Charlos and Riya were very upbeat and happy to be at their jobs. Something you don’t always see in South Florida. Charlos stole the show with his big smile and warm greeting. Riya was wonderful and complementary to his service. All of our sandwiches were untoasted and tasted great. The facility was very clean. Thanks for the great service. Yeah, RJ and family.

They have a great selection of nice sandwiches and hot. Hey friendly and courteous. I had a brisket sub. Sandwiches are prepared pretty quick and you're ready to eat or take out . Today I had meatball sandwich.

Great experience! Tyrese was taking orders with a smile before they got to the counter so that everything would be expedited along, which is important because most of the people I know who eat here are on the clock. It's simple to see why he's a manager simply because of his kind demeanor and attentiveness. I usually don't come here for lunch but I certainly will more often. Food was spot on just like the picture. 10/10

I placed my order quickly on the app and when I arrived my food was hot and fresh and waiting for me when I arrive. The staff greeted me when I came in and thank me when I left. Overall was a perfect experience! And the food by the way was delicious!

Had a wonderful experience. The sub was incredible, Tanika was lovely and was happy to get to get to meet the owner. She obviously cares about the business and they were so nice, uncommonly welcoming and that was greatly appreciated. 5 stars!!! Definitely stop by.

First time I've ever eaten at a Firehouse Subs but I can tell you now with 100% certainty... this is the ONLY sub shop I will get my subs from. Oh did you say Subway... Subway who? If you've never eaten at Firehouse Subs, you haven't had a sub. The freshest ingredients, the best tasting toppings and over flowing with the main ingredient. And if you happen to be in Dania Bch, you have to stop by and have a sub made by Jamieka. She is a magician and makes the best subs I've ever eaten. So much so that after I ate my sub, I had her make another sub to bring home for later and you can tell she likes what she does because every sub is perfect... thank you Jamieka and thank you Firehouse Subs for opening my eyes to most mouthwatering delicious Subs I have ever eaten. Do yourself a favor swing by Firehouse Subs in Dania Bch, or any Firehouse Sub for that matter and do yourself a favor and get yourself a Firehouse Sub. You'll never eat at Subways again... I swear.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and ordered subs for dinner. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food. I had a tuna sub. The tuna was very flavorful and seasoned well. It tasted fresh, and there was a generous portion on the sandwich. If you're staying in the area, I would recommend ordering from here for a meal.

The sandwich was made to perfection. It was delicious. Right amount of everything. It was a big one, and I ate half now and half later. It was so good that I ate the whole thing at once.

Firehouse Subs is a very well branded concept and this location is no exception. Definitely take advantage of ordering on the app and the rewards program but most of all enjoy all the great sandwiches. Staff could be a little quicker but is overall friendly and accommodating. Located in the Dania Pointe plaza, Firehouse Subs is a casual restaurant chain that specializes in a variety of specialty subs, sides, salads, kids combos, fountain drinks, and cookies. They also cater. Customers are required to wear their masks upon entering. There are limited seating inside and must be spaced 6ft apart when ordering. The employees were pleasant as they each were making the customer's orders in a timely manner. After overlooking the menu on the wall, I decided to try a medium Firehouse Meatball. It took a few minutes to receive my order. When I got inside my vehicle, I took a peek at my meatball sub. First of all, it smell really good. It was placed neatly in a sub container where I can see all its yumminess (not all squished up where the meatballs are playing peek-a-boo at...I'm not saying where). The meatballs in this sub was nice and hot, covered in a flavorful marinara sauce (I took a small bite after the pic), melted provolone cheese, and spices in a soft, lightly toasted roll. I look forward on devouring this during my lunchbreak, and I also look forward on returning to try another specialty sub.

This location used to be A1, not sure what the hell is going on now. Last week I had a hair in my sub 😒. Today I asked for the Engineer.... with YELLOW mustard, tomato and jalapeño only.....3 things.... very simple, I got my sub with the nasty deli mustard, NO jalapeño, NO tomato. How is that even possible. Attention to detail is just bad lately.

Ordered a hook and ladder salad. Half of the ingredients were missing. It barely had lunch meat on it and the lettuce was borderline inedible. So gross. What a waste of time.

$15 for a tiny sandwich. The store was out of lettuce and only had two flavors of sea salt chips. The staff was completely unhelpful in finding a solution the many sandwiches missing ingredients. Basically saying I could take it or leave it. In a plaza with many fantastic food options do yourself a favor and make a better choice; I know I will.

If you decide to eat here just know the service is extremely slow, the restaurant floor is dirty and unkept, and the staff aren’t the friendliest. I waited about 15-20 minutes just for a simple Italian subs with barely any patrons inside. I am highly disappointed in this Firehouse Subs!

Drove there just so the workers can tell me that they are closing 40 minutes before closing time because they “have a lot of stuff to do.” Really wanted to enjoy a sub for dinner after a long day at work. Very disappointing! My 13 year old nephew eats here more than any other restaurant and for him to be truly disappointed really hurts me.

I received an offer from T-Mobile for a free, medium hook and ladder sub with the purchase of a drink/chips. I went to the location in Dana point on Sunday after 2 PM. this was my first time at firehouse subs, I usually go to Subway! There were a few people waiting for their subs at this location, and then there was panic when someone’s sub was given to the wrong person, and they left the shop! A young woman came to assist me at the register/order point, and informed me there was no ham, and it would take 20 to 30 minutes for them to make my sub! I declined to wait and said I would return tomorrow. The next day, Monday. I arrived at 12 noon. Now they had a sign that said no ham, most of the chip rack was empty, and there were only four bottles of diet Sprite in the cooler. I gave the young man my order, but since they didn’t have ham, they would double the turkey, I told him I wanted everything on my sub, except for mayonnaise and mustard, and replace those condiments with ranch dressing. I also purchased a fountain drink, and sun chips, it was the last bag! After approximately 10 minutes, he called my name, I left with my sub. When I reached home and looked at the sub, it only had lettuce and turkey on it! I told a friend about my experience, and he said, I know they’re terrible. I don’t know how they stay in business! And in the future, I will stick with subway, even if I have to pay for my sub!

I just ordered from uber eats. They had a promotion. Buy one get one free on meatball subs. I didn't get the second one! I also ordered a brisket and cheddar sub. Was tough. And ordered a kid's meal and didn't get the drink. I spent $63 on crap! I will never order from you ever ever again!!!!!!

I live In Dania pointe and decided to try a sub. When I walked in the girl looked at me and said do you know what you wanna have.? I said yes I think I’m gonna have that turkey ham and cheese sub that you have up there and she asked me what size I told her medium she asked me if I wanted to have chips and a soda. I said no thank you. I paid for the sub and went to the other end and waited after about 15 minutes I said is this gonna take much longer and she says well yeah the meats gotta cook. I said I’m sorry I wanted a cold sub not hot. She proceeds to tell me that I need to let her know that before she makes a sandwich. This was my first time so I had no idea that I was supposed to do that. She could’ve been a heck of a lot nicer, but she wasn’t. There were two other people eating And it shouldn’t be that difficult to make a sandwich when there’s no line of people waiting! after I told her that I wanted a cold, she threw it together like it was meaningless. I took the sandwich and left. I didn’t enjoy it at all. I will not be back. I’ll go to places where I am appreciated. If you don’t wanna be in Customer Service, maybe you should get a job someplace else.
