Worst service should shut business down, They would not remake a melted blizzard they handed to me! Made me wait in line and then state that the ice cream was runny. Waste of time. Employees with nasty long nails spilling ice cream all over the place. Disgusting site to watch. What a shame careless employees and unsanitary!

I come here every Thursday , they always have their Dairy Queen sign off trying to let people not come thinking they are closed. Sometimes they even get my orders wrong! I always come home to getting my order wrong. Even sometimes they are rude to us giving off an attitude I will not accept this. Get better.

I was there yesterday and the things I saw. The manager was playing with someone overeat that she made before sending it out to drive through. A customer had to ask for b his order that they had sitting out at least 10 min and his other order wasn't ready. And for me. I had gotten a bad reaction from the Nachos that I order. It made me swell up and induce my asthma as well plus the service was very r y poor at th I s restraint. Will not go back here ever again need to get new management and crew as well plus they was wearing no gloves wow

Just a trashy DQ with lousy service. Asked for more gravy for my steak finger basket. She wanted to charge me .50 for another container. I asked if I she could just fill mine up, or do they come only 1/2 full, she said they don't fill them up and they only come half full. i've never had a half cup and she certainly should have made it right. it's not 50 cents, it's the principle of the matter.. because one of the lazy over paid unskilled clowns can't do their job of filling the cups properly. look at every picture on line of DQ gravy, they are all full, this girl needs training. 😡😡😡

Put my order in and waited Jaci A commence to start cleaning a very dirty area at counter mine you Ice Cream and other items that are Consumed to spray the area and scrubbed with wire broom and swept the area leaving the trash in the middle of the floor, dirty mop and floor and trash without washing her hands she proceeded to give me my order which she was suppose to close. I told her to not touch my order and the MANAGER which is seeing her do all of these things and didn't Remind her you don't clean and spray around Food. I see why You All are Closing Stores. That is just Filthy

This is by far my worst experience at DQ in port Arthur tx. The staff consist of high school kids using profanity and cooking in a filthy kitchen area. They’re using their headsets to communicate and hold unprofessional conversations about their personal lives. They were making fun of another employee who was off today. I am very disappointed in their staff. As a parent especially as a black person I really dislike seeing this. Very disgusting DQ

Street sign Lights as well as the order boards lights were off at 8. I pull up anyway because they don’t close until 10. Lights off on the outside gives impression that store is closed. Which is definitely the way the night employees want it to seem. Also when ordering, I was greeted as if I was bothering them. They were busy looking back and forth at each other. And got the order wrong.

Dairy Queen in Port Arthur is the worst ever. I ordered a chocolate dip cone, regular cone, steak fingers country basket and a cup of vanilla with strawberry. I decided i wanted to change it to Oreo. Paid at the window the employee told us to pull to the front waited 12 minutes. Employee came out and our cones were in a cup, my strawberry supposedly Oreo didn't have s lid on it. The ice doesn't look like what it's suppose too it just looks sloppy. Disappointed this is why I decided not to go to the one in Port Arthur, Tx the other Dairy queen are way much better!

The most disrespectful experience I ever had and I wasn't even there to eat for myself... the lady upfront, short and black, she has to go. If your having a bad day that's cool but don't take it out on customers. I am working as well. My order was in the window ready to grab and go but instead I catch attitude... I respectfully asked everyone before me if they had been helped, including 3 older lady's before me. My order was made before the order being taken when I showed. I called back and get hung up on. I asked for her supervisor and I get laughed at. I dare anyone to watch this staff work and eat ... and I'm sure the lady who had the attitude was a manager on front line serving orders. SM*H. Your losing a lifetime worth of business in the long run. Even if it's $20.00 a week... x4 (a month) x12 (a year), x10 (a decade).... Cooks were cool... guests were cool.... front line cashier and possible manager... she was not cool. Thanks for the warning. I know not to return as a guest now.

Aggressive customer service the shift manager DUI threatened to give me a refund for not pulling around hollering at me when I never raised my voice no need to scream at me numerous times . And the burger presentation was horrible grease soaked the paper looked like it just been slapped together .
