So just a shout out to Monay (not sure if the spelling is right) but she's literally the nicest person I've encountered at a fast food place. Super nice and friendly. I never leave reviews on anywhere i go. But this girl is worth it! 😊 thanks for being awesome.
I'm from the South and used to Southern Hospitality, so it's saying a lot that I had best service here! Everyone was so sweet, smiley, and during a slower time, they even came and gave us and an older patron the food to our tables.
Taco bell is taco bell. Nothing fancy. Clean bathrooms in this location and that gives it for me the 5 stars. Nothing worse than filthy bathrooms.It speaks volumes about good management. Customer service was pleasant and friendly.
I tried this steak burrito and they have two versions one with jalapeños and one without. The gave me the wrong one. Sucked. I have also waited for their breakfast crew that were late. For the most part they are friendly but when they are distracted with each other expect a mistake.
Drive through no problems, food is always hot, fresh, and fast.
Restaurants clean, bathrooms clean, counter help was nice, service was good.. The food came hot. The only complaint is for the drive through, wait is longer, and they get my order wrong sometimes..

It's refreshing when you actually see good service come from a fast food joint.... It was late, I was tired and hungry... stopped at this taco bell for food before heading to my house not far from there. After ordering I paid at the window with cash. Jackie, the employee I assume who took my order at the speaker, took my cash and closed the window. Without my recognition, she quickly reopened the window to hand me a $20 bill. See, I actually overpayed by an extra $20 and didn't even realize it. Jackie could have easily pocketed the cash without my knowledge but instead being the solid employee she is, had no second thought to doing what is rite. The food was as you expect, but Jackie did an excellent job at being an honest and valuable employee and definitely deserves a raise, promotion and whatever else management can throw at her because she is obviously a great person that can be trusted. Overall I'm very impressed with taco bell because of this employee so I hope management sees this and gives credit where it's due. Thanks Jackie, I really appreciate people like you that keep businesses like taco bell making money because of your due diligence. Keep up the good work! :)

Love chalupa.. Their value menus are really value menus.. For $5 u will get chalupa, burrito taco, chips and guac and drink.. Love their menus.. Lots of Stuff for very few bucks.. Friendly staff too, what I don't like is they took donation for taco bell foundation or charity. Atleast they could've asked us whether we interested or not.. That's what 4 stars.. Otherwise everything is very good..

Yes they where closed already when i called to see times they closed but person still answered the phone and told me they had stopped serving it was past 12 just a lil past 12

We like this TB location. Ordering online thru the app is the best expereince. This way they get the order correctly. Food portions are getting smaller and never look like those shiney media photo's. Breakfast is decent now. Wish the rest of the menu would get a revamp rather than getting slimmed down.
After waiting in line for about 3 minutes (mind you I was the only customer in there) and no one came to the register to take my order, I went into the kiosk and ordered my own food on there. Food was good and the place was clean, but it bothered me that they kept looking at me as I waited and never bothered to get my order or tell me to use the kiosk to order. Communication is key.
Located in a very nice center at a major interchange of the 101 freeway. Great center to take a pit stop. This Taco Bell is smaller than most, has drive-thru and modern look inside.

A Taco Bell worthy of three stars, just like the rest. Pretty standard. Pretty mediocre. But pretty darn good when you're hungry.
Food was good for a taco bell but this one had a particularly depressing interior. Was like a poorly designed 60s diner kind of thing going on.
This place is hot or miss for service. I have gotten excellent service here and I have gotten bad service here. Food is typical taco bell.

Good, friendly service here. The workers do their job well and are nice. The food is good too and orders are accurate. The place is also clean too, which is a big plus. The drive through does get busy though, so be aware of that when you plan to visit.
Place was clean and quiet. Service, was okay except this employee was having a bad day and she would show it. Lady infront of me even confronted her about it. Check your order!! This place is notorious for forgetting items. I have not gotten my cinnamon 12 pack 3 times and today they for got grilled cheese burrito
The food order was wrong. The food was not warm. There was no manager to handle the situation. There was no one working that knew how to do a refund for the food we never recieved. Not recommended

