Burger Fi is a high quality burger joint that many will enjoy. Their burgers are always fresh and fries definitely don’t taste frozen. Their prices are fair for the high quality beef they use in their burgers. Definitely worth a try!

High-quality (though not inexpensive) burger joint offers delicious burgers, gourmet hot dogs, onion rings, and fries. Their veggie burger made with quinoa is one of the best you'll find. For dessert, don't forget the custard or have a "concrete," custard mixed with toppings such as key lime pie or red velvet cake. Their craft beer selection is quite nice, with both bottles and several on draft.

New Hampshire resident visiting and found this place close to the hotel. Great Flavor! Garlic Aioli is greatly paired with the fries. Wish I could come back more often. Despite recieving a sour beer, I enjoyed the food and will be leaving full! Thank you!

My parents and I stopped here on a whim for lunch. Their burgers were so good, I got a 2nd to take home. Now it's a regular place we go together. Their prices versus their quality is amazing!

I’ve met the owner on grand re-opening and honestly he’s the reason I go here as my go-to burger spot if I’m ever in Avon as long as I’m feeling for burgers. Admittedly the burgers on the pricier side, but it’s rather justified once you realize a McDonald’s QPC (non-meal) is ~$7-$8. Not only that though, but it just simply tastes “fresher” and with a nice variety of ingredients and sides. Not as greasy as five guys so you dont leave the restaurant smelling like vegetable oil. If you really want to splurge here, I personally recommend “The CEO”, which is about $11.

SO Yum...staff/owners were sweethearts!!! We got the Beyond burger, an all natural beef burger, a hot dog, and the fries with garlic aioli topped with onion rings. We were in heaven!! Even my picky 6 year old was happy. Also try the special Lime Soda only served there!! ,<3

My favorite place to grab a quick bite. Staff is always really nice and helpful. Atmosphere is open and bright. This place is always clean staff does a great job. Love the options and the vegefi burger is terrific. Love the French fries and the self serve drinks.

I've been a burger fan for a long time and if you asked me where my favorite burger spot was five years ago, I would have told you Fudruckers. That was before I tried the burgers at BurgerFi. The burger quality is outstanding for a quick service location, and without the massive amounts of grease you tend to get from a Five Guy's; not to mention that the onion rings are the best I've had at ANY restaurant, including the full service locations. In addition, they have the best custard you could get outside of the Midwest. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, which makes it a joy to return to. Suffice it to say, I have a new favorite local burger spot!

My first experience with Burger-Fi was actually at their Bethesda MD location in late 2019 while I was in the area on a business trip. Their burgers were so good that I made it a point to eat there again when I was finally back in the area again in June 2023. Once again, their burgers and sides were just outstanding. So I was very happy to learn that a Burger-Fi opened in Avon CT, about half an hour from my house. My first visit to their Avon location did not disappoint. Their high quality beef makes their burgers something to remember. The CEO burger in Avon is just as good as the CEO burger in Bethesda. The Swag burger is delicious if your looking for something with a bit of spice. The fries here have a robust taste that will put most fast food chain restaurant fries to shame, especially if you add one of their gourmet sauces. I recommend the garlic aioli. The onion rings are outstanding too. Eating at Burger-Fi is not cheap, when compared to other burger restaurants. Expect a bill similar most upscale pizza joints or delis. You are paying for quality though. The only down to the Avon location was that it had a somewhat confusing high tech drinks dispenser. I much preferred the "behind the counter" drink offering at the Bethesda location.

There is a lot of background here so allow me to summarize. First, the food here is phenomenal. No question the best burger of its kind in the area. Second, coming from a restaurant and hospitality background, the atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are clean, and the team is energized. I pay special attention to individuals who stand out as I have attended a dozen or so times over the last 2 years since my family moved to the area. One individual, Mat Nesheim, is particularly impressive. I believe he started on the cook line and is now the general manager of my location. Although we haven't met formally, I had brief interactions with him at the store and over email. Most recently over an issue I brought to their attention regarding an order. The details aren't important but what is important is Mat's professionalism and timeliness. Clearly he takes pride in his work and cares about being successful. Long story short - any restaurant is going to have it's hiccups but, even when there is an issue, they resolve it and ensure top customer satisfaction. I recommend supporting this location.

