Las paellas están muy bien resueltas: buen sabor, arroz en su punto y raciones que realmente apetecen compartir. No es la típica paella turística sin alma, aquí hay intención. Las ensaladas sorprenden para bien: frescas, completas y equilibradas, perfectas para algo ligero sin renunciar a sabor, sobre todo con el entorno de playa. Los postres rematan la experiencia como toca: ricos, bien presentados y con ese punto dulce justo para cerrar sin pesadez. Y algo clave: el personal es un 5/5. Cercanos, atentos y con buena actitud, hacen que todo fluya y te sientas cómodo sin esfuerzo. Al final, es un sitio donde todo encaja: comes bien, te tratan mejor y el ambiente hace el resto. De esos lugares a los que vuelves sin pensarlo demasiado.

Un sitio que se disfruta de verdad. Lo mejor es el entorno: comer con vistas al mar y ese ambiente relajado de playa hace que todo se sienta más especial. Es de esos lugares donde te quedas más tiempo del que pensabas. La comida está muy bien: la carne llega en su punto, jugosa y con buen sabor; las pizzas son una apuesta segura, bien hechas y perfectas para compartir; y los entrantes cumplen muy bien para abrir boca y alargar la comida sin prisas. El personal es cercano y atento, con un trato agradable que suma a la experiencia sin ser pesado. No es un sitio de alta cocina, y tampoco lo necesita. Es un sitio para disfrutar: buena comida, buenas vistas y buen ambiente. Y cuando eso encaja, el 5/5 sale solo.

No entiendo las malas críticas.Fuimos un grupo de 6,los camareros super atentos ,las vistas espectaculares en primera linea de playa.Comimos unas tapas de entrantes,patatas bravas,chipirones,mejillones a la marinera y tartar de salmón y de segundo Comimos pizzas,brochetas de pollo,chuletas de cordero ,pulpo a la brasa y lubina a la espalda.Y Todo estaba buenísimo!!!!Gracias chicos!!Volveremos

Yo estuve allí de vacaciones y os puedo asegurar que los camareros son espectaculares y la atención de 10 no puedo decir lo contrario, y la comida estaba buenísima no esperamos tanto es lo normal , que cuando estás de vaciones o vas a comer algún sitio así es por qué vas con tiempo y con calma las instalaciones y perfecta 😍😘😘

Hemos vuelto este año. El servicio y la comida excelente, los niños comieron de lo lindo y nosotros optamos por tapear. Todo exquisito. El lugar ideal, pues está a pie de playa. Repetiremos.

Leo los comentarios y creo q no estamos hablando del mismo restaurante, yo no es la primera vez q voy ni será la última , el servicio es una pasada gente atenta, agradable , muy buena comida, mis niños disfrutaron de unas buenas pizzas y de los barco q tienen fuera para jugar. La ubicación es envidiable, en primera línea de playa en Mallorca, con vistas impresionantes al mar 🌅. Los camareros son fantásticos, atentos y amables, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. El ambiente es relajado y sofisticado, perfecto para disfrutar de un día de playa o una cena romántica. Volveremos

We are here for the third time in a row now because we are absolutely thrilled with the food. We had the paella twice and a variation of tapas once. It was simply a dream, and I have already seen a lot in this world. Tiko and Pablo were in service every day, and it was wonderful highly motivated and incredibly friendly. We will definitely come back

„Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut! Wir waren vier Tage auf Mallorca und sind jeden Tag in dieses Restaurant gekommen. Mein Freund und ich haben noch nie so gute Muscheln und noch nie so eine hervorragende Paella gegessen. Auch der Kaffee und die Desserts waren wirklich sehr gut. Wir wurden von Pablo im Service bedient – er war super freundlich, aufmerksam und ein wirklich herzlicher Mensch. Außerdem haben wir auch den Chef Tiko kennengelernt, der ebenfalls sehr nett war. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Preis-Leistung ist absolut top! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.“

Wir können die vielen schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen! Bei uns war die Bedienung schnell, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Location fanden wir optimal – direkt am Strand und mitten in der beliebtesten Einkaufsmeile, besser geht’s kaum. 🌴🍹 Das Essen war sehr gut und die Drinks absolut gelungen. Für uns war es ein rundum perfektes Erlebnis – gerne wieder!

