Everything tastes delicious, and they have a great variety of both sweet and savory options, so there's something for everyone. They even gave us a snack to pass the time, which I loved. We stopped by to try some marquesitas and loved them. They recommended a savory one (bacon and maple syrup) and a sweet one (ginger cookie with raspberry), both of which were fantastic. For drinks, we had a café de olla (with their own homemade syrup—amazing!) and a cacao drink with toasted marshmallows. We loved everything; great recommendations! When we come back to Puebla, we'll definitely stop by again.

These marquesitas are delicious. This dessert is enjoyed from the cookie itself. I've tried the traditional one and a special mole they released. I gave the latter the benefit of the doubt, and after savoring it for a while, I really liked it. It was a good balance of salty and chocolatey sweetness, and paired with the queso de bola (ball cheese), it was delicious.

It was my first time to sit down and enjoy a marketeita at my leisure, rather than at a food stall, and it was my first time to try the slightly sweet dough filled with bacon and cheese, which was delicious. The shop is small, so customers can chat with the staff and each other, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. Since it was a marketeita that wasn't too sweet, the chocolate that was recommended was perfect. I'll definitely come back to eat it again when I come to Puebla! RIE

The flavor is good, especially if they use the characteristic Dutch baby Edam cheese found in marquesitas. The service and suggestions are good. The café de olla is delicious; I recommend it. The hot chocolate is a little sweet but has a good flavor. Prices are reasonable. The only improvement would be to add cream cheese as a base ingredient.
