It had been many years since I'd visited them, and the picaditas and infladitas tasted exactly as I remembered—not exquisite, but definitely good. What surprised me was the flavor of the chicharrón quesadilla. It's one of those flavors that, when I think of a quesadilla, that's definitely the one I'll crave. When I return to Puebla, I'll stop by for my quesadilla.

A place that's both simple and authentic. You go there for snacks, and they're delicious. Well-prepared, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The quality-to-price ratio is also excellent. A clean space. I did miss a bit more friendliness from the waiters. They should smile a little more.

I'm sorry, but it's not the same as before. Since the sons, nephews, brothers-in-law, or whoever else is supposedly in charge, took it over, the gorditas just aren't as delicious anymore. They have no flavor at all. Plus, we found hair in our drinks and food, and they got angry when we complained—unbelievable! And none of the cooks or waitresses were wearing hairnets. They should take better care of their staff's hygiene. And sir, if you're reading this, take care of your business. Thank you.

The service is terrible. We've been several times and they forget our order, they don't enter it, and we have to wait around an hour. On top of that, they've raised their prices and lowered the quality and portion sizes. It's not worth it, I won't be back.

We've been customers for many years. On our last visit, we were completely dissatisfied. From what I can see from the comments, we're not the only ones. However, it seems they don't care and are doing something to improve. I'll share a few details: - Quesadilla made on a pre-made tortilla - Quesadilla with almost no squash blossom and chopped mushrooms - Gorditas without beans - Warm carrot juice (they don't have string) - Broken dishes - Menu or order without prices - The bill on a piece of paper, with only the amount written by hand. They have a super computer. How could they have a more formal program? - Bathroom without toilet paper and dirty - Extreme heat (at least with a fan) - High prices, considering the quality, location, and service
