Glad to be back. This is my first time for breakfast and it's great! The portions are generous, healthy eating, pleasant seating outside and friendly.

Best food I’ve ever had, calm and friendly atmosphere, food actually tastes real, definitely recommend!

Though it does not have a lot of seating, the food is amazing. It's also super close to the beach so you can always count on a scenic walk afterwards.

Amazing food! Order inside at the counter and seat yourself in or out. Breakfast burrito, salsa, potatoes, and blueberry banana pancakes are all delicious!

Awesome saucesome! The ladies in here were so nice. My gf and I got the apricot jelly?filling?jam? packed croissant which was to die for. Bacon breakfast burrito was stuffed with deliciousness, and came with a little side of salsa. 10/10 experience. No wait, I meant 5/5 ⭐️!

Not a shabby little spot to have a breakfast! 🥞 For my first impression, I dig the menu which I look forward to try in the near future. The Korean lady was super nice (Anayeoung Haseoyou) 🇰🇷 brought me my plain looking but delicious meal 😋 The bacon was excellent. It had it sweet fatty spots and crunch 🥓 Eggs will be eggs 🍳 Potatoes with Cholula went well 🥔 Just the right amount of butter and the Rye toast was perfect 🍞 I love that you can grab any condiments for your meal too 🥫 Oh and the coffee, I had quite a worldwide of options! From Mexican 🇲🇽 medium roast all the way to Vienna medium roast 🇦🇹 The feel at home look makes it a great experience

Some places, for whatever reason, really have me connected to the universe in a way that is profound. Cafe Milan is one of those places. I always find myself more introspective here. I feel like I am most myself here. And when you are most yourself you are more creative, more loving, more forgiving, etc. Just the best you you can be at that specific moment and time. When I am writing outside in what is essentially a parking lot that borders a small highway, I find the words just pour out of me. When I am thinking, I find the thoughts flow clearly. When I have a hard life decision to make, I come here to think on it while demolishing my plate filled with sausage, eggs, potatoes, and sourdough toast. The energy here is just so calm and restoring. You will likely read this and think this dude is absolutely nuts for writing this in a Google review lol. That's completely fair. But, my dear reader, I will respond with this: "The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do" -Me Their breakfast burrito SLAPS too.

Best homemade soup on the west side. Strange to think a coffee shop would serve the best soup. But they do. They serve one kind a day and it's always something worthwhile. I typically order ToGo, it takes 10 minutes for the food to be ready. Breakfast croissant sandwiches are killer. Loaded with bacon, cheddar, scrambled egg, avocado and a slice of tomato. They serve legit kirkland brand almond milk and soy milk for their non-dairy options. Their coffee is strong. Lots of organic tea options. Excellent fruit, too. This place is not one to skimp on your meal. Local beach vibes. You'll see groups of people gather who live in the area. Free wifi :)

Friendly, fast, and tasty! Had a cold brew which was strong and delicious, and eggs Benedict for breakfast the hollandaise Sauce was non traditional, as I could taste the rosemary in it. Seating was limited and we had to scrounge up some chairs to get to our table. Outdoor seating out on sidewalk, but only had sun umbrellas over a couple of tables so the sun gets hot.

A friend recommended to meet here for coffee. Covid19 precautions are in place; more or less. Coffee Latte is about $6 (including tips). Coffee Latte and soup of the day cost about $9 as of february 2022. My split pea soup was surprisingly delicious. Usually, I’m not a big fan of split pea. However the taste was really well-rounded and the carrots added sweetness to it.

Love this little cafe in my neighborhood of Playa del Rey! Food is consistently good, and the staff are helpful and kind. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I haven't tried much of their lunch items, but the breakfast burrito and blueberry banana pancakes are awesome! They serve good coffee also.

My Omelette w. Feta Cheese and other items ordered were all delicious. We ate outside so that our dog could join us, since it was sunny and warm. Customers passing or sitting nearby were friendly, weren't disturbed with some wanting to meet our dog. The restaurant is pet friendly and provides metal bowls to customers for food or water. Nice dining atmosphere.

I have been coming to order this wonderful breakfast because it has been consistently delicious as well as affordable. The locals in the surrounding marina community come there regularly for great breakfast and lunch. Definitely worth visiting and giving them a try. Bon appetite.

Great breakfast/brunch food - especially the bagel sandwiches. Exceptionally, phenomenal coffee and very polite and friendly staff. During the peak hours, it can get packed pretty quickly because it's kind of small, so you might want to consider take-out during those times. However, this location does have a very positive atmosphere so it's nice to eat here if you can.

Great sandwiches and soups. They're also pretty quick about it if you're trying to take the meal to go. The issue is the parking is very limited and this little square gets packed so hopefully you're lucky, otherwise, prepare for a walk.

Good breakfast burrito. Good bagels. Tasty eggs. Cooked just tight. Sweet lady owns the shop. Got AC now just in time for summer. Close to kids park and playground. Short walk to beach.

Good unpretentious food served counter style. Nothing fancy but inexpensive and quick.the coffee is suprisingly good. The fruit simple but fresh.

First time ever here. Enjoyed the BEST hamburger I've had in L.A. We will be back to work our way through the menu.

Secret little spot in Playa del Rey. I like that you can bring your pooch and eat with them in the patio. That's pretty cool. On to the food. I did what everyone else recommended and got their breakfast burrito. It was great. And it wasn't one of those burritos where they put too much cheese in it. It was the delicious kind. We also ordered their croissant sandwich. That was good too. The croissant was nice and buttery. This is a great spot. I will be back. I'm excited about trying other things on their menu. Parking: they have their own parking lot shared with a bunch of other stores. There was plenty of parking when we went, but that was a nice rainy day. It probably gets more packed on a regular sunny weekend.

It comes with two additional ingredients of your choice besides eggs. It was decent enough but the environment and staff are super friendly. Very relaxing.

Instead of receiving two slices of toast with a $20 basic breakfast, they now only give one, as was evident during my visit. I understand that expenses are up, but I was shocked that they are now saving money by reducing the toast from two slices to one for a $20 breakfast. Thats just weird! I'll probably go somewhere else next time for a full-sized breakfast.

The coffee is awful, it doesn't taste like coffee at all.

Second time in a row I asked for runny eggs in my Eggs Benedict and bacon instead of ham. Last time the eggs were NOT runny this time same thing, only today I get not bacon but bacon bits. My last visit here thank you. I live in Venice and see hungry homeless people everywhere so I never waste food by sending bad orders back. But twice is enough.

We walked in and stood by the counter to order some coffee but it didn't seem that the person who was behind the counter interested in serving us. He kept moving dishes and put things away. Good luck !