Hemos llegado asados de calorrrrr y nos hemos encontrado con el bar Nuba...pero lo más importante es la majísima mujer que nos ha atendido al pasar por delante. Lina! No "aborda" a la gente, te "invita" a entrar. Saluda respetuosa, sonriente, agradable, simpática, atenta...en fin, un amor de mujer. Como camarero...Juan Carlos. Super majo también, simpático, atento...es el que tiene tupé y barba. Hay otro camarero que parece que lo que quiere es sacarnos de la mesa....puessss no nos vamos a ir aún, caballero🤣... Accueil sympathique et souriant de toutes les personnes qui se sont occupés de nous tout au long de la soirée et principalement Pablo. Sangria de qualité en apéritif, crevettes à l'ail en entrée (malgré la présence de l'ail et du piment ce plat manquait un peu saveur) en revanche le poulpe grillé était un régal. Malgré certains avis négatifs, nous avons tenté notre chance et n'avons pas été déçus. Des doutes sur les avis 1 étoiles...

Habe Schlimmeres befürchtet nachdem ich die Rezensionen gelesen hatte. Essen (mittags)(gegrillter Tintenfisch mit Backkartoffel und Beilagensalat) war ok. Der Service war professionell und zeitlich in Ordnung.

Wir sind ausversehen hier gelandet da ich es mit einem andern Lokal vertauscht habe. Habe erst im Nachhinein die Rezensionen gesehen, sonst wäre ich bestimmt nicht reingegangen. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, das Essen war super lecker, lediglich 1 Punkt Abzug da der Service etwas langsam war. Würde das Lokal aber empfehlen:)

Offensichtlich hatten wir mehr Glück, als viele andere. Wir wurden höflich und freundlich empfangen. Hatten einen Tisch direkt am Strand. Der Sangria war gut. Wir wurden aufmerksam bedient. Die Kellner waren freundlich. Wir mussten nicht lange warten. Der Tisch war sauber. Der Boden auch. Auf das Essen mussten wir nicht lange warten. Es war warm und genau so, wie es sein soll. Freundlicher Empfang. Kaum Wartezeit. Aufmerksame Bedienung.

We came the first time for a sangria . Had a nice atmosphere, later we came for food. Although the quality wasnt what we expected , we ordered the chicken scallop aka schnitzel, but the part of the chicken they used wasnt the breast so it seemed not cooked through and we didnt enjoy it as much. But the drinks and atmosphere is nice ..

Had a nice steak at this place, cooked the way I asked and tasted great. Took a bit of time to get to order and also to get the bill. Overall a decent experience

A batata do entrecotê é mais gostosa que a própria carne ! Eu recomendo tomar a marguerita estava divina !! O atendimento é um problema mesmo ,o garçom demorou a vir na nossa mesa , mas até que os pedidos vieram rápido , mas não estava cheio , acredito se estiver cheio isso vai ser um problema. Mas a grande aposta nesse lugar é os drinks .

We saw this place when walking around Alcudia port during our recent holiday. I have food allergies and they have allergens on the menu which is really helpful so decided to give it a try. Weirdly we were kind of ignored when we walked in with the waiter clearly looking away when he saw us approach. Eventually our order was taken by another member of staff and there was only a short wait for the food. Unfortunately the carbonara wasn't the best but my partner enjoyed the pizza. Would not return here and on reading the other reviews sadly despite the lovely location of NUBA the service and food are not the best.

Paella was goed warm, we hadden de vegetarische versie, maar was niet bijzonder. Silion vlees was lauw. Obers doen hun best. Muziek vond ik te hard staan. Restaurant ligt op een fantastische plek, maar prijs iets aan de hogere kant.

