Had from Panera after more then 3 years . There menu options have more no of item and specially for vegetarians . We had ice coffee which was perfect bitter how we like . Had a corn chowder soup loaded with veggies and tomato caprese sandwich which was very fresh and we packed as to go too because by mistake we ordered full of sandwich and soup. Had sandwich after 5-6 hours but still it was very juicy .

Very delicious food. I always get their creamy tomato soup and its always the best choice. Tried Panera bread mac and cheese and its the best. It came very hot so be careful taking first bite.

Awesome as usual! We had lunch here. Ordered Mediterranean veggie sandwich, Napa almond chicken sandwich with 10 vegetable soup. All the food items were great. We sat outside the cafe.

This location was convenient, with plenty of parking and good seating inside and a few tables outside. We also liked the two ordering kiosks - they were easy to use and the pictures helpful, though there was slight confusion about how the food would come out as there was no buzzer. The food was also delicious though one came out initially without the side and the sandwiches were switched for two of ours. They were easily rectified though.

I had just a drink ordered for rapid pick-up and received an email that my order was ready. It is totally fine to provide an empty cup on the counter so I can fill the drink myself upon arrival. At the minimum, please ensure the ordered drink readied is available at the dispenser before that email. The idea of rapid pick-up is a quick grab and go, not wait for the drink to be prepared and dispenser to be replenished after arriving. This is the first time I encountered this over numerous visits, but thought it would be good to remind to keep up with the quality of service.

Ordered the brown nothing but a smal spoon of soup all all bread we don't have one in corpus christi texas so finally decided to try it so disappointed 🙃 I think that's why corpus don't have one never again 🙃 😑

I loved my Broccoli cheddar soup and my chicken sandwich but when I got to my fruit, I noticed there was white fuzzy mold growing in it and well considering I had to pay extra for my fruit and then having to throw it out was a little upsetting… please next time just check before just sending out? Other than that everything else was good

Being from St Louis (where Panera is from) I’ve always loved their food. But the portion sizes keep getting smaller and the prices keep getting higher. I paid $21 for a “group” order of soup that was supposed to serve 4. It was 2 servings at best so $10/serving. When I opened the bag, I was certain they gave me half the soup and was wondering where’s the other container? In a separate order I got Mac and cheese for $9 and it looked like a “side” of mac and cheese not a meal. Food is good, prices and portion sizes are WAY off

While waiting in line, the manager who is taking orders starts griping out an employee where everyone can hear so that was a little awkward. When we get to the front, someone else takes our order while the manager pulls her hair back. She doesn't wash her hands, puts on gloves and starts preparing orders. I did not like that one bit, but did not want to say anything for obvious reasons. When the food arrived I was very upset. The sandwich I received was cut in half and the half's were completely different sizes. One being very small. This is completely understandable, but the poor quality control can not be forgiven. I did not even receive slices of avocado...just smears. Pinches of meat, tons of blank areas. Looks nothing like what I was expecting. I received a refund and never went back.

I would give 0 stars. The lady that was preparing food did not have gloves on and when I asked how can she make food without gloves, she grabbed one that fill on the floor and she started to make my sandwich with that dirty glove. I complained to her manager and then she started to speak in Spanish with anger she through the food and the dirty glove. I pick to eat in Panera because I trusted their hygiene standards but that trust was broken today.

I visited this Panera location on October 18, 2025 at about 8:19 a.m. After placing my order I asked to add a side of bacon. The employee said “no,” and when I asked if it could be added to my previous order she said she couldn’t. I asked what I should do, and she told me I’d need to order something else, then get the bacon. When I asked for the manager (Carolina), she replied in a rude manner, telling me to “Google it” when I asked for the corporate number. I was disappointed by the poor customer service and would appreciate better training for how add-ons and manager interactions are handled.

Tell me why this is the banana I was handed, I literally only ordered a banana and they thought this was edible and OK, After confronting them, they immediately got me a banana that was yellow,,,, Like how hard is it to Control food quality.
