Seating booth are comfy with a view on a cooking staff and a mall. Drinks are good, cocktails always amazing. I like gluten free selection. Always getting the same salmon with Caesar salad, my favorite. We got Bbq chicken nachos, so good. Pulled pork Mac n'Cheese. BBQ chicken salad. The best massive portion Oreo brownie Sunday.... So good. We always have a great time. Always clean and fun.

Had a delicious lunch here with my girlfriend. The appetizers were fun and served very quickly. The drinks were strong and the entrees were awesome. The decor and atmosphere are interesting (watching the mall customers coming in and out) but very laid back. Would recommend trying the 110 Grill instead of the food court on your next visit to the Galleria. Chris@ North East Ford

Beer selection was better than anticipated. Food was ok, the Cuban sandwich was a bit greasy. Unfortunately the empty plates were not taken away after we finished eating. I didn't expect the cold air blowing into my neck during winter time. Normally places are being heated in winter. We sat at the bar, so booths or tables may be better.

We enjoyed a mini family reunion dinner at 110 Grill in Poughkeepsie the night before our nephew’s wedding. Our boys ordered burgers which were large and filling. We ordered the apricot shrimp risotto, which was filling and had a unique flavor and our Aunt had the shrimp scampi. Our server, Karolin, was excellent, providing friendly, prompt and attentive service.

The food was very good. The wings me and my friend Hudson got were very good. We got the Buffalo and Maple BQQ ones which were very good. Our server Milo was amazing. He asked us if we had any food allergies, he came over to ask how the food was, and at the end he asked if we were going to split or pay the check in full and I don’t know if I’ve met a waiter that was that good! I would come back here again.

110 Grill, what can I say, hard working people but attention to detail not there. Because I was alone, I was immediately placed into a back corner, even though I expressed dislike. My table, seating and table plate was dirty, another employee, guest seater, I asked him to clean the area, he was very prompt. My server was prompt and very polite. My drink, cranberry, seltzer with a splash of lime was delish. Smart bartender, knows how to entertain an alcohol free drink, it was mixed like a mixed drink with lime juice and a wedge of lime. Food came out quickly, salad was plentiful, chicken grilled to perfection. But….the salads are definitely bagged salad with prepackaged salad dressing, it was tasty. My sweet potato fries came out, cold and soggy. I had to have them returned and get a new dish of sweet potato fries, they came out hot but not tasty, some not cooked all the way through, they need to change brand. I have had better store bought frozen sweet potato fries, after cooking. The manager brought them to me, she was very polite and attentive, she immediately looked for a resolution with free dessert, I accepted, crustless cheesecake with fruit, which was very delicious, but because of the way it came out. I don’t know if it was scraped out of a cheesecake with crust and this is a repurpose dessert. The fries should also be made to order, always. I also had to wait for my check, my waitress was busy but brought it when I asked, a patron should never have to ask for their check. I decided on three stars because the patron should never have to correct any details within an establishment/restaurant. Nor should an establishment/restaurant overlook the small details that the patrons pay for. If it’s a staffing issues, retrain and/or hire more employees.

I was torn between ratings on this restaurant. The restaurant is clean and convenient to have somewhere to sit and eat at the mall, which is not the cafeteria area. There is a nice menu with many options, and I have to give props to the kids' menu. Kids menus often have the same 3 items, and this one was really nice. The kids chose one thing from each of 5 little boxes. I attached a pic! The food was definitely not of high quality. They asked multiple times if anyone in our party had allergies (which we did not), but there was some confusion at our table when the waitress gave someone in our party the wrong meal (which she started eating and was fine) but could have been terrible if she had allergies. The waitress was very kind but every time she came over she didn't take any plates away. When the kids got their ice cream, I had to stack up plates and bowls to make room for the ice cream, and she still didn't take a single plate away 🙃. We did have good drinks! Overall, it's not somewhere I would go back to, but I think it's worth going if you're at the mall and need a break from the hustle and bustle and want to be seated and served.

After years of walking by I finally gave 110 a try. Beautiful evening ambience with its huge outdoor fire pit. Day-time look was also inviting as was every staff member who greeted us with smiles and eye contact. Very clean looking and smelling, well-lit bathrooms. Food quality/offering turned out to be not my thing. Too much deep-fried and well over-salted stuff for my taste. Their hibiscus margarita cocktail, however, was simply spectacular. So good, I had to have it twice and told friends on the phone about it. In fact I brought a friend the very next day to try it alone at the bar. They agreed! It’s a holiday must after your mall-shopping.

So where to begin. Bathrooms were clean. Let's start there :). Salad was very soggy and disappointing, unfortunately. My steak was pretty good kinda rough to chew, though. Mash potatoes taste like instant potatoes. Which I was highly disappointed with. Price wasn't horrible at all. Brussel sprout were okay. They could have been cooked a little longer as they were pretty hard still. Spinach bread was very, very good. Highly recommend. My daughter loved her burger. The waitress was a 10/10. Overall, I believe they need a better chef, and the places rating would go up. I probably won't return anytime soon unless they have a new chef and upgrade some food choices being fresher. Then I would love to go again.

It’s not often that I leave a negative review, usually I bite my tongue and move on, as I understand people make mistakes. However, this experience needs to be shared. My fiancée, our children, and I stopped here for dinner after shopping at the mall. While our server was excellent, the food and what I witnessed during its preparation were extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. One of the chefs was prepping food while repeatedly touching his beard, hair, nose, and arms, as well as various surfaces without ever changing his gloves. My fiancée saw the anger and disgust on my face and suggested we leave, but I didn’t want to make a scene or make anyone uncomfortable. Moments later, I watched him, still wearing the same gloves that were heavily contaminated, grab fries and place them into bowls being served to us, along with other food items. Because of this, we barely ate our meals and only touched what I hadn’t seen him handle directly. The manager was standing nearby, casually talking with the kitchen staff as all of this was happening, so there was no way it went unnoticed. I understand that behind closed doors, kitchen etiquette isn’t always perfect, but witnessing it firsthand at this level was genuinely repulsive. I hope this review is seen and properly addressed, because this was unacceptable. We will not be returning.

My fiancé came in 11/20/25 around 12:30 for lunch and we were incredibly disappointed. We will not be returning, and we very much hope this review is looked at and things are changed for future patrons. When someone eventually made their way over to take our orders, we had had plenty of time to look over the entire menu and place or orders at the same time. Before receiving anything, including our drinks. When we did finally receive our waters, they were in dirty, disgusting glasses. The outsides were caked with dirty fingerprints and debris. You could feel how dirty the glasses were and it was an immediate red flag to how dirty the rest of the establishment was. When the waiter made his way back over, we politely asked for new clean glasses in an attempt to salvage the lunch. Due to the fact your establishment has an open kitchen, we can see and hear everything. Including listening to the manager scream and the kitchen staff that the second sandwich he was waiting for (yes, it was our sandwich) wasn’t even started yet. We ordered two sandwiches, and they didn’t even come out at the same time. Again, we tried to give the restaurant a chance even though what we had already seen would be enough to turn most customers away. I opened my silverware, and my fork was layered in dirty caked on food and it was absolutely the last straw. It was disgusting and this restaurant is completely unsanitary. We called the manager over to explain that these conditions were unsanitary. He took my plate into the back and stayed in the back until we got up and left without paying. (After waiting several minutes) I typically do not leave reviews, but I’ve never in my life gone to a restaurant and not eaten a single thing before because of cleanliness.
