The carnitas are delicious, better than the "arcos." The tacos dorados are also delicious, far superior to the "arcos." The prices are somewhat high; a bill for three people can reach $1,000.
The food was 4 stars, as I ordered tacos: one with pollock and skin, another with just pollock, and finally a dorado with brains and a hibiscus water. The dorado and pollock were delicious, and the water was a bit sweet.
The staff are cheerful and helpful. I ordered guacamole and it was very fresh. The carnitas were tender and lean. My order included 5 cemitas, 2 tacos, an order of guacamole, and a little brain taco for a snack 😬. I also recommend the flan 🍮. As a suggestion, they should make a signature house salsa that's actually spicy 😅.

Food was better but probably because of the time. They still good though. Service was late. Prices high, but it is now a brand.
Excellent place! The facilities are comfortable and spacious. We really appreciate the valet parking, which provides shade for your car, and the open-air setting adds a sense of comfort. We only had one minor issue: the women's restrooms were very dirty on two occasions, as if they hadn't been cleaned for days. However, that only happened twice out of about ten times we've been. The salsas are delicious, and the carnitas cemitas with croissants and the crispy brain tacos are our favorites. We go there quite often, at least once every two weeks.
The carnitas were passable, but they didn't know cuts like pork belly or ribs. We ordered them, and they brought something else. Overall, the flavor was very bland for the price.

We arrived early for breakfast, and the carnitas weren't fresh at all, as if they had been served yesterday. I have no doubt about it. Everything we ordered was flavorless, which is a shame...
Very expensive and small portion of meat
We were regular, satisfied customers, but today, July 19th, the service was terrible. They open at 10:30 am and didn't even have the salsas ready; they didn't serve us until 11 am. We ordered a blood sausage taco, and it was all badly cut into huge pieces, like we were dogs. The staff didn't even apologize. A word of advice to the owners: pay attention to the people you hire because you're hiring a bunch of kids who I assume don't know how to do things properly. The quality has dropped horribly; unfortunately, this is the last time we'll be back.
