De visita a Plasencia nos dijeron unos amigos k fuéramos a comer allí porque estaba muy bien y no se ekivocaron. La comida estupenda y la atención, mucho mejor. La chica k nos atendió, M. Vi, fue super amable y nos aconsejó de maravilla.
Que llegues a última hora y te dejen comer es digno de reseñar. Siempre que trabajo en Plasencia como menú del día aquí. Literalmente encendieron las luces del comedor para mí solo.

We had a celebratory meal for about 150 people after our canoeing trip. The location was excellent, with plenty of parking. The food was delicious (rice and braised pork cheeks), both in quantity and quality, and the price per set menu was very competitive. Maria, the manager, was a delight, always attentive to the guests and the service. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night to visit Plasencia, and it was a great choice. The room was fine, the restaurant had a good menu, and the location was just a five-minute drive from the city center. For the price, it's a great place for a short stay.

We were there last week, with a group of 50 people having lunch, based on a menu we had pre-arranged with them! WHAT A GREAT DEAL! Delicious food, well prepared and plated, LOVELY service, and a wonderful dining room. Plus, it was so cool! Thanks to Pilar and her team... The menu we booked was: Manchego ratatouille with fried egg and oxtail... DELICIOUS!
We were a large group and everything was delicious. We had a set menu, but a couple of people didn't like what was on offer, and they readily offered us alternatives, which was much appreciated. The service was good and friendly.

¿Es normal que un café cueste 1,70 en un lugar así? No sé, me cuesta entenderlo. Es un bar, si me permiten el término, tirando a cutre y en una especie de polígono industrial.
The staff were very attentive and friendly. No complaints there. The rooms were very outdated and old. And the worst part was that there was a party on the terrace (it was a Saturday...) and we couldn't sleep until it was over because we could hear the noise in the room. We had just come from a long motorcycle trip, in 43ºC heat, and we needed to rest...
Room was not bad. But restaurant was very dirty and service really slow.

They're advertised at a good price, but then they tell you it's unavailable and ask for the most expensive one. It's not a one-off mistake, because after I contacted them about it, they haven't quoted me a price yet (8 hours have passed and the ad is still up).
We were freezing in the room; the heat pump wasn't working and there were no extra blankets. Breakfast with toast, olive oil, tomato, and fresh juice cost €6. Expensive. The staff were friendly.
I called in the afternoon to ask about the New Year's Eve menus. A waiter answered the phone but wouldn't let me speak. He told me to call back in the morning, that he wasn't there to take calls, and that he didn't know anything about my question. Anyway.
