I love these people! I’ve been coming over a ton during winter break, and the drinks are always good and the people are always kind. Today, I was working and the shift lead (I need to learn his name), gave me a free iced latte (my exact order)! This place is definitely a great space to work and take a breather when you need it!

Planta is bright and cozy! I enjoyed the upbeat music playing in the coffee house while we enjoyed our lattes and sandwiches. We ordered oat vanilla lattes and the salmon on focaccia and bacon egg and cheese on brioche. The food came out quickly and everything was fresh. We’ll be back!

As a lifelong Pleasanton resident, glad to see Planta added to the downtown landscape. Owners clearly took a keen eye to details and great design. Staff is welcoming and atmosphere is up lifting. Coffee is great, food is great and the empanadas are a fun option. Deli/Sandwich options look delicious and will be coming back to try it with friends. Excited to have a new spot, especially with unique options, in Pleasanton and downtown.

Planta is a great breakfast/brunch/lunch addition to downtown Pleasanton. They are at the corner of Main St and Spring St in a tenant space that's been vacant for years. They have solid pastry options (specifically the empanadas) and a decent coffee selection. You can't go wrong with visiting Planta after a good sweat session at Schubox Athletics next door!

The girls who work here are so sweet! I ordered two smoothies and realized afterward that I needed a dietary modification. When I called them, they offered to make two new drinks, no questions asked! Will definitely be coming back.

Your go to spot for great coffee, sandwiches, and empanadas. Friendly service too.

Planta is in a really cute spot in the heart of Pleasanton. The staff were very warm and friendly. I felt like the lattes were a little mild on the flavor syrups, but they were decent quality and enjoyable. The breakfast sandwich was also decent. It’s a solid spot to grab a coffee if you’re in the area.

Matcha is not good, they need to re-craft their recipe.

Very bad matcha, I kept getting clumps and it was a complete waste of money. If you can’t make it, don’t offer it. I would’ve much rather tried a coffee.