Expensive but if you order the right combos it is well worth it. I usually do the conflicted burger just because of the textures and flavors. I'm a the guy who orders giant ribeyes so don't take me the wrong way. The onion rings are few but amazing. Fries are more value. The combo is a good compromise. Their aioli are solid so try your heart out.

I ordered my meal through the online answering service when I arrive to the restaurant they had no record of the order ever being taken. I explained that I gave the order and the person said I could pay when I get there, which one of the workers name Jenn said is against policy normally. Jen and the rest of her Coworkers proceeded to make my food as quickly and professionally as possible, apologized multiple times, gave me info on different avenues I can take to figure out how and why this happened. I’ve worked in the customer service business for over 20 years and I cannot express how impressed I was to see how professional lady efficiently and effectively they handled a situation that wasn’t their fault they had to deal with it when they’re closing relatively soon. I would be happy to have them Working for my company. I went from being a little upset to when I left thanking them for how professionally they handled the situation.

I encountered some difficulties with the app when ordering online. My order was entered in a Florida location and the app seemingly doesn’t allow you to immediately cancel the order? No worries. The staff at the Avon store took care of the problem. They whipped up the exact order using the online info. which saved me a lot of time and most importantly the order was 100% accurate and totally delicious. I have lived in this area since this BurgerFi first opened and there has been a changing of the guard a few times. Thankfully the current staff and management are on point. It’s the best burger joint in the valley hands down.

I'm absolutely obsessed with this place. It was my first time eating here and it was absalutly amazing. Customer service is great. What I assume to be the shift supervisor/key holder (Kevin) was so sweet offering me samples or suggestions on what to order since i had never been there before. I was asked my name for the order even though i was the only one in the store. The shift supervisor was even so kind to take my tray from me when I was done. The food is really good they even offer craft beer and wine which is cool. The atmosphere is great, cool decor and the music is not to high. it's very clean in this location. The food is a bit expensive but they deffenently make it worth it. :) deffenently will come again.

The burgers, fries, and shakes are wonderful. They make a variety of interesting toppings that taste wonderful. The portion sizes are large. The management is attentive and anxious to please. They are environmentally conscious. I highly recommend this burger restaurant.

This place is awesome great food and the manager is wonderful. When I made a mistake ordering my burger, he had another one made for me and did not charge us for it. Not only did he have the right burger made but he brought us 2 free deserts. I highly recommend going to this place.

If you’re a born west coast person and are dying for In-N-Out, this is by far the closest thing you will get in CT! This place was so good. Fresh, hot and filling. The chili cheese fries were honestly great. Can’t wait to come back :) The service was excellent too, very friendly!

Best burgers in CT by far!! BurgerFi has been recognized as making the tastiest burgers in national publications, and that has been my experience as well. You can tell from the first bite of the burger that BurgerFi makes high quality, delicious burgers. Much better than the vaunted In'n'Out burgers of California. Everything on the menu is delicious and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you're getting. The place is clean and comfy, the staff is friendly. The owner is super friendly and is often there chatting with customers. This BurgerFi is worth a visit even if you live far away. It's worth the drive. Hoping the owner opens BurgerFi's all over the state!!

I love this place, especially that they are open until 10pm. I went there super hungry after a long day and a double cheddar burger so hit the spot. Their sauce is amazing and good on French fries too. The staff is super sweet and helpful. Do yourself a favor and go get a burger worth eating at 10pm!

Stopped here after the movies with our 10 yr old granddaughter and we were all pleasantly surprised. The burger and patty melt were absolutely delicious. And my granddaughter loved her hot dog. Fries were so yummy. Service was quick and food was freshly made and hot! We will definitely return.

I just want to say the customer service and how welcoming and kind the staff here is is genuinely incredible. The staff welcomed me with a smile. I had came in because my UberEats driver had never delivered my meal and I explained that to one of the front of house cashiers and she explained to me what she could do then called her manager to further assist me. I then showed him my receipt and he immediately told me he could make me my food. I waited for not even 5 minutes and my food was out, Andre (the kind gentlemen that made/handed me my food) not only apologized knowing it wasn’t the restaurants fault, but also gave me my food some extra fries AND wings. We stopped here on our way back home from a family vacation. We were technically going to raising cane's, but google lied & said they were open.. but they just finished building it & it wasn't ready to the public.. so we saw green umbrellas & tables in a distance.. pulled up to BurgerFi & the 7 of us eat inside. The food was AMAZING! burgers were so juicy.. fries were delicious & perfect crispyness! Same with the chicken tenders! Rodeo burgers were so delicious 😋 & the kids enjoyed the yummy milkshakes! The employees were very kind, accommodating& patient with us while the kids were deciding on what to eat. We stumbled on this place by accident & the food was well worth it! Pricing wasn't that bad either!

