The flavors at Amorino are amazing. The Lime and Basil was so refreshing, and the Hazelnut was really creamy. I also loved the Pear and Hibiscus, which was a great combination. The worker, Alejandro, was very helpful and let me try a bunch of different flavors before I picked my favorites. The portion was huge and I will definitely be back again!
The gelato was amazing and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much to Alejandro for his flavor recommendations and great customer service!!
Tue lime gelato is incredible
The ice cream creations are delicious and almost too pretty to eat - even after the third time that we’ve returned here. Also amazing service by Alejandra y Seydie!
Fabian was so awesome!!! Took extra special care crafting our cones shaping our gelato into rose petals OMG so bonita!!

Nadia treated us great November one, all souls day! She was friendly from the beginning to the very end, even though it was super busy. She gave us great service. The food was delicious, especially the gelato and the pan de Muerte
This was my first time visiting. Alejandro was very helpful, an kind. Loved that you are able to sample. I was given a sample of pistachio, just loved it . It was also great that you are able to have more than one flavor. So many flavors. An sooooo tasty an delicious 😋. Wonderful experience.
One of our favorite gelato spots in the city! Consistently delicious and the service is impeccable. I love how patient they are when I ask to try multiple flavors. Lol

What an amazing experience! I didn’t even know you could have gelato on top of a crepe!! Three flavors and a topping! Mine were not that beautiful in color because I chose caramel, pistachio, and the pretty mango, with a pistachio drizzle, which made for a bit of a brown breakfast, but it was every bite an explosion of flavor!! Cappuccino was equally delicious! Don’t miss this air conditioned, delightful spot!
Amazing ice cream!! One of the best one i had in my life! I wish there were one in Quebec! You need to stop if you are in playa del carmen, perfect way to end your night. Fabian was super nice and let us taste all the flavors!!
Amorino has some seriously delicious desserts—from gelato ice cream to waffles and crepes with gelato, everything was so good! One of our favorite parts was the little play area for toddlers—our son had such a great time, he didn’t want to leave! The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the space has high ceilings with a relaxed, uncrowded vibe. Definitely a sweet spot to chill and enjoy a treat!
The staff was very friendly and tried to understand my broken Spanish. I ordered 3 flavours, the mango gelato was especially delicious.
One of the best pistachio ice cream is sold here. The first time I went there, the only flavor that was out of stock was the pistachio. Went there the second day and had a kiddie size. It was awesome. Went the third day and had the big size and asked for pistachios on top. Hands down my regular spot every time I'm going to playa. Highly recommended, and they let you try samples before you buy.
Its very expensive, but extremely delicious. I 100% recommend hazelnut flavor if you like that kind of nuts, if not there is an excellent variaty of different flavors, not the usual ones. The staff is extremely friendly.
Best Icecream. Wonderful flavours.
Portions are tiny but it’s high quality premium icecream. Flavors use real coconut, pistachio, etc. expensive by Mexican standards. Same price as US and Canada. Really good location right by one of the most lively parts of town so you can enjoy some delicious icecream while soaking it in. Service is average at best, cold, not very friendly.
Good but totally overpriced. The petal-shaped presentation looks nice, bit just means you get way less ice-cream than with normal scoops. That being said, the quality is really good
First of all, ice cream in the high humidity of Mexico is never a recipe for something good. You want to hope that at least inside the branch the air conditioner will work well and allow you to enjoy the ice cream, but that doesn't happen either. Relatively expensive for the prices of ice creams in the area. Apart from the flower gimmick, there was no unusual experience
