25 Hours A Day / 8 Days a Week. This place is absolutely incredible. 6/5 Stars. Happy to have made a visit and will be back ASAP. Pizza and wings so good you will be thinking about it the moment you leave. The Garlic butter wings are recommended. Donuts so good you will want to eat all the flavours in one sitting. The Peanut filled donuts is a must have. Service so wonderful you will know more than just Frankie's name. Frankie and his staff are so wonderful. The interior bring you back to the good ol'days. Triggers so many good memories. Love the diner style seating. Prices are amazing for the portion. No credit card surcharge. Food comes out quick. So fresh and good. Lotto available here. No Free WiFi.

My family is visiting from the Boston area and we were so happy to find this gem! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the donuts themselves are works of art—almost too pretty to eat. Almost. Our entire group raved about them, but the highest praise came from my 90-year-old grandparents, who declared these the best donuts they've ever had. If that's not a five-star endorsement, I don't know what is! Highly recommend!!

The donuts are magical- fresh, light, not too sweet, not greasy and just perfect. The whole place is a vibe- as a 90's kid it's like stepping back in time in all of the right ways. Super kind folks making incredible food at decent prices. What should be the norm has become an exception, and Frankie's is exceptional!

I came here after seeing a TikTok. This place gave me old-school classic diner vibes with the decor, aesthetics and style. This part of town definitely seemed pretty quiet. The donuts were good and they had lots of different kinds, the peanut jam one was very good. the flavours were very tasty as well especially the maple one. The actual donut in my opinion was on the slightly stale, cakey/ bready side. It wasn't as fluffy and airy as i would have hoped for it to be, my wife on the other end enjoyed the texture a lot. The young lady that helped us was very patient with us and nice, thank you for that.

These mom-and-pop donut shops are hard to find. Happy i found another gem in the Buffalo area Frankie's is a short drive from when u cross the rainbow bridge. Great donuts great cream.

Ordered a 1/2 tray pizza ahead and picked out donuts while we waited. They have lots of variety in the donuts and the pizza crust is delicious.

Was visiting the area and stopped in here for some lunch to go and grab a couple of donuts too. The meatball sandwich was very good. The service was excellent. The prices were fair. I was a bit disappointed with the donuts, but it was also lunchtime, so they probably would have been much better in the morning.

Seem to have travelled back in time as it felt like a 90s diner when I stepped into this establishment. Lady at the cash was friendly enough to recommend some very tasty (and surprisingly very soft) donuts The sour cream and cinnamon glaze fritter were knockouts. Vanilla frosted donut was also very good. Will definitely visit again when in the area next time

To be honest, walking into this place feels like stepping into a time machine—it’s got that genuine, unpolished old-school diner vibe that you rarely see anymore. I swung by last weekend mostly for the hype around the donuts, and they didn't disappoint. The sour cream glazed was incredibly fresh, honestly lighter and less greasy than the big chains. I did try a slice of the pizza, and it’s definitely... specific. It’s that thick, heavy sheet-pan style—good for a late-night craving, but maybe not if you’re a thin-crust purist. Stick to the sweets and you’re golden.

Frankie's Donuts is a must-try. The shop's atmosphere is forgettable, but the doughnuts are the real star. They offer a huge selection and all the ones we tried were fresh, delicious , and filling. It quickly becomes clear that the focus here is purely on quality. The pricing is very reasonable too. We heard the breakfast sandwiches are a hit as well.

Best donuts in the area . But the resturant could use some cleaning. It was dirty, cluttered, items that should of been the fridge were out . Signs everywhere as soon as you walk in " dont ask for free food " " dont ask for change" you name it the sign was there. But that's what you get when you set the standard so low. Maybe take some pride in " your " business and set the standard higher. Or instead of putting hand written signs be kind . Is it really that bad to give someone a donut or a cup of coffee that's 12 hours old ? But i guess losing a couple of bucks would break the bank . Pay it forward goes a long way .Kindness goes a long way . But seeing how dirty the resturant is and signs all over kind of shows that offering that 12 hr. Coffee would break the bank . Surprised its still open for as long as it has been. Things never change. But I guess when your standard is low youll settle for anything. So much for a good business head. Do better. Be better. Because the only thing you got going for you is the donuts. What's not true Teri? No signs at the front counter ? Place isnt dirty? Food isnt out ? Are you upset because I wrote an honest review ?