Normally I take chain places with a grain of salt, but BurgerFi is a pleasant surprise. The burgers are high quality, fresh, and consistent. We all know their competition, and I've tried them all. I've even tried the regional "fan favorites" out there who are touted as having great burgers. (Yes, I'm comparing them to In N Out and Whataburger ). IMO, BurgerFi is better. The fries are awesome, too. Super generous portions - a regular can feed 2 people easily! You can tell their food is fresh, the ingredients are simple yet tasty - and, I don't walk away feeling burned like ... the red & white place up the street - or any Fast Food place out there. If I'm paying premium prices for a burger - I'm getting a premium burger. Eat here. Won't be disappointed.

First time here. Found it passing through Avon looking for a place to grab a burger. So happy we found this place. Food was delicious. Service was fast. Workers are friendly. I don’t know if it was an owner or manager that greeted us when we walked in. I feel bad we didn’t get his name. He made it a point to check in on us to see how things were. I usually don’t experience that at fast food type of places. He was proud of the partnerships Burgerfi has. They offered beer and wine a big plus! Overall a great experience and great alternative to fast food chains that I haven’t stepped foot in about 15 years. I’ll be back!

Literally the best burger/chicken sandwich I've ever had in all of Connecticut. Also, i gotta say, they serve some of the BEST fries I've ever had. I'm a professional fat man and I've eaten at pretty much everywhere from chains to mom n pop joints. I don't live too close but it is so worth it and i will DEFINITELY be coming back, multiple times. Everyone definitely has to try the Spicy Fi'ed Chicken Sandwich, its the perfect blend of spicy and sweed with the honey ghost pepper sauce. And the CEO Burger? The wagyu beef with the special tomato sauce blend and garlic aioli is absolute burger heaven in your mouth.

Still my favorite burger joint in the area. It's a great clean and modern location with plenty of seating, especially when its warm enough to be on the patio. I love the breakfast all day burger (burger with hash brown, bacon, and egg with maple sauce). It's a heart attack on a bun but it's delicious. Their fries are also really good. Can't speak to the bar selection, but the frozen custard is top notch.

We have been to this BurgerFi several times and enjoyed each and every time. The staff are very friendly and place is clean. The meals are made to order. My wife likes the veggie burger and fries. I tried the chicken and avocado sandwich which was very tasty. The fries are outstanding. We highly recommend dining at BurgerFi.

Surprisingly good veggie burgers. The wait seemed a bit long but we got a ton of tasty fries. The place could have been cleaner but it wasn't really too bad otherwise.

Go to for upscale self-serve burger joint. Bring a sweater though as they keep it cold. Their sakes are delicious but wish they'd fill the cup for better value - always feel disappointed. Now that 5 guys has shakes its harder to make the choice though I would give them the nod for quality but you pay for it. (Also, they offer beer and wine and outside patio seating.)

This place is amazing I always have good service. Prices are fair as far as real food the veggie burgers are amazing!!!! The dude with the sleeve tattoos is very friendly and always getting compliments on my band t shirts as I walk in. Good atmosphere, clean and friendly I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a good real food!

We really like the burgers and fries. It's our favorite place over Five Guys or Shake Shack. And the service is nice but our order is wrong every time. But we keep coming back so we like it.

The reason I give this four stars is because the food is really good. Best fast food burger joint hands down. Really fresh and tasty burgers, great fries, awesome shakes and the absolute best onion rings you will ever experience. The two cons: 1. I have never really had great service here. I haven't had bad service, but the cashiers are never friendly or warm. Kind of stone faced and don't seemed thrilled to be there. 2. It's expensive. A junior cheeseburger, junior fry (so kids sized) and vegi-fi burger come to $16. However, the food is really good, so there is some justification for us to go as a treat every now and then.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat while spending the day car shopping. Overall, it was alright. Food was decent and service was good.

Food was very good when they reopened the restaurant with the new management. However, the quality of the food deteriorated with time. Hope they will fix it soon. Service and the atmosphere of this place are excellent, though.

great burgers and fries and nice outdoor area to sit in warm weather. They have a lot of good toppings and combinations but I like the standard burger with their special sauce best. The French fries are really good too. There are coupons commonly available ( sometimes back of Stop & Shop receipt) so check that out too.