Servers not very friendly, had to ask 3 times for extra glasses and ice for our water, but it never came and they weren't even that busy!! Cocktails were good, paellas the worst we've had, veggie one had a couple beans, the mixed one had dry chicken, one prawn and one mussel and bland. Our son had lamb chops which were dry and over salted with tiny portion of chips and mushy vegetables, but the grilled prawns were good. Agree with other reviews...only bonus was location. Such a shame

Essen war viel zu teuer für die Qualität… Jeder von uns hat einen Salat und ein Getränk getrunken und wir haben um die 50€ bezahlt… Garnelen waren hart und Hähnchen kalt. Das einzigste Positive ist die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Strand aber alles in allem nichts besonders. Gibt es bessere Restaurants mit so einer Lage.

La nourriture était bonne, par contre le personnel pas très gentil et ils nous ont rajouté plus de 60€ à la facture. Soyez vigilant à ce que vous payez. Le serveur était énervé quand on lui a dis qu’on allait payer séparément

Waren dort ein paar Mal Kaffee trinken, das war ok. Dessert jedoch sehr enttäuschend und überteuert. Die Crema Catalana haben wir zurückgegeben ,weil das eher Vanillepudding war und der Schokobrownie war geschmacklos und trocken. Personal nicht sehr freundlich.

Das Ambiente hat uns her gelockt, das Essen war aber super enttäuschend. Die Lasagne hat geschmeckt wie tiefkühl, sie bestand gefühlt zu 90% aus Béchamel Soße und Käse. Das Mozzarellabrot war für den Preis echt ein Witz. Generell alles viel zu überteuert für solch eine geringe Qualität.

Alleen sterren voor de bediening die goed zijn best deed.. Mijn zus en ik zijn écht geen moeilijke eters maar de carpaccio smaakte erg goor, naar oude kelder zelfs. Ik heb er toch wat van gegeten uit fatsoen, heel dom. Mijn zus voor de zekerheid na 1 a 2 hapjes niet. We hebben aangegeven bij de bediening dat het raar smaakte en deze zou het navragen bij de keuken; antwoord was dat het waarschijnlijk van een andere soort rund dan in Nederland was… Het was de dag van aankomst dus we zijn gewoon ergens neergeploft en geen recensies gekeken. Anders waren we hier niet gaan zitten denk ik 😂 Het is leuk aangekleed en de bediening was heel vriendelijk! Conclusie: dikke vette voedselvergiftiging gekregen van waarschijnlijk deze carpaccio. Plus volle pond betaald voor dit kleine bordje carpaccio, 20,- maar liefst …. Broodje was overigens wel heeel lekker

Wir haben Pizza Hawaii bestellt. Ein erster Biss in die Ananas ergab, dass diese schon überlagert war und gärig geschmeckt hat. Wir haben die Pizza ohne Ananas gegessen und zum Ende auf die schlechte Ananas hingewiesen. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Auch der Boden der Pizza war sehr hart. Und der Service wortkarg.

Absolument dégueulasse et je pèse mes mots, pâtes carbo sans lardon cuite au lait, lasagne surgelé absolument infecte, le prix et assez élevé pour des plats infecte, je vous déconseille fortement d’y manger même si le cadre et beau. Absolutamente asqueroso y peso mis palabras, pasta carbo sin tocino cocida en leche, lasaña congelada absolutamente infecta, el precio es bastante elevado para unos platos infectos, les desaconsejo fuertemente comer allí incluso si el lugar es bonito.

Hatten Spaghetti Carbonara und einen gemischten Salat bestellt. Der Salat war zum selbst würzen und war gut und frisch. Die Spaghetti allerdings haben nach nichts geschmeckt und waren schon kalt als wir sie bekommen haben. Das Trinken war ganz gut. Würde es nicht weiterempfehlen, am besten ein anderes Restaurant suchen. Für einen Drink aber ganz in Ordnung. Bearbeitung: Die Preise sind eine Frechheit für das Essen....

Terrible would give minus stars. We arrived for lunch with cocktails, we waited to be seated and once seated were not given menus for nearly 10 mins in a fairly empty restaurant (that should have given us the hint). They didn't come back for another 10/15 minutes to take an order which we were then told there would be no cocktails by this time we had enough and walked out and found a restaurant that did want to provide a good service. Recommend you stay away, rude staff with no explanation, made us wait best part of 30 mins to even order and could not deliver on what was on the menu. Will not be going here again was a shame as it looked good from the outset just don't be fooled.