The hours say 8am every day. More times than not I have showed up at 8am or even 10 minutes after and no one answers the drive-thru intercom so I have to pull up to the window and wait to get someone's attention to order. Today, 8:05am, myself and 3 other cars were waiting in the drive-thru and no one ever answered the intercom or window so we all left. I work 12 hour nights and this and McDonalds are the closest quick thing to my house so that's why I have continued to put up with the untimely manner of when they actually open. Waiting 15 minutes for them to open at 8am and then waiting 5 minutes to find out no one taking our orders was the last of my patients so McDonalds it is from now on! ✌🏼🍔🍟
One of the crappier Taco Bells. We are roadripping and thought we'd stop by for a quick bite. We've been out of the country for some time now and it looks like most ordering in fast food joints are done via touchscreen now. Still, that shouldn't mean that the employees can ignore your presence. Literally, no customers were in the restaurant when we entered but all the tables were covered in food and garbage. My burrito was cold and the fries looked like they had been stepped on 🤔 We didn't finish our food. There are other places to eat.
The two meatless burritos I had were cold. Came pretty fast but the tortillas wrapped around the burritos were both cold, totally unappetizing. Around 7pm Friday night. First time I went into restaurant to order, usually I drive thru.
We are locals and occasionally find our selves in need of a warm meal in the evening. I genuinely wish that I could give this location a good review. But they fail more often then they succeed. First, this parking lot is challenging enough as it is. That is not the fault of this restaurant. But, the front parking slots are nearly always taken by employees. (or perhaps employees of the Starbucks next door). The most convenient parking spaces should always be reserved for the paying customers. Second, the owner of this franchise is a nutty little tyrant. I have personally witnessed him berate his employees and ME the customer when the order was made incorrectly. He darn near came close to accusing us of trying to cheat him. It was so shocking and egregious that I even had to report this incident to corporate. 3rd: Without fail, at least 50% of our orders have some item that is incorrect. There is little to no apology, let alone compensation for the screw up. Like everything in the last 2.5 years the prices have rocketed. Sadly, the service has taken a dive. For a place that advertises $15-18/hr to START working there, the customer deserves much better service.

A girl who is taking orders on drive-thru comes and asks to take my order, I said we already order and I wasn’t even finished when she said “ah okay and started to walk away.” I said hey I’m trying to tell you something, she points at me and says “wait give me a minute,” I said excu, and she cut me off again saying “give me a minute, while she pointed at me. Then she had the audacity to go to her coworkers and tell them that I was being rude, all of this in Spanish. Little did she know that I am Mexican and I understood every word! Never again will I go to this Taco. Bell on Vierra Canyon Rd. Prunedale. And these nasty looking fries were thrown in a small bag and all sideways that’s why they look so nasty!

I submitted a complaint to TB and they sent me 2 $5 coupons. We revisited tonight and the second we pulled out a coupon they shook their heads that they don’t accept them here. I told the manager “esme” how we got them then she said…we were just really busy so we couldn’t take it. This location is a joke. I could care less about the $5 but the principal of the matter is they have horrible customer service. We won’t be back!
Honestly just go to Salinas n main they are way better like how do you just start lunch and everything is like this will upload the receipt as well but this store should just close 😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨

Taco Bell is a cheap carbohydrate delivery service. Get a tiny bit of meat and lots of filler.

I was listening to the two girls at the window talking about their personal lives to pay attention to what their doing, first clue. Got home and unwrapped everything to find out I was missing two additional items I ordered.
Horrible food. It was cold and the burrito was the size of a taco. The Mexican pizza hardly had nothing in it. Someone needs to show these employees to make items right!! Not only that to here customers and employees talking and cussing!! Talking about other employees and complaining about them in front of customers is so wrong!!! Last time I'll ever come here. Horrible, was hoping it got better, but alas it has not. Looks like employees no longer take orders, or even acknowledge customer sin the store. I placed an order on the kiosk for almost $50.00, as I saw many cars in the drive thru. And they messed up my last order when I went thru it. All you can hear in dining room was employees complaining of the large orders, even the order with 20 bean burritos, I hope they got that right, since some people don’t eat meat. I had to ask for my drink cups, since they just called a number out (when the kiosk says they will call your name) My order was of course not completed correctly. By the time I got home, an entire 2 minute drive, we discovered 2 the 2 burrito supremes we actually bean burritos, and they felt like they were taken from the fridge not actually just made. 1 don’t expect to pay $8.00 for 2 bean burritos. When I had paid $4 for the other 2 actual bean burritos. No meat on my protein bowl, why would any one want to spend so much money, on the wrong order, and COLD food. No customer service. Won’t be returning EVER
The manager was very rude complaining about customers. She refused to make another customer what he ordered just because she didnt want to make more of what he ordered and told him to pick something else. She was very loud and didnt let me enjoy my meal with her complaining the whole time i was there. She also was saying that why didnt we go McDonald's that McDonald's was open too. They also took over 10 min for my food and for other people there as well. I hope their attitude changes because all of us customers were beeing very nice and they were complaining and giving everyone attitude the whole time.
We ordered sat down waiting on our order. 2 other families came and they got theirs before we did. In 2 different occasions we asked about our order they said it was on it's way. At least 5 different cars went through drive thru still no order. All we ordered was a taco and nachos. They never came so we asked for our money back then went to McDonald's where we got prompt service. Your better off using drive thru at taco bell other wise expect to Never get your order or wait over an hour to get it if they make your order.