I wasn't expecting much from a chain but the burgers are really good. It's sort of like a cross between Shake Shack and In n' Out. A little on the pricey side but worth it if you want a great burger. The onion rings were hit or miss - one time they were fried perfectly and another time they were like raw onion. The shake I had was great, not sure what ice cream they use. Also, the huge fan on the ceiling is mesmerizing. I think it hypnotizes you to come back again.

Takeout Review: BurgerFi opened in 2011 in South Florida; the first time I had it, was there. There are about 120 locations in the US, MX, Middle East, and United Kingdom. The chain also acquired Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. They serve burgers, veggies burgers, fries, onion rings, custard, beer, wine, chicken wings, and more. I've had their burgers in Florida and was delicious. This was the first time ordering takeout at the Avon location. Oddly enough, I wasn't craving a burger so I decided to order the 6 pieces of sweet Thai chili chicken wings. Those were actually delicious, even though it's a burger place. My husband really enjoyed his burger and fries. I look forward to visiting and trying out their burgers and other menu items again.

Solid burgers. Very good and fast service. Ordered online for pick up in store Quick and easy. Food......i had a veg burger. It was very good.just for burger and fries paid 18$ little much. But 10$ for the burger was worth it. Got fries and onion rings on a cajun seasoning. Seasoning was good. The onion rings were large and only like 3. But i lt was good. Fries.........a no no for me. From pick up and when i got home was less then 2 min. And the fries where already cold and stale ...i just got a bad batch i guess... Thats why 4 stars not 5. Friend got a diff. Burger she enjoyed it as well. They have kids menu. But its limited. Their sauce is just a mayo ketchup+ something combo. Packaging i like alot. Not sloppy . kept the burger nice and cozy.

Burgers are above average and portions are generous. A little pricey, but no more so than other burger chains. This particular location always has the music turned up to 11, it is LOUD in there. Luckily, you can sit outside.

idk. I was excited to try it but the consensus was.. "greasy", and while the food came out fast, the kiosk ordering experience was dystopian to say the least. It was expensive.

Food was ok. I have heard great things but it seemed like one or two people might have called out that night because they were way backed up. Had to wait for milkshake until meal was almost over because the milkshake tickets were backed up and the only person making them was the cashier who was too busy taking people's orders. I almost felt bad for ordering it.

The food at Burgerfi is pretty good. I enjoyed the Burgerfi bacon cheeseburger I ordered. My favorite item was the fries with aioli, parmesan, and herbs. On the other hand, I'm hugely dissatisfied with the pricing. It costs approximately $17 for one person. I only got a burger and the smallest order of fries. This steep pricing is why I most likely won't return.

Burgers are delicious and fresh. Milkshakes are a must!! Omg and the onion rings are the best! Probably my favorite burger restaurant in the area Updating to say that while the food still tastes good, the past five times I've ordered from here, at least one item is wrong. It's also never ready at the time it's expected, whether they're busy or not. Attention to detail has gone out the window here.

I want to start by saying that the place is very clean. Food QUALITY is good with the buns, burgers and cheese. But everything is covered in a layer of SALT. The burgers, the fries, everything is salty. It is so salty my party could not finish their meal. Definitely not in my top 5 burger places... but if you are someone who puts salt on everything, you should be happy with this place.

Good food but way too overpriced. UPDATE: They have responded to this review and I understand that they use high quality beef. However, I stand by my original rating because I spent $20 on a burger, fries, and drink, and was just not wowed by anything. For the price I expect much more.

First time eating here and wasn't impressed with the food. Burger had no flavor and was definitely overcooked. My daughter got a chicken sandwich and said it was okay. Customer service was great. Loved the atmosphere and was very clean.

Was an okay experience. Burger and onion rings were overcooked to the point of nearly being burnt. Bun was toasted until partially charred. Staff was friendly but meal server had an open, bleeding would on their bare hand while delivering our food. Not sure if they had gloves on during prep. Had better experience years ago when we frequented this place more often. I don't feel the meal or experience was worth the price.

We came at around 7:20 pm on 10/28/2023, the lettuce didn't look fresh on the sandwiches, had brown streaks thru them. We got speciality fries with sauce on the side. Unfortunately the fries were mostly soggy. Maybe we just came in at a bad time. Wasn't too impressed with our visit. I deducted a star for the service bc I was charged extra for a side of aioli for a swap instead of honey mustard. Wasn't told this would be the case.

