Went to this Dairy Queen the girl at the window had the worst attitude. My bf got a cone dipped in chocolate and asked for a bowl/cup to put it in and the girl literally rolled her eyes for a long time. And my blizzard was melted and not what I ordered I wanted Oreo brownie blizzard and she gave me just Oreo melted blizzard. Wanted to go back but had just drove into town n wanted to get to our room.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal and I only got fries & the toast no chicken strips lol when I went up to let them know they started yelling at me & the coworkers! Customer service was so unprofessional. Not coming here again. The lady that’s the cook is very unprofessional.

I ordered a frosted cookie blizzard with extra cookies and got ice cream in a cup instead. I paid $6 for ice cream in a cup. I called back and the manager argued with me and did not apologize. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t do it and that I had already left the store and it was my fault. Who ever is working there as a manager needs to be fired.I would like to talk to the owner about this horrible manager that was working in 04/28/24 @1:10 p.m.

This place was so rude to my grandma. She went up there for the $.85 blizzards only to be told they do not participate in it, thats fine, we know that not all locations participate in certain deals and advertisements. While waiting for the ice cream we learned that in order to get the $.85 blizzard, you have to order it in the app. No big deal. When my grandma asked the lady if she could just order in the app, the lady ignored her and charged her $11 and some change. The point is, don’t be so rude and unhelpful about your establishment. We don’t work there so we aren’t familiar with the small print. Educate the people that are bringing you business and be nice about it or get out of the customer service industry.

So I stop by the drive-thru today what a horrible experience, I waited for about 12 minutes at the speaker just so I can take my order, after placing the order it seem like they couldn't comprehend what I was saying better staffing is needed. customer service skills are a joke. I don't even understand how this business is open to the public.

To the owner!!!! If I pay for a medium!!! I want a medium! Not the quantity of a small. Any and every Dairy Queen that I’ve ever been to when they get done making a blizzard the ice cream is coming over the top this is how my ice cream was given to me??? Really? One of those places that try to give you less but take more. Definitely won’t be back here

Bad food, lousy service and everyone who came in after me got their food before me. The manager said oh you had the big order. No I did not. I had 2 hunger users and a taco salad, not a big order. Evefything we got was cold and the mint shake had nooooo mint, it tasted like gun vanilla soft serve. Sad and still hungry.

I went through the drive thru to place my order, ended up having to go inside to pour my own unsweet tea because they gave me sweet twice. Opened my sandwich to find this mess. When I called to ask for a refund the manager said that I would need to return the food for a refund. Had I still been in town, I would have, but I was already on my way to work out of town. I guess y’all need the $11 more than I do so you can go ahead and keep it. Needless to say we will NEVER return.

We've been here twice and both times we ordered the chicken strip basket. The chicken was warm at best and the gravy was like jello. Both times we had to ask for fresh gravy. Don't know if they are lazy or just think that this is how the food is supposed to be served.
