The place is overall decent, but the experience wasn't entirely satisfying. The quality of the products served leaves much to be desired: both the chocolate and the cream were prepackaged, with a lackluster, unrefined flavor. Furthermore, the staff wasn't particularly friendly or attentive to customers, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

Mediocre food arrived after 55 minutes. I only ordered three cups of milk and a hot chocolate with a small slice of pizza that was in the display case. The milk arrived half-warm, and so did the pizza. Terrible place, I'll never come back.

Food ok, service quite slow (we had to go up and find a waiter for basic things such as more water), my wine glass was dirty but I decided to clean it myself rather than with 15 minutes to attract a waiter's attention. Said they had no tap water (charged us for "still" water) which my daughter saw them filling from a tap.🤔

We arrived unpretentious as a group of 11, but once we showed up at the door and were greeted by the waitress, the owner behind the counter told us not to waste time and send us away, and to try again in half an hour, in an annoyed and rude tone. Unfortunately, as I walked around the bar, I saw many tables that could potentially seat 4 or 5 people, but only two were occupied. We'll try again next year, perhaps to change our opinion and review. Happy New Year, ma'am!

I've been all over Italy, but I've never seen a place or service like this. The guy serving us swore and cursed every now and then. He didn't understand what we were saying, and instead of asking again, he sent the order, which obviously arrived wrong. It's a shame because the place is very beautiful.

I had lunch here with my family. Overall, the place isn't bad, and the food was decent. What I didn't like was that, once the food was brought, the waiter insisted on immediate payment. When I said, "Okay, I'll pay by card," he replied that the portable POS wasn't working and that I should get up, go across the street, and pay inside. Only when I pointed out to the waiter that, by wasting all this time, my dish would become cold and inedible, was I told I could pay later. Now, that's something I just can't accept. Add to this the fact that, after the bill had already been calculated, when I went to pay, the owner recalculated the bill and added 1 euro because I'd asked for ketchup because one sandwich was too dry. All this with terrible manners and an arrogance I've rarely encountered before, because in all this, when recalculating the bill, the lady also got the total wrong. What can I say, if I were to return to Ponte di Legno a hundred more times, I would never set foot in this place again.

I'm giving it 1 star because it's the best. Terrible service. When they took our order, the waiter didn't ask if we wanted an aperitif, so not knowing, we asked for drinks and what we could eat. He told us there was nothing left to eat, but then we saw customers who sat down after us being served cold cuts, etc. We asked at the counter for an explanation, and instead of apologizing for not telling us we needed an aperitif, they rudely told us we couldn't ask for food if we only ordered 1 water and 1 tonic. Shame on you.