Want a Great burger? This is not the place. I ordered the CEO and it looked like Quarter pounder frozen patties were used on them, Meat was gray and flavorless, I would bet these are frozen like McDonalds. Ordered the Cry and Fry and same with onion rings, they were flavorless. I really liked the fries, had the perfect amount of seasoning for me but $20.70 for a burger, 3 onion rings and fries was way too much money for me. Another thing that really bothers me is Fast Food restaurants begging for tips when you check out and when you don't tip the attitude of the employees change. I thought this place paid a decent wage? if so why beg for tips?

The meat on the burger was excellent. Everything else was kind of average. I could see this being a favorite place for some and I had been wanting to try BurgerFi for a while. Overall I just wasn't super impressed.

Food is still great but the place was not as clean as it use to be with the old owners. Walked in when they first opened and bathroom was disgusting. The managers need to be more on top of the employees cleaning up at the end of the night. This would have never been acceptable when I worked here.

Was there on a Friday and they told me they were closing soon, but would make my order if I was getting the order to go. I should have taken the hint, because my burger was sloppily thrown together, and the fries must have been the last of the batch because they were cold and soggy. I was watching the TV while my order was being made, and one of the employees came by and shut the TV off abruptly - it was obvious that I was standing 5 feet from the screen and staring at it. I thought that was kind of odd. Seriously, if you want to close and not make anything, then tell me you are closed.

Around 3:30 December 28th 2022 I just went in to pick up some onion rings I ordered, I got there and it wasn't busy at all. When I got up to the register the young girl behind the counter would not even acknowledge that I was there and proceeded to walk in the back , returning a minute or two later with her phone and drink, I though she might finally help me but she stood behind the cooler on her phone, and another minute or two later the nice guy who I've seen many times before came to ask if I've been helped and he did help me. I want the manager of this location to realize this girl does not care about her job at all, and the cook who helped me is an asset to you.

I've been to a BurgerFi before but this is my first visit to the Avon location. I walked into this location around 1:00pm. It was relatively quiet, a few patrons were seated and eating, and a few others were waiting on their food. One person was taking orders and one person was at the grill (one person walked away and I assume it was for their break). I walked up and placed my order, I specifically said "the BurgerFi burger, lettuce, tomato" (minus the cheese) and "regular fries". I received my receipt and sat down for my take out to arrive. I'm usually a patient person but I started to feel like I was there for a long time. I looked at the time on my phone and it said 1:23pm. I then took a look at my receipt and the time stamp on it was 1:03pm. 20 minutes and still no order...I also noticed that I was getting a BurgerFi Cheeseburger even though I wanted the non cheese burger, no big deal though, a common mistake. As I said, I'm a patient person so I waited longer. In that time period, I believe 2 orders were fulfilled. Two workers returned to the grill for a total of three working the grill now. To keep the story short, I'll jump ahead to when I receive my order...it was brought out to me just before 1:30pm. About 30 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. This may seem extreme for some people but I believe that this was a very slow experience when trying to pick up a quick bite for lunch. I normally don't write reviews, but what forced me to write one is the fact that when I opened up the burger, there was no lettuce or tomato on it. The combination of issues has made me a bit unhappy with my visit. There is a small chance that I'll visit BurgerFi again, but likely not the one in Avon. I'll likely go to Five Guys instead.

Bad service, bad price, bad food, bad food handling $35 for two burgers (one jr. Size), side of fries and two fountain drinks and a 20 min wait. (No, it wasn't busy) Service was bad, we ordered and 2 groups who came in after us received their food before we got our take out order. It was clear they just forgot about our order since one burger was cold and the other was scalding hot, when we asked about the wait they got a bit defensive saying that it was currently being made... Ignoring the fact that they made 5+ burgers for people who ordered after us. Fries were really soggy. When we finally got our food there was a half hearted sorry about the wait. I get it when places are slammed, it takes a while, but this was just not the case. Beyond the food issues I have concerns about their food handling procedures. They also took food that a customer had started eating then decided they wanted toppings, into the back and seasoned them in the mixing bowls. You are not supposed to do that! Another worker kept wiping their nose on their sleeve.

Burger was thinner than ever and cooked so hard it was a rubbery meat disk. The longest fries were 2 inches long - most were 1 cm potato bits. Very different than what I’m used to.

