If I could I would give Scoops a 25/5 for a rating because of their great service, great prices and the best quality ice cream I have ever had. The employees should get a higher raise for being so kind, polite, welcoming, and patient. In my opinion I would give Scoops my #1 go to ice cream place. Keep up the amazing work. I will definitely be back again. 👏👏🏆☺️

My kids demanded I drive across NY from Vermont on our way home to Ottawa to stop at Scoops for waffle cones with strawberry and chocolate. They loved it! Happy kids makes for an easy drive. They were also kind enough to verify that the hard ice cream at the time has no carageenan, so no headaches for me, awesome!

Scoops and Chilly Delights are both very nice spots to get an ice-cream or other frozen dessert in Potsdam.

Who doesn't love some soft serve on a hot summer night? This is our go-to place for a cone or small Sunday in the summer. It is open seasonally and has your usual assortment of soft serve and hard ice cream. I love peanut butter topping on my Sundays and there's is very tasty. It can take a little time at the beginning of the summer for them to get into their groove. Stick to ordering off the menu as I have found, when you try to customize your order, the pricing gets a little inconsistent.

Ice cream itself was pretty good! Cons: Doggy dishes are alarmingly small compared to other ice cream shops. They are served in the equivalent of what you would get a side of a condiment in at a restaurant. I was handed the doggy dish first and unfortunately it took even longer than usual to make my sundae, in turn leading to the doggy dish melting everywhere (as the cup is so small and the temps were high). It’s worth noting it might be best to make the desserts that take the longest, first. Otherwise, a cute little shop and I would stop again when in the area :)

I asked for a mocha milkshake that I saw on your menu online that was supposed to be chocolate syrup and coffee syrup and I asked the girl if she knew how much caffeine it actually had and she said uhhhhh I don’t know. So I was like OK well, can I get one of those and just get light coffee syrup? And she said sure And I was just given a vanilla milkshake for some reason?

$17 for 1 small Sunday and a soft serve in a dish is a little outlandish. Also the Sunday that was ordered was strawberry cheesecake. Recieved a pineapple Sunday?? Nothing was done to correct it. Bad service and high prices. Go to hazel's in Norfolk or hometown in Norwood if you want a good experience