Nous sommes très déçus. L’un des serveurs est exécrable. De plus, les portions sont vraiment limites. La cuisson des viandes n’est pas respectée Et dans les burgers il n’y a pas de sauce. C’est vraiment dégueulasse. Je déconseille fortement. Je comprends mieux, pourquoi, il est noté deux étoiles sur cinq.

Had a poorly made cappuccino and latte macchiato. Luke warm. Slice of Almond cake was terribly dry ( I should have sent it back after one mouthful. I didn’t. My fault ). Service snail like, that’s why the coffee turned up luke warm, they’d been sitting there. There are so many places along the sea front area you know they are all going to be much the same, depressingly average

Je pense que c’est le pire endroit où j’ai mangé. La nourriture infecte, les assiettes de la plus part des clients retournaient en cuisine pleines à peine touchées. Le service minable, les serveurs désagréables et la note salée. À éviter. Un vrai attrape touristes.

Het was echt niet te hachelen. Aangebrande pizza, kleine porties knoflook gamba’s (zonder knoflook), Crema catalana was als dessert ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven… de crème was stijf en de suiker deels aangebrand en deels nieteens gesmolten. Lekker suiker happen. Glas cola was het beste van de avond. Naar verwachting niet de vraag gekregen hoe het eten beviel. Zelfs de ober voelde de bui wel hangen.

Schreibe kaum Reviews, breche aber nun die Regel da diese Restaurant wirklich nicht zum Empfehlen ist. Habe die schlechten Bewertungen leider zu spät gelesen, und muss nun die negativen Erfahrungen bestätigen. Leider katastrophales Service (1 h auf das Essen gewartet). Das Essen hat sich nahtlos an die schlechte Qualität des Service angepasst. Es gibt zum Glück genügend Alternativen in der Gegend.

Wir waren hier zu zweit essen. Uns hat die Location überzeugt hier essen zu gehen, schön direkt am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren eher unaufmerksam und haben sehr genervt gewirkt. Außerdem ist das Essen sehr schlecht gewesen. Das Hähnchen Schnitzel was ich bestellt hatte ist einfache Tiefkühlware und dem Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Der kleine Salat hat abgestanden geschmeckt. Als wir um die Rechnung gebeten haben, mussten wir erstmal über eine halbe Stunde warten bis wir überhaupt zahlen konnten, da wir es nicht passend Bar hatten und nicht über 10€ Trinkgeld hinterlassen wollten.. aber es kam und kam einfach keiner mehr. Hinterher haben wir einen anderen Angestellten die Situation erklärt und er war sehr höflich und verständnisvoll. Noch einmal würde ich hier nicht mehr essen gehen. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Would not recommend here to my worst enemy! Would give this place a minus 2 if I could but I’ll give it a minus 1 for location alone. We were greeted by an extremely friendly hostess unfortunately it went down hill once she sat us at our table. We waited 20 minutes to be even approached by the rude waiters and once we ordered and the food arrived we were sorry we ordered at all. Firstly we had ordered 2 pizzas, one arrived with full slices of pineapple (that came from a can) on top, the second was more oil than pizza. We also ordered salmon that was sub par at best (arrived with a baked potato smaller than my patience by the end of the meal). Now to get on to the “show stopper” of the evening, we also ordered spaghetti fruiti de mare, we decided to ask for Parmesan to mask the taste of this bland pasta dish. Well, we had asked three times as each waiter “seemed” to forget. Once the cheese finally arrived we understood why our request was ignored (unnecessary rudely). The cheese arrived in a plastic yellow box that was dripping a suspiciously smelling liquid. Once the cheese was opened we regretted all of our decisions from that evening and even more so the next morning. It was frozen congealed cheese that had solidified over the lid of the cheese tray. We wanted to bring it to the attention of the staff working there but based off their rude and unhelpful service we decided it would be more beneficial to talk to the wall. If you want to consider getting food poisoning for the thrill of it please consider here! Safe to say we will not be back.