The staff and service are great. However the quality and amount of food you get , not with it. Felt like I wasted 62 dollars on 3 burgers , 2 fries and 3 onion rings. Yes 3 onion rings and 1 beverage.

On 5/22, we placed an online order at 4:15 for a 5:45 pickup. When I arrived, several other patrons were standing waiting for food as well. I gave my name and they told me it would be ready in "one minute". Several people arrived before me and were waiting as long as I was. Several patrons arrived and got food immediately. I waited until 6:10 to get my food. They told me my shake and custard would be right out. At 6:20, after continuing to wait, while others walked up, grabbed food and shakes and left, I finally asked after our drinks again. I was told they were making it right then. It was very confusing. Some people walked up and got food immediately, others like me were waiting close to 40 minutes. The food was fine, and I don't mind waiting if I'm told I have a wait ahead of me. But placing an online order well in advance should not result in the wait that I had. Also, be more accurate with wait times. If I give my name, and you haven't even started my ticket, don't say it will be one minute. Be honest.

Ate late lunch there today 1/4/20 with my wife. Have eaten there at least 20 times since it opened. Have to say service was fine but can’t say the same for the food quality. Two Singles and a Cry&Frie order. Burgers were way over cooked (dry) and not that hot , and C&F were way over cooked ( very crunchy) and burned. My check # was 2315 and Shannon took our order. Next time in Avon think we’ll try another establishment-too bad , both felt your burgers were the best in the valley. Duane Nelson

Burgers were overcooked and rubbery. They arrived within 5 minutes of our order being submitted so maybe they were made in advance. Definitely ruined my view of this place. Used to be a great tasting burger. Not so much anymore.

Went here for lunch today and it was awful. They used to be so good. I got a single cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap and the burger may as well been a hockey puck, it had zero flavor and super. For the price of this place it should be much better. Yuck!

Burger was sooo greasy and the cajun fries were undercooked and greasy as well. 😣 Definitely had no spice to them. There's hardly anyone in there and it took forever to get anything. Not great.

Disgustingly over priced!!!if I am paying $11 for a cheeseburger I better have a hard time finishing it. Nope. It was small and lame. 3$ for a drink, 5$ for onion rings. Best thing was the onion rings. Save you money and go sit at red robin if your spending that much.

Dirty, unfriendly people making food. The burgers were skinny over cooked and not hot the buns hard. The condiment area filthy no flatware. Counters with dirty. No one there looked like they ever had culinary training.

Well you can not order over the phone for everyone's convenience because they only accept card payments if you order over the phone. You must go in the store and order if you want to pay in cash so if you're on your lunch break expect to miss your lunch because you won't get it in time. Especially with COVID going on right now i didnt want to stay here waiting. Customers touch tables and no one cleans after they touch is so its not clean with the circumstances currently. Severely inconvenient. Burger was dry and bun was soaked in grease. I do not recommend.

Last few times trying this location… was extremely disappointed in both quality of the finished product (my burger was drier than a pair of boots) and each visit had poor customer experience with the server.

My daughter and I came to this restaurant to order a Burgerfi double cheeseburger with the addition of lettuce and tomatoes. During our visit, we were the only customers present in the restaurant. She received the sesame seed buns with two patties, no cheese, no tomato no lettuce...Who serves a cheeseburger with no cheees???Upon realization of the messed up order we received, I went back into the restaurant to have my order fixed..after realizing the cook had an attitude I decided to get my money back instead. I waited five minutes for the manager to come and approve a refund. Only to be attended by the manager who tended to the matter with little regard. No appologies.

Ordered 2 burgers, fries and onion rings for take out. Burgers were plain - without the toppings we ordered and paid extra for. Fries were cold. Called to speak to the manager and was told that there was no manager on duty. Gave complaint to the person who originally answered the phone, and then she told me to hold for the manager. After holding several minutes, I was asked to call back in 30 minutes. There was no offer to remedy the situation. For $29 for a couple of burgers, we certainly expected better. There are MUCH better options for burgers in the area.

Very upset. Not from the area and was looking for a good burger joint. Arrived at 7:30 on July 4th. Only one other couple in the place. Paid $22+ for a water, fry/onion ring combo, a regular single cheeseburger, and a regular single bacon burger. The burgers were cooked well enough as we're the 3 onion rings, but the fries were a mixture of old hard cold salty fries under a couple warm fries. I understand that the place was not busy, but from the restaurant business myself, I would think the price paid would have provided me with fresh hot food. Would have left 1/4 star if it was an option. One good note, the cashier/server was nice.

