I ate here for the first time today for a work lunch and really enjoyed it. The restaurant is very clean, spacious and has a lodge theme, complete with a cozy fireplace. The menu has a wide variety of items and they even have tv dinners that you can take home to eat later. There is also a nice outdoor area where you can bring your dog and a really nice bar inside. It's a really cool place!

Lazy Dog is a place tied to great memories for my family & late brother. We got to celebrate my parents Anniversary and were hosted by Charles who was amazing, kind and quick. Bert later came to also check in and was gracious to listen to our story. Love this location and the memories we make there. Food 100/10

Such a Delightful Experience at Lazy Dog! If you’re in the mood for a culinary treat, Lazy Dog is the place to be! The Ahi Tuna Bowl is a tropical vacation for your taste buds, seriously fresh, flavorful, and perfectly paired with a crisp salad. And let’s talk about the candied bacon; a sweet, crunchy delight that literally had our jaw drop, especially seeing they sold it as a side! The Bloody Mary is another star, offering a spicy, savory kick that makes every sip a celebration, garnished perfectly! The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, with outdoor patio seating as well and dog friendly. Dare I must say they have a menu for our four legged friends too! 🥰 With friendly staff that make you feel right at home. Whether it’s a date or a catch-up with friends, this place has the perfect vibes. Don’t miss out on this amazing dining experience! I can’t wait to return for more Ahi Tuna and, of course, that irresistible candied bacon! 🥂✨

Blown away by the AMAZING service at this restaurant. The wait staff is knowledgeable and well trained in customer service. We had a reservation and had no wait time. They seated us promptly and had everything ready for us. The food was good, had a few issues with some items but overall it was a great experience. The friendliness and attention given by the whole team who served us made it worthwhile. Will be back.

We had a wonderful time here! The fish and chips were so good, and so was the shrimp. The chocolate mousse is amazing (we already ate part of it before we remembered to take a picture.) Allen and Jess took great care of us and were very polite and professional. Highly recommend this spot!

We had such a great experience at Lazy Dog! Our server Amber was super friendly and took great care of us, and even the manager Milton came by to check in — both of them were really nice. They surprised us with a free potato chips appetizer, which was a nice touch. The food was awesome, every dish we tried tasted great, and the service was just as good. We’ve been searching for a good bar and restaurant in this area, and while most others felt kind of the same and boring, this place really stood out with its great selection, tasty food, and friendly service. Definitely a new favorite spot!

Stopped in for a late-night happy hour at Lazy Dog and had such a great experience! The Cadillac Margaritas were perfectly balanced with just the right amount of kick, and the salted rim made them extra refreshing. We also ordered the chips and queso—creamy, flavorful, and the chips had a nice crunch with a hint of seasoning that paired perfectly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, even late in the evening, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s the perfect spot to wind down with good drinks and shareable bites. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a happy hour spot!

The way they treat me every time I come here, and especially the quality of the food, is unbeatable!! I always order the black+blue burger with fries on the side, and it’s the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. Favorite spot and highly recommended to come and give your palate and stomach a treat!

We were greeted with such great energy upon entering this location, late night, after a long day of home decorating. The waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious. The restaurant was very clean with a nice open kitchen. They also have a nice patio area for those dining with their fur babies. We were impressed with the service and energy amongst all of the staff. We asked for the manager and commended him on the atmosphere he's helped to cultivate where both service & morale are high.

My best friend and I stopped by for lunch today and the food was AWESOME! Scratch kitchen with fresh food! The manager and staff are VERY attentive and friendly, which was such a relief since it’s my first time here. The watermelon margaritas are a 10/10, I ended up getting the pulled pork sandwich and onion rings. The sauce that comes with the rings is yummy and the sandwich was awesome. She ended up getting the loco moco fried rice, I took a a bite and ended up taking an extra order to go for myself because it’s that good! We usually meet once or twice a month and go out to eat, and this place will def be one of our regular spots from now on!! Shoutout to David for running such an awesome place! ALSO! Dog friendly with a menu for dogs as well :)

Amazing experience at Lazy Dog! Charles was outstanding—super friendly and went above and beyond to explain the menu and suggest great options. The sauces are a must-try, especially the spicy IPA, homemade spicy, and citrus soy sauce. We loved all the appetizers—hush puppies, chicken lettuce wraps, and sushi were delicious. Cocktails were fantastic too—my husband enjoyed the Smoked Maple Bacon Old Fashioned, and I loved the sloshie, especially the Rum Barrel Punch (perfect for National Rum Month!). For mains, the Loco Moco Fried Rice, Pot Roast, and Lemon Pepper Chicken were all flavorful and comforting and big portions. And the desserts—strawberry cake and apple pie ice cream—were the perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend for great food, amazing drinks, and excellent service!

One of my best experiences in Texas! 🇺🇸🍽️ Visiting Lazy Dog was an absolute highlight of my trip to Dallas. The service was exceptional – a big shoutout to Brian for making the experience even better! 👏 I had the bison meatloaf – absolutely fabulous 🦬🔥 – and their craft beers were smooth and refreshing 🍺. As a surprise, they even rewarded me with their special burger with jelly 🍔🍓 – fantastic, simply fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Dallas! 💯❤️

We had a fantastic experience at Lazydog Restaurant, dining indoors with its cozy, rustic vibe and warm lighting. The Thai Noodles were a highlight, bursting with vibrant flavors and perfectly balanced spice. The Mediterranean Chicken was tender and well-seasoned, paired beautifully with fresh veggies. The Tomato Soup was rich and comforting, a great starter. The Chicken Burger was juicy and satisfying, with crisp toppings that added great texture. The Ginger Soy Salmon was cooked to perfection, flaky with a deliciously tangy glaze. Service was friendly and attentive, keeping our table happy and well-cared for. Portions were generous, and the quality matched the fair prices. I’m excited to return and explore more of their creative menu!

Beer Samplers are great and fun to taste different varieties. Devil egg and sweet & spicy pork ribs were fantastic. Loved the umami fries. The Thai noodle bowl was not that good, pretty average taste. Prices are on the higher side for a chain restaurants. Portions are okay. Overall we had a great time at Lazy Dog & .Bar

This restaurant is a real hidden gem for anyone who loves fresh food and warm, welcoming service. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and never rushed us. The flavors were rich, well balanced, and clearly prepared with care. Portions were generous, prices were fair, and the place was clean and well organized. I especially appreciated how the team checked on us and handled special requests politely. I will definitely return and recommend this spot to friends and family.

We had a great time at Lazy Dog in Plano! While our server had a few small hiccups, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everyone we interacted with was kind and welcoming. They even treated us to free appetizers, the garlic parm kettle chips! Pretty good! We also tried the sugar bacon, which was a fun surprise, but not as good as I thought it would be! We were celebrating our Nana’s birthday, and they kindly brought her a dessert. The butter cake was delicious, you really can’t go wrong with that one. We ended up eating every bite of everything we ordered! I had the PB&J burger and it was sooo good, definitely something I’d order again. My partner got the Alfredo, which was also solid. The only miss for our group was the chicken parmesan—it just wasn’t a favorite.

Our first time at Lazy Dog, the atmosphere is warm and cozy. However the food did not meet our expectations. The meat portions are very little and is overloaded with rice, for the high price you pay. The service was incredibly slow, our waitress was never around and finally we had to walk up to another waitress to pay our receipt.

The hostess was very rude. We didn't bring it to the manager's attention but we should have. The waitress was the opposite, she was kind & attentive. The food was food, the place was clean & pretty busy.