Absolut unmotiviertes und unaufmerksames Personal, dazu noch unfreundlich und mit einer wirklich frechen Preisgestaltung. Man hat durchgehend das Gefühl, dass man hier nicht willkommen ist. Wer sich die Google-Bewertungen ansieht (nur 2 Sterne!), weiß sofort, warum man diesen Laden besser meidet.

Tegen ons werd gezegd door een medewerker als tafel vrij was mochten we er gaan zitten. Zo gezegt zo gedaan. Vervolgens kwam andere medewerker naar ons toe en vertelde chagarijnig dat de tafel nog vies was en wij moesten wachten. Vervolgens met bestellen kon er geen lach van het personeel af komen. Eten was daarin ook slecht en smaakte nergens naar. Enige voordeel wat ze hebben is dat het op een mooie plek zit op de boulevard. Zeker geen aanrader.

Terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude, unfriendly, and acted like we were bothering them just by being there. Zero attention, zero respect. It was pure arrogance and neglect. The food was awful — tasteless, poorly presented, and even the drinks were warm. On top of that, they charged us for something we never ordered. This place survives only by tricking tourists with a friendly guy outside. Don’t fall for it — avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Byliśmy w tej restauracji dwa dni temu bardzo miło wspominamy pierwszą wizytę. Pyszna pizza, dobre drinki i przyjemna atmosfera sprawiły, że postanowiliśmy wrócić kolejnego dnia. Niestety, tym razem spotkało nas spore rozczarowanie. Obsługa była chłodna i zupełnie niezainteresowana gośćmi kelnerzy nie nawiązali żadnego kontaktu wzrokowego, nie zapytali ani czy wszystko smakuje, ani czy czegoś potrzeba. Rachunek został po prostu położony na stole, bez jednego słowa. Jedynymi osobami, które wykazały się jakąkolwiek uprzejmością, były kelnerka oraz pani w zielonej sukience blondynka, dzięki nim atmosfera nie była całkowicie nieprzyjemna.

The meat that we ordered was still ALIVE when asked for it well done . Burger RAW. It went to the WRONG table and then came 30 MINUTES later. The drinks were good. All in all, just slightly above HORRIBLE . If there was half a star, I would NOT EVEN give them that. I will be back however, since the beer was great!

Der Service war leider nicht gut. Unfreundlich und unaufmerksam - keine guten Gastgeber. Sie geben alles, um uns als Gäste zu gewinnen, aber danach haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen war im ersten Moment OK, aber später habe ich leider Magenprobleme bekommen. Das Ambiente sollte bei dieser Lage eigentlich hervorragend sein, aber der Boden war total schmutzig und die Toilette wie in einem Club - sehr schmutzig. Schade, wir kommen leider nicht nochmal.

Très déçu par ce restaurant malgré sa belle situation en bord de mer. Le service était lent et peu aimable, on avait clairement l’impression de déranger. Les plats sont arrivés tièdes et manquaient de saveur, surtout au vu des prix pratiqués. Le poisson semblait surgelé, sans aucun goût . Seule la vue mérite le détour, mais pour manger, mieux vaut aller ailleurs.

The only good thing here is a view. I’m giving one star because this is a restaurant, so the rating refers mostly to food served here. Cola was without any gas. Spaghetti was served on plastic plate, with no taste and bad nudles. Both dishes were almost cold when they arrived. The steak was served on stone plate, but the stuff didn’t even bother to heat it. We regret we didn’t check the rating before we got here.

Patatas bravas surgelés avec sa pauvre sauce posé dessus et le burger sec avec une semelle à la place de la viande … si vous voulez tomber comme nous dans un attrape touristes c’est le restaurant parfait

Das Ambiente ist schön, die Bedienung wirkte etwas unfreundlich. Zudem war das Essen nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten Pizza, der Boden war extrem hart und kaum zu schneiden. Zudem waren die Zutaten aus der Dosen und nicht besonders frisch. Eher nicht zu empfehlen für diesen Preis. Wir haben in Euros bezahlt und teilweise Pfund zurückbekommen.

