Came here late on a Monday night. The 2 guys working were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to make sure myself, and party of 8 got exactly what we wanted. The kids loved the games. The pizza was really great and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend for any large party, groups with kids, or anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere.

We went here late after a softball tournament. The staff was very accommodating of our large group. They made us a bunch of pizzas quickly. Food was good and the beer was cold. Thank you!

I came here for the first time and I have to say it was really good food and customer service. The pizza was cooked to perfection and with plenty of toppings, also it was very clean. Would definitely come here again.

We recently hosted a graduation party at Straw Hat Pizza and had such a great experience! We were able to rent out a section of the restaurant, which gave us plenty of space to celebrate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and they gave us a lot of flexibility with bringing in our own decorations and desserts. They were also very thoughtful about the timing of when the pizzas came out, making sure everything was fresh and ready right when we needed it. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free.

The Kahlon family at Straw Hat Pizza is amazing! They’re super kind, welcoming, and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. The Jalapeño Garlic Twist… wow, total showstopper! The pizza was custom-made just the way we wanted and came out perfect. Easily one of the best spots for pizza, and if you’re in Carmel or Monterey, this is a must-try. Great food, awesome people—you can’t go wrong here!

The Service is AMAZING. The staff are so hospitable. They gave us a larger serving than what we ordered. We came thirty minutes before closing and stayed 30 minutes after closing, but they never rushed us. It was also fun to practice the little Hindi that I'm learning with them. Super-Kid Friendly. They even have an Arcade, though it wasn't open when we arrived.

Every time I go to this pizza store, I order the veggie pizza, and it always come out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust stay crispy, and the veggies taste really fresh—not soggy like some places. The staff treat me politely and make sure everything go smoothly with the order. The place stay clean and comfortable, and it feel like a nice spot to just sit and enjoy your food. It’s become one of my go-to spots when I crave pizza.

What else one needs to enjoy with friends. Yeah that's great food and clean atmosphere. As we went without informing time and number ,then also we were served in minutes. FOOD AND STAFF took my heart. And sorry guys we cross your closing time but you let our children PLAY Games which kept them busy. No where else to go when we have u.

Today i visited Straw Hat and the experience was just amazing . As i went late after my job but they take care of our needs without caring of their closing time. We sat for almost 2 hours ,they provided fresh and tasty food . CUSTOMER SERVICE was the key point as they don't make us feel left out. Food was served fast and we enjoyed it. Gonna visit again and again 🥰

Way over priced the pizza was not cooked all the way so eating raw dough the salad bar was a complete joke had to wait 30 minutes before they brought out any pizza if you want a decent pizza buffet go to mountain mikes 10 times better and a bit cheaper no one came in there to eat i was there an hour ghost town lol
