Me and my girls love subway. I had the chopped tuna salad n my girls had the 6in.turkey sub

One of the best subways I've been too! My order is very complicated and the staff was so friendly and unphased by my requests. Will definitely visit again. Angelique was exceptionally sweet! Shawna was very helpful and witty as well!

Subway has great deals and fabulous sandwiches. The service is great and the dining area kept clean. I recommend having lunch there anytime. It's great take home too just leave off the sauces so your bun doesn't get soggy.

We showed up and they were open 😁 made us some great sandwich and fixings for a picnic lunch which we enjoyed at Hunnington Lake just two days before the Creek fire started.

The service was amazing and the restaurant was clean. The employees were engaging and chatted with customers making us feel welcome.

The sandwiches are great BUT BEWARE they will only “sometimes” double toast your bread😖 all together its a great place, and yea forget the whole toast thing cause bois are still good 👍🏽

Slow but food is always good and pretty healthy.

I love subway, it's so good! It's just that everytime I go in there, the people who are working have facemasks covering their mouth, but not their nose?? One lady, I've seen her multiple times pull the mask onto her chin and she continued to talk like that for 4-5 minutes. Other than that it's pretty cool, just your average subway

Definitely not my subway of choice. Workers talking to friends in the store while you are ordering and being very slow because of it. Also seem very disinterested with doing their job most the time. Food has always been ok or would be much lower.

So my husband and I went to the Subway in Prather today to order sandwiches for my sister and myself. Here's some background story before I proceed: My sister always orders the Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong sub and she likes to add a generous amount of picks and ranch-by generous I mean...well...a lot. Now, everyone at this particular subway has made this sandwich at least once, and every time I go to pay for it, I offer to pay extra for the particularly large amount of pickles and ranch. Every single time an employee has laughed and expressed their disgust for this sandwich. This doesn't bother me because I don't really like it either but it's what my sister likes so that's what I will order. I order her sandwich for her simply because she cannot order it herself without being harassed by employees or the manager. SO. Back to the beginning of my story. I told my husband that perhaps we shouldn't order the sandwich because this manager has expressly forbidden all of her employees to make this sandwich. I find that odd but okay. So today Kyle orders this sandwich and as the employee is adding the pickles and ranch tenfold the manager is shooting daggers at him, silently forbidding him to do this. He keeps looking at her and shrugs apologetically because he's simply following Kyle's order. When our sandwiches are made we proceed to pay for it, our cashier being none other than-you guessed it! The manager. She tells us our total is $12 and some cents and I said thank you with a smile and handed her my debit card. As she swipes it she looks at me patronizingly and asks "So...when you order this sandwich, do people ask if you're pregnant?" I looked at her, shocked, at a loss for words, and decided to blow it off and say, " No this sandwich is for my sister who's a hundred pounds soaking wet..." She laughs and replies, "Oh YEAHHH I knew there was someone else that came in and ordered this sandwich!" She finishes ringing us up and as she's bagging the sandwiches she adds laughing, "I'm sorry but this is so disgusting! Have a good day!" So that concludes our trip to Subway. I exited the store stunned and looked at my husband like "did that really just happen"? As far as I can discern, this woman's employees loathe her, and now I have reason to as well. This is the reason why my sister doesn't order her sandwich at Subway anymore. They harass her and make rude remarks ... actually... BEYOND rude remarks. I've tried to figure out a way to contact corporate to no avail and the Subway website offers "customer service" to file complaints, all of which get forwarded to the manager of said Subway establishment for further investigation. This doesn't help me at all considering I want to file a complaint against THE MANAGER.

It's subway so the food is good but this one is pretty slow.

After a basketball game, we stop by for a bite with exactly 40 minutes left until they closed and as soon as we walked in, the employee shook her head, threw her mop down and rolled her eyes at us. She already had half the chairs upside down, and she looked like she was ready to close and I apologized to her and I said I’m sorry it looks like you’re ready to go home and she completely ignored me. I sat there and waited as she washed her hands in a disgusted manner that we had walked in so we told her we were going to just leave and she just ignored us as we walked out. Unfortunately, we came here because someone went down the street recommended it to us, but let me tell you what a horrible experience from an employee at an establishment that is paying her to do her job I would give this place a zero rating if I could

It’s a shame that they don’t answer their phone to accept orders. Three times the phone rang off the hook and no answer, nor any message machine. Afterword I was told that when they are busy, they don’t answer the phone. I can accept that, but they should at least switch to a prerecorded message that they are open, but they are too busy to currently take messages. It’s hard to support local businesses, if they can’t supply customer service, especially when driving down the mountain 30 minutes to buy a sandwich and you don’t know if they are open, closed or what.

Just got my sandwich ordered a pastrami sandwich has barley any pastrami in it, who ever worked tonight needs to learn how to make a sandwich or get re-trained.