Wow, I am truly amazed by how rude the staff is. As someone who works in hospitality this behaviour is just rude. Only one woman was really nice the rest, doesn’t bother to say hello or really anything. Overpriced food not worth it there was dust on my salad it was 17 euros 😂😂….. would not recommend this place at all…..

Decided to come to a popular beach restaurant location for our evening meal, one of my family members is gluten free! We asked the kind lady who saw us browsing the menu if their food could be made without gluten she assured us it could be. Unfortunately our server was short with us from the start, uninterested and rude but it’s quite busy so let’s give them the benefit of the doubt. They brought out a normal carbonara, after double checking it was gluten free the server denied we had even asked for gluten free !!! Why on earth would we not check for an allergen! Ik schrijf eigenlijk nooit een review na een bezoek aan een restaurant maar deze keer wel. Allereerst viel mij op dat het personeel hier een stuk minder vriendelijk is dan ik bij andere restaurants op Mallorca heb gezien. Vriendin bestelde een glas rosé, die was gewoon op kamertemperatuur. Aangegeven dat rosé koud hoort te worden geserveerd. Glas werd meegenomen en kregen 3 minuten later hetzelfde glas terug. Het was overduidelijk in de vriezer gezet, want het hele glas was koud en had condens, maar de drank was nog steeds lauw. De vegetarische paella was ook van een totaal andere kwaliteit dan degene die we bij de buren (Pippers) hebben gegeten. Deze kun je ternauwernood een voldoende geven. Zo zonde, want de locatie van het restaurant is echt top en het ziet er heel modern en hip uit. Juist daarom leek het me vooraf niet nodig om reviews te checken, maar dat had ik beter wel kunnen doen.

I'm only giving one star for the review cause i cannot give 0 stars. Went for batatas bravas, paella and my companion wanted skewers and he was falsely told what he was ordering was skewers, but arrived with a sirloin steak. Waiter asked if he wanted medium or well done, he wanted medium but it came more than welldone. Batatas bravas were bland and tasteless. Meat paella came with only chicken wings and when asked is there normally other meat but chicken, the waiter lied to my face that yes, there is but only a little and that people normally dont want any in their paella?? 0 customer service, 0 on the taste of food and after all that food, were still hungry. Atrocious.

I have visited many restaurants across different countries, but I have rarely experienced service as poor as this. As others have already mentioned, the service here was truly disappointing. We ordered a few appetizers and a steak. After waiting for 40 minutes, we asked about our order and were simply told to be patient. There was no explanation, no apology—just a dismissive attitude. In the end, we paid the bill and left without eating, as our food was served far too late. Unfortunately, we can’t comment on the quality of the meal because we didn’t get the chance to enjoy it. If you're considering visiting this restaurant, think twice. Please feel free to check my other reviews of local places and restaurants—I rarely leave negative feedback. This was an exceptional case. Let me know if you'd like to adapt it for a specific platform (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.), or translate it.

Finger weg!!! Ewigs gewartet bis wir bestellen und bezahlen konnten. Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Tischset dreckig, Essen kommt auf Plastikteller. Das Essen war von schlechte Qualität, hatten nachher alle Bauchschmerzen. Eine Kinderportion wurde vergessen und es ging ewigs bis die nachgeliefert wurde (alle anderem hatten schon aufgegessen), es gab nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung dafür!

Zu allererst, das Essen wird auf Plastiktellern serviert. Der Weinkühler ist ein Gefrierbeutel. Man wird einfach nur sehr schnell abgefertigt. Ich hoffe, dass andere Gäste die Rezessionen lesen, bevor sie hier her gehen. Nicht so wie wir … leider. Alles ist sehr überteuert. Vorspeise war das Brot Mozzarella für 6,50. Wir bekamen eine einzige Semmel mit etwas Mozzarella darauf. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen dieses Restaurant.

