The Kentucky fried chicken 😄 Whenever you get fed up with the all inclusive hotel food, you are welcomed here to knock yourself out. (Or if you come from Norway, where they don't have these guilty pleasures).. I could get beer instead of Pepsi in the bucket, I wasn't familiar with this choice elsewhere. Free toilets not much distant from beach.

Kfc alcudia. Clean and tidy, only one staff working could of done with two. But other wise it was good. Mix bucket 2 fries and two drinks €18.

Se nota que es una casena de restaurantes rapidos. El servicio es bastante flojo, suele estar bastante sucio. Lo que es lo peor, son los lavabos. Antiguos y muy pero exactamente sucios. Varias veces abri la puerta del lavabo y sali corriendo sin entrar. Un olor a pipi desagradable, sucio, pipi por el suelo…. Por otro laso las mesas suelen estar bastante sucios, si la gente que acaba de comer no lo lleva a tirar sus restos de comida, el personal tarda mucho en recogerlo. Pero: hay que decir las cosas buenas tambien! La comida lo preparan con mucho delicadeza y ganas. Si se equivocan, sin ningún problema te lo cambian, ye piden disculpas educadamente. Si descargas su aplicación de movil, obtienes ofertas bastante buenas.

The chicken was cold and didn't have much taste. Little Disappointing compared to UK KFC's. I got one of the wraps from there and got 2 very thin pieces of chicken where there was more coating than there was meat. And my partner got some of the cheese fries as part of his meal which paid extra for and basically got half the portion size to the normal fries I got with my meal and was cold too. Very poor experience

The chicken was nice and juicy, the breading was crunchy. However, the flavour that I am used to wasn't there. It was bland. The spicy chicken was ok, again, lacked the flavour typical of a KFC chicken. It was quite disappointing. Anyway, staff we nice and service was quick. Free on-street parking.

Decent experience. Have eaten a few times before in KFC in Spain, this was pretty similar. The menu is in Spanish and I don't exactly know what they are even serving in KFC, be it in Spanish or English (I'm Finnish). The cashier tried to explain but no use, then she showed me the grill what those are and I said "yeah just put both" or something, so a bit difficult. But the place was decently clean, and overall okay fast food dining.

Hoy tenía ganas de comer una hamburguesa en KFC, pero después de ver el estado del lugar me sentí muy mal; había suciedad por todas partes, como se puede ver en la foto, tienen que mejorar.

Desde hace bastante tiempo hemos venido a comer a este local de kfc. Las últimas 4 veces que hemos venido (incluyendo hoy) siempre ha faltado pollo de la receta original y hemos tenido que esperar hasta 30 minutos para recibir nuestro pedido. Un día con mucha gente , puede pasar. Pero las últimas 4 veces han sido momentos sin mucha gente y tranquilos. Las vitrinas estaban llenas de pollo crujiente, pero de receta original no había ninguna. Hecho el pedido desde la máquina (un cubo de 6 piezas receta original) nos informan desde la barra de la falta piezas de receta original , y si las queremos cambiar por las piezas de pollo crujientes. Después de esperar 25 minutos por nuestro pedido(de nuevo) nos han llegado las piezas de pollo más pequeñas( alitas, muslo y pecho) secas y casi incomibles (creo que ni eran de receta original). Por suerte las 2 piezas de contra muslo se salvaban… Con nuestro pedido venían 2 ensaladas (con hojas en mal estado). Una pena de haber tenido estas malas experiencias en este local. No volveremos

Siendo empleada en un KFC me ha parecido una falta de respeto como hemos sido timada mi familia y yo. Hemos ido con toda la fe del mundo, hemos pedido ( se puede ver en el ticket lo pedido). Nos dicen que tienen pollo crujiente para 3 cubos, no 4, aceptamos a cambiarlo a original para ahorrarnos la espera porque no nos molestaba. Al ir a llevarnoslo vemos que nos falta un cubo, le repetimos el pedido al chico y lo “corrige” dándonos 1 cubo más. Al llegar a casa nos encontramos con que nos han puesto 2CUBOS de 12 alas, cuando habiamos pedido solo uno y uno de los cubos de piezas, vienen con 3 tiras y 3 piezas en vez de 6 piezas. Esto ha ocurrido cuando eramos 2 clientes en el local, con calma y sin ningún tipo de presión. Si esto es así en un día así, no me quiero imaginar los días que se llena. No volvimos a reclamar porque no vivimos cerca del local. Una vergüenza.

Después de 24 años que voy de vez en cuando a comer es la primera vez que me sirven un twister grande el cual daba vergüenza e incluso me acerqué a la barra a enseñárselo y decirle que me habían puesto el pequeño y no el grande a lo cual se giró a preguntarle al cocinero y sin mirar le dijo que era el grande …!!! Adjunto foto con dos alitas para comparar que incluso son el doble de anchas que los dos pedacitos de pollo!! Ya que cada uno opine…

Las tiras de pollo recalentada y fritas en aceite usado, las patatas igual, el puré de patatas, la máquina no funcionaba, el sabor malisimo, la atención mala, me ponían cosas que no pedí.

I would ask everyone to not visit this restaurant. The fries were seasoned like i would have used all my season in the kitchen. The chicken crust tasted like it was fried in very old oil, that was the only taste. The tables were dirty. Very weird place, we felt sick after the food.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever visited. There’s no proper system for taking orders or queueing, which creates confusion. The meal was served cold, similar to a lukewarm delivery which is completely unacceptable when dining in. I would not recommend this location.

We went after work at 11:30pm. We were told there were only 3 pieces of chicken left and the kitchen was closed. If you advertise to be open from midday to midnight you are open at 11:30 pm! Many other people were also turned away. They should lose the franchise! We went to Burger King in the end. Not a way to run a business in a busy tourist zone.

A very disappointing experience - DO NOT USE! KFC claim their secret chicken coating recipe is the same the world over: whichever country you visit, KFC is exactly the same as your local store. What utter nonsense! The two large baskets of fried chicken we ordered for our group were nothing like the traditional seasoning KFC boast about. The coating was more like a batter than a seasoning -;fatty, soggy and tastless. Our chicken was inedible and I will never use KFC outside the UK again. The restaurant itself was dirty - tables unclean and full of debris, litter and rubbish all over the floors, bins overflowing. KFC need to get their act together in a big way. The company should be ashamed to offer up such rubbish food.
