We had a great time at Starbucks Reserve at Legacy West. There was a short line, but the drinks were ready quickly and despite being busy, we were still able to find seating for the four of us. I ordered both the Oleato Iced Shaken Oatmilk and the Clover Rwanda. Both were fantastic. I really wish they would make the Oleato a nationwide feature so I can have it more often. I would compare this Reserve to a similar Starbucks you can find anywhere, but with a few added featured coffee options. If you’ve been to the Reserve in Chicago or Portland, it doesn’t compare. This is single story and similar size to most Starbucks. Still a lot of fun and great coffee! Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a unique Starbucks coffee selection.

10! Must give your local Starbucks Reserve a try! The flavor of my Reserve Microblend 21 coffee was so smooth!!! My Barista was super knowledgeable and friendly too. Definitely a more upscale Starbucks vibe. My friend absolutely love her drink! Creamy, smooth and delightful! Cheers!!!

A friendly and unbelievably fast service is offered. It is a place where you can enjoy a great design, drink coffee, chat with your friends and work in a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it. I wish the number of reserved starbucks to increase.

I think the most prominent feature that distinguishes it from other Starbucks is that they exhibit Decor and Coffee beans. Of course, excellent service that is not available in Starbucks franchise branches. A great location for coffee lovers, students and business meetings. I always prefer Mocha. I really haven't found the flavor of that sauce anywhere else until now. I look forward to the opening of Starbucks Reserve in New Jersey.

I was impressed that their indoor seating was closed. The staff all wore masks and were taking temps of incoming employees. They got my order right and were delightfully attentive. I don’t like the reserve locations best. UPDATE: returned for second morning- even nicer staff!

Good service and friendly baristas. My drink tasted great. It can get a bit crowded sometimes, but overall a solid Starbuck

I live in Legacy West so I’m not gonna pretend like I’m not gonna keep coming here. But the service is consistently pretty not great. Which is overshadowed by how good the location and ambience is. Will come again!

Not a bad experience. I think the place was nice and clean and up to par for what you would expect to see in Starbucks. There were a lot of customers and they seemed to handle them well and in a timely manner. We got the iced banana something (it was cold) and grande white chocolate mocha.

Honestly, this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been. Maybe because it’s more on a high end area but the atmosphere is amazing and I think they have more drink options than other places. Overall 4.5 for everything ☺️ .5 off because I tried this new drink which I didn’t enjoy much. NGL i got it for the aesthetic 😄

Starbucks continues to treat IN-STORE Customers as third-class citizens. Mobile orders are routinely prioritized over IN-STORE Customers that must wait for 20-30 minutes, waiting for 20 mobile orders to be made before an in-store beverage can be made. This has continued far too long at too many stores across the United States. I'm simply finished with bad, bad, customer service. Time to find a new coffee company.

The lady who took my order was very rude. Didn’t say hi or thank you. She glared at me as I was trying to get my Starbucks app to work. I do not recommend this location to anyone

People come here for their coffee. Their morning pep, but when you come and one of the workers assumes you don't belong because of how you talk or your color then that's when we cross the line. How can Starbucks have someone so hateful working for them?

Very disappointed with this Starbucks I’ve come here for so many years and what happened last night was truly disappointing. My mom was feeling nauseous and not well, with many people in the line I asked one of the baristas if they could really quickly make me an ice cold water telling them my mom was sick. A rude lady acted like I was stupid and said there was a line. Shocking coming from a Starbucks reserve rude service!!!!!!!

Really sad that I come to this location just about every day and get the same thing. Today, my drink was half full which was a bummer for a $7-$8 drink. So, I sent my associate back to fix the problem and they send back the exact same amount of latte (Half full) and I am so frustrated because this never happens when I get this drink. Please train your staff to be consistent with the level of product you sell to your customers. This can/will make you lose business.
