The service was wonderful. Bringing the food out to the table was nice, wasn't expecting that. It was my first time trying you guys out and I was blown away with the meat. The fries could have something on them was to plain for me but otherwise was really good. It was sure busy that's for sure.

I just want to say the customer service and how welcoming and kind the staff here is is genuinely incredible. The staff welcomed me with a smile. I had came in because my UberEats driver had never delivered my meal and I explained that to one of the front of house cashiers and she explained to me what she could do then called her manager to further assist me. I then showed him my receipt and he immediately told me he could make me my food. I waited for not even 5 minutes and my food was out, Andre (the kind gentlemen that made/handed me my food) not only apologized knowing it wasn’t the restaurants fault, but also gave me my food some extra fries AND wings. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. DEFINITELY try this place if you haven’t, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff is so so kind :) 1000000/10 Thank you andre and Jay!!!

Went to grab lunch with a friend, when I went inside to buy a drink after we had finished eating I realized I was short a couple cents. The man working gave me the cup for free and told me to have a nice day. I appreciated the courtesy and kindness they displayed. Lunch was great and tasty as always.

We stopped here on our way back home from a family vacation. We were technically going to raising cane's, but google lied & said they were open.. but they just finished building it & it wasn't ready to the public.. so we saw green umbrellas & tables in a distance.. pulled up to BurgerFi & the 7 of us eat inside. The food was AMAZING! burgers were so juicy.. fries were delicious & perfect crispyness! Same with the chicken tenders! Rodeo burgers were so delicious 😋 & the kids enjoyed the yummy milkshakes! The employees were very kind, accommodating& patient with us while the kids were deciding on what to eat. We stumbled on this place by accident & the food was well worth it! Pricing wasn't that bad either!

We’d give 6 stars if we could. We’re a family of picky eaters. It’s hard to find places where you can make everyone happy. Especially the kids. This place can!! Thank goodness for this place. Awesome burgers!! Great chicken burgers (a must try) and have you ever tried a burger bowl??! Mind blown. Aside from the great quality of the food, the service….. chefs kiss. I promise you, you WILL feel special. Andre is THE best. Beyond kind and cool but also you know he takes pride in what he does. The place is always clean, great quality of food and great service. No joke, we come here every Saturday and Sunday when we visit family up here all summer long.

Normally I take chain places with a grain of salt, but BurgerFi is a pleasant surprise. The burgers are high quality, fresh, and consistent. We all know their competition, and I've tried them all. I've even tried the regional "fan favorites" out there who are touted as having great burgers. (Yes, I'm comparing them to In N Out and Whataburger ). IMO, BurgerFi is better. The fries are awesome, too. Super generous portions - a regular can feed 2 people easily! You can tell their food is fresh, the ingredients are simple yet tasty - and, I don't walk away feeling burned like ... the red & white place up the street - or any Fast Food place out there. If I'm paying premium prices for a burger - I'm getting a premium burger. Eat here. Won't be disappointed.

Just wanted to shed light on a phenomenal employee they have I believe her name is Alicia. Every time my husband and I arrives she gives us nothing short of excellent service. We usually get the CEO she referred us to try the NEW Chef Burger this time 10/10. Rather it’s bringing the food to the table or helping us on our way out with the door, we want you to know your hard work and dedication never goes unnoticed. We need more people like you in the workplace. Hats off to you Bravo!

First time here. Found it passing through Avon looking for a place to grab a burger. So happy we found this place. Food was delicious. Service was fast. Workers are friendly. I don’t know if it was an owner or manager that greeted us when we walked in. I feel bad we didn’t get his name. He made it a point to check in on us to see how things were. I usually don’t experience that at fast food type of places. He was proud of the partnerships Burgerfi has. They offered beer and wine a big plus! Overall a great experience and great alternative to fast food chains that I haven’t stepped foot in about 15 years. I’ll be back!

I’ve never had BurgerFi before going to this one, and I’m really impressed! There’s a ton of menu items with a unique and big flavor. It’s really clean as well, which is important to me. The owners are very friendly and you can tell they really care about creating the best experience for you. This is going to be my new norm over other burger restaurants!
