did ask for a modification which she was able to do and made sure to double check that I was sure I wanted said modification. She didn’t go above and beyond or anything but was able to provide me with what I needed and didn’t bother me too much. Not particularly engaging.

The prices have changed but the menu board does not reflect the new prices that we were charged at the register. Service here is not the best. Most people here have an attitude and give off that “I’d rather be doing anything but work here kinda vibe”. Quality of the drinks are just okay but often taste worse than ever other Jamba Juice.

3 stars only because she ask for a 5 star rating after I paid and before she ever made my drink or serviced it. Next time only ask for a review after you provide service and product.

sad they closed the old one and this is what replaced it. Poor showing from either the franchisee or the company as a whole. Feels like they’re cutting corners on the product and the service. Edit: I did go to the Jamba off of Stonebrook and my experience was everything that this location lacked
