I recently visited the Denny's at porter and had a really great experience. The service and food were both excellent. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Our server was friendly, professional, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire visit. The team checked on our table regularly and made sure everything was just right. The food was also very impressive. Our meals arrived hot, fresh, and well prepared. Everything tasted great and the portions were generous, just what you expect from a good diner experience. Overall, the combination of great service and delicious food made this visit very enjoyable. This location is doing a great job creating a welcoming atmosphere, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal and friendly service in the area.
By far the best experience I've had at a restaurant. Our server Cielo was excellent and helped with everything we needed, keeping on top of our drinks and making sure our food was just the way we liked. The food itself was absolutely amazing, the cook did a fantastic job. Will be back soon, amazing experience overall thank you dennys!
I love breakfast at Denny's. Great pancakes, eggs just right, bacon and sausage, and good coffee. We had a great waitress. Reasonable price for what we got, especially with the menu for seniors. Everything was good.
Walking into the Denny's I was kindly greeted by my server named Joselyn who had an amazing personality and great customer service while being attentive, there was no time my drink was empty. She was really in it to win it. With such an amazing personality and customer service there's no doubt I'll be back again.
I love this location! Any type of food order is hot and delicious! They are professional customer service and food items are very tasty. The spaghetti and meatballs dish is tasty and goes well with sweet tea or lemonade. The grand slam is great and the pancakes hit the spot!😍 You can use your receipt paid by debit/credit to add up your points in Fetch, that part was a plus!🥰👏💕 We'll be back to try other meals!

Great experience at Denny’s in Porter! The staff was friendly, attentive, and fast, and management clearly cares about keeping things running smoothly. The food came out hot, fresh, and just how we ordered it. Definitely one of the better Denny’s locations around!

My family and I came here after we were ignored for 20 minutes at the new Caney location and the service was much better. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I can’t remember her name but I know it started with an “m”. Food was great also.
We went as a family the morning after finding out a family member passed away in a car accident. Our vibe was off, but the waitress was very patient and friendly. She was very accommodating. She made sure to get everything right. There were literally no mistakes. She checked on us often and not once did she walk up during an awkward moment. We paid at the counter instead of the table so if you leave a cash tip I would suggest handing it to your waitress or waiter.
I had the lumberjack breakfast with the seasonal pumpkin pancakes and omg they were so good with caramel drizzle and pecans! 😋😋😋 my buns had the crispy chicken sandwich and fries and he said it was the best one he has had in a long time! This was a happy unplanned stop to our day and much needed home cooked-meal! Clean establishment a tiny 10 min. wait bc brunch rush time. 5/5 thank you!😻
First time trying bourbon dinner. It's good if you like sweet sauce. Please stop by and let the wonderful waitress Ana take care of you! You won't regret it.
The environment was very clean. The staff were very friendly. Our waitress was on point.Alex was super friendly. The food was delicious overall it was a great experience. Definitely Recommend. My favorite meal is the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It is very tasty and they have the best milkshakes. Nathan Is a very helpful manager.
I had an outstanding experience at Denny’s thanks to Ariana’s waiter service. From the moment I walked in, Ariana greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that made our family feel welcome right away. She was attentive without being overbearing, checking in just the right amount to ensure our coffee was refilled, sauces were stocked, and every plate arrived hot and promptly.

The restaurant was clean with a light music playing in the background. Not to loud which was nice. The waitress Marcella came right over and took our drink order. While she was gone another waiter came and asked if we had our drink order already which was nice. Now for the food is was hot and fresh,made correctly however one piece of fish was not cooked all the was through but no big deal. My wife’s omelette was hot and way more food that expected. Overall this was a nice visit and I will definitely be back.
We were between church services and lost track of time, the only restaurant open at 8pm of Christmas Eve. They welcomed everyone in with a smile and a menu, fresh food and friendly service. With only 1 cook, 2 wait staff and a manager things went great and everyone left happy and full. Thank you
We stopped here on our way home Thanksgiving night. We had an order to go. The restaurant was very clean and well organized. We were greeted several times by different people. We got the maple glazed donut holes and cheese sticks, nothing too crazy. The cheese sticks were good, but the donut holes were a little over cooked. Other than that, all was well.

Visited the Denny’s Porter location for breakfast and want to report a poor service experience. We waited more than 15 minutes before any server acknowledged us, and had to flag someone down to get coffee and place our order. Although the food arrived hot and tasty, there were no coffee refills or follow-up for napkins or extras from staff for the remainder of our visit while other nearby tables received attentive service. This made the visit disappointing despite the good food. I’m sharing this so management can address staffing or service procedures so future guests don’t have the same experience. I would appreciate confirmation that this has been received and any steps you’ll take to improve service at this location.
Wonderful restaurant i was here a few days before Christmas and I was told they were open both days the 24th and 25th. I wish they cared about their employees like other restaurants instead of making $$ maybe even closing early. It's disgusting. You can tell the workers and servers works so hard. We all need a break . No sympathy whatsoever. If you REALLY want to support this business, SUPPORT their employees by not going there and giving them a well deserved break. Can't even spend time w their family because they are servicing everyone else. Very disappointed how they run
It used to be pretty fast. Great service. I’m a guy that I like to be seat right away and ask What I Need on my table. The waitress are slacking too much. I don’t know what they’re thinking. Maybe they need to be rehire. I do recommend just because of the food.