I pull up there 3 people in drive thru I go in to dine and carry out but they just look at me for 8 mins and help all the drive thru people and leave me and one other guy just standing there waiting for them to do all the drive even tho we were there before they just keep taking order after order just look at us and saying nothing nice sevice the manager here should be fired terrible management. I find it very strange that the choice of having toilet seat covers available for customer use while in the restroom Lay's solely upon the managers discretion. First of all that should be mandatory. Second of all the manager at Taco Bell needs to factor the cost of the toilet seat covers into the budget and make it happen. It's not like they get to walk away with that extra money right? Then go ahead and spend the corporate money and get the basics. You got so bright? You got water right? Then get some gosh darn toilet seat covers.
Worst place ever, I wish they had given me my order correctly, they gave me the wrong drink, they aren’t answering my call to report my problem. I ordered triple layered nachos, and they were very unsatisfying it’s more like a one layered nachos with just sauce on ONE CORNER!!!! I also ordered a five dollar crunch box or whatever and it was not warm, the soft taco felt raw and tasted horrible it did not come with what it was advertised with..all in all I’m never going back for a while
Don't come here. Manager brings her kid and is calling mom being disruptive. Her daughter is rude with the employees. They must be tired of her too. She demands them food and tells them mom is gonna write them up.
Door dash order was WRONG. If it wasn’t for us checking we would’ve had a bad review. Bag was not even closed and they acted like we were and inconvenience.
I was in the mood for some chalupas, so swung by here because Website says they close at midnight. Took a detour from the freeway only to find out they were all closed up by 11:20pm. Wish the updated their website and hours on google. If its past 10pm, probably don't risk a detour to come here. Its probably closed.
I Went to taco bell in prunedale ordered a #5 watched everyone else get there order first when i was there before anybody they attended to the drive through orders and forgot mine and i got my refund and left. Very bad customer service never going back here again amd went to Macdonalds got way better service.
When u say u closed at midnight, I get there at 1130 pm and have 1 workers inside and ignore you is totally unexceptional. Workers could have come drive through to inform me they closed early in prunedale taco bell
Horrible customer service and the. manger doesn't know anything I literally told what I WhAt 5 times and she got it wrong then my vegetarian mom ate a chicken burrito but said she wanted a vegetarian burrito. Horrible do not recommend.
In Sunnyvale have very bad service in the night, I like the food but the people are very rude and they close the door after the close time. Never make a good service for to go, and if you don't have a car they never take your order in the window after they close the front door.
Service is terrible I was standing waiting for my order to be taken for at least 5min I asked if they were taking orders maria de Jesus answered rudly "oh you want to order" yes of course I want to order she was putting straws into the container one by one when she had 3 people in line. she's rude she over charged me for grilled chicken 3times I didn't say anything because 9 will not argue for a few dollars she probably needs them for herself The restroom toilet has flys,it stinks and no soap or toilet paper the tables are all dirty the floor has not been sweaped or mopped in days terrible service
I can not believe how expensive they have gotten. I paid $20.01 for 2 steak items and a large drink. I won't be back.
Went around 8:30 there was only one group of two in the store eating and the drive through had about 3 cars. We decided to go inside to go to the bathroom as a pit stop on our way home from monterey. BUT we were very disappointed as the bathroom had a sign saying that they check and clean it every 30 mins but the bathroom looked like a child ran through and shredded toilet paper everywhere. Plus the sink was broken and did not work. As a place that is supposed to have the employees wash their hands often it is repulsive Imagining the dirty hands that manage your food. We had only ordered two drinks from the place and we had ordered on the kiosk. But it took them 20 MINUTES and if it weren't for us asking about our order they would have not even gave us our order. Considering the fact that they weren't even busy it is absolutely unacceptable that they forgot our order and didn't believe that we had ordered when we had asked about it and showed proof.

Went in the drive thru today. Got my order totally messed up. Didn't get my drink, I should of got that. I was listening to the two girls at the window talking about their personal lives to pay attention to what their doing, first clue. Got home and unwrapped everything to find out I was missing two additional items I ordered.