Leider eine absolute Enttäuschung. Der Salat war eindeutig alt, welkte Blätter, sicher schon mehrere Tage nicht mehr frisch – das war wirklich unappetitlich. Das Schnitzel bestand fast nur aus Panade, vom Fleisch selbst war kaum etwas zu sehen oder zu schmecken. Insgesamt ein sehr ekelhaftes Erlebnis, nach dem Essen hatte man schon fast mit Magen-Darm-Problemen zu kämpfen. Zusätzlich kam die bestellte Cola nie an den Tisch. Der Kellner wirkte genervt, wenig aufmerksam und überhaupt nicht zuvorkommend. So etwas habe ich selten erlebt. Insgesamt absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

The WORST dining experience of our holiday. The food was well below average with uncooked prawns served to our table, alongside other poorly prepared, tasteless dishes. To make matters worse, the staff were not just unhelpful, but downright rude and arrogant, making the entire experience uncomfortable. What should have been a pleasant meal turned into a complete disappointment. For the price charged, the standard was absolutely appalling both in terms of food and service. I would strongly advise avoiding this restaurant.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We were pressured in from the street by their manager and filled with false hope. Service there was below par, an eerie feeling throughout the whole experience with employees stood around staring at you watching you eat. When i had gone to use the bathroom, one of the servers walked past my girlfriend calling her “mamacita”. The food was brought to us in less than 10 mins of ordering, clearly not fresh. All microwaved food with horrible taste. The one star was for the drinks, they were good. Don’t be fooled by the good looks of this place, boycott it.

Really bad service. Waiters are standing around, not looking at customers, therefore it's really hard to order drinks or food. When you order something it takes ages to get to the table. The ambience is nice but you can't enjoy it, due to the bad service. Very unfortunate!

La paella pree elaborada medio cruda , y la carne la pedimos media y estaba cruda , una le de las camareras es de todo menos camarera porque educación no tenía , el lugar está hermoso pero la comida y el personal no sirve

Salimos a tomar una Sangría, la peor de España, vino naranja y nada más, un sabor horrible, lo malo que no mire la puntuación 2.0, y verdad hace honor al 2.0, lo último que me enteré cuando pague que es Sangría tirada de máquina, o sea estamos en España y no preparan una buena Sangría increíble.

Pedimos pan con muzzarella y era con allí olí. Luego pedimos escalope; el peor que comimos, una lámina el pollo y negro, se nota que el aceite era viejo. Mi cuñada pidió langostinos y tortilla hoy por la mañana tuvimos que ir al hospital por lo mal que le sentó. Mucho desorden de camareros y se notaba que querían sacar a la gente rápido. Para no repetir nunca más!!! MUCHO CUIDADO

La comida es bastante mala, a un precio de oro. Hemos pedido pescaíto frito y estaba malo, se notaba que el aceite era rehusado, textura poco crujiente y poco fresco. La merluza congelada y patatas también por un módico precio de 20€, vamos, un robo a mano armada. Nada recomendable.

Media hora más tarde ( el jefe no había pasado preguntarme cómo estoy) , después de no tener ninguna reacción de parte del encargado he pedido la hoja de reclamaciones ( ya estuve mi rodilla poniéndose morado), me dieron que no las tienen... El encargado por su parte se cogido la primera vez momento para decirme, que no tienen nada aquí para rellenar . Así he dicho no hay problema y estuve llamando la policía local. Cuando ellos estaban ya en camino, me han ofrecido una cena. Y todavía nada como por ejemplo preguntar si necesito un doctor. Cuando venían las dos policías han conseguido que me han dado la factura de que hemos consumido y me han dicho que con esto puedo hacer la reclamación online a consumo - que después de una tarde muy desagradable finalizó con dolor y de verdad con un sentimiento de que a ellos daba todo igual! No han cogido esto enserio de nada, teniendo suerte que el palo de metal de la sombrilla podía también caer en la cabeza de una persona. Trabajando también en hostelería, esto me ha parecido muy triste. Accidentes pueden pasar, pero un mínimo de seguimiento, servicio como llamar a un doctor, un taxi preocuparse de la persona, y todo esto sería menos desagradable. Preguntando por el número de teléfono.... Atención al cliente!