The food at Burgerfi is generally good but they have introduced these kiosks to order at. You can only order through the kiosks and they are the closest thing I have yet experienced to Sisyphus' boulder. These pieces of garbage are beyond infuriating, from a tap taking 10 seconds to register to the kiosk randomly adding and deleting items from your order, and even to the checkout, wherein they will ask for a tip 4 times- autofilling a ludicrous 70% tip- before allowing you to finally pay for your food. Jesus Christ, please hire an actual cashier instead of cutting corners by using fisher price speak and spell tablets to order my food. The employees seem nice, I'm sure they would appreciate the hours. TL,DR: BurgerFi is the ultimate boomer simulator, and I have never felt more like my mom when she asks me to help her with her computer.

I have been getting ads from BurgerFi talking about their grass-fed beef and was excited about trying them. I ordered a simple cheeseburger and a regular fry. Talk about crash and burn! The burger was so salty, I could only choke down half and threw the rest away. The fries were luke warm but at least edible. I highly doubt that I will be back. When I called to alert the manager, I was encouraged to go to their website to vent, which I did. Buyer beware.

Placed an online order and was charged twice for some reason. Called and spoke to a female who proceeded to tell me she couldn’t help me out because “it’s the dinner rush and we’re busy now.” Arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my food and inquire about the double charge. At the time, there were no customers and the employee in front was on her phone behind a cooler. She told me to come back the next day to speak with a manager and didn’t know how to correct the double charge. I was just really baffled by the whole interaction so I took my food and left. The charge was ultimately corrected but the way it was handled was enough for me to never go back to this establishment ever again. The food was also subpar.

I’ve had terrible experiences with this burgerfi. Today was the fourth time I’ve had an issue in the last couple months. I tried giving them another chance and ordered 5 burgers and some fries for my family and me for dinner, after a long day. We got home with the takeout and found there were only 4 burgers. When I called to speak to the manager about a refund, he was unable to do it at the time due to it being “too busy”. In order to get the refund he needed me to come in the next day which I thought was very strange saying I paid with a card. Five guys seems like the much better choice.

Ordered a chicken breast burger, went into my car to eat it and when l took a bite it was pink, personally to pink for me. I went inside to say I’ll pay for the drink but can I just get the chicken breast taken off. The manager who should not be one after how he treated me and made a scene infront of other customers. Said “it’s pre cooked it can’t be” I explained I understand but it was too pink for me and I do not want this. He goes to say what type of chicken and yells at me from across the kitchen into the main area. I explain to him that as someone who works in the kitchen and has been in the restaurant industry for 2 years this is not ok, that this is pink I do not want it (I took 2 bites one from each side to make sure). I was in utter shock. And extremely embarrassed. I actually deicded to walk out and not get my refund because I could tell this man would make this a bigger scene. Will not be returning and I really hope the people who heard the conversation won’t either. I would like my purchased voided if not already. Would like to mention: the guy with the glasses and beard who worked register, sweet as can be he was the kindest

I’m really not sure why this place has such high reviews. There was absolutely no flavor in a single thing we ate. I don’t have any known dietary restrictions or digestion issues, but for whatever reason I could not digest this food. I subbed a waygu patty for a normal one, they gave me one normal one and one waygu one on the same burger. The texture was awful and everything was soggy (we ate it immediately when we got it). Such a terrible experience, we will not be returning.

The food took forever to be cooked after we placed our order. We were hand d a bag and my husband opened it. Opened fries, tasted one and said I didn’t remember you ordering fries. I brought the bag up front as it was the wrong order. They then handed the bag to another patron. Pandemic what? The price was also steep for the chili dog that was slapped together. The milkshakes were the best part of the whole experience.

Ordered the “ultimate bacon burger” double patty. These patties are so damn thin. $12 just for that burger, fries are $5. Nothing special about this burger at all. Better off making burgers at home get more with your money than this.

1st time here and ordered grilled chicken salad. Salad was brown on edges chicken was barely there but tons of nasty crouton and a few skinny pieces or tomato. No other toppings. Terrible. Got home and got food poisoning. I'm so pissed. Dont know why someone would come here. Tried my friends greasy overcooked fries. Most grease I've ever seen on fries. Terrible!!!
