Visité Wings Aeropuerto con mi familia mientras estábamos de viaje, y fue una excelente elección. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarte y disfrutar de una buena comida antes o después de un vuelo. La comida estaba muy rica y había opciones para todos, lo cual fue ideal porque cada uno quería algo diferente. Todo llegó rápido y el servicio fue ágil y bien organizado. El lugar estaba limpio, cómodo y con un ambiente agradable, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia en familia fuera aún mejor. También quiero dar un agradecimiento y una felicitación especial a Rocío, nuestra mesera. Fue muy amable, paciente y atenta con todos nosotros. Su servicio realmente marcó la diferencia y hizo nuestra visita mucho más agradable. ¡Gracias, Rocío, por atendernos tan bien! Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que esté viajando. Y definitivamente les recomiendo preguntar por Rocío para que los atienda siempre con una sonrisa.

La comida estaba muy rica, pedí unos chilaquiles y la verdad quedé sorprendida, ya me habían recomendado esa opción reiteradas veces y no decepcionó. El ambiente es muy relajado y el lugar muy limpio, la atención 10/10, me atendió Rocío súper amable y al pendiente, les recomiendo muchísimo desayunar aquí

Me trataron súper bien, la mesera Rocio hizo que mi desayuno fuera más ameno, da gusto encontrarse con gente a la que le gusta su trabajo, volvería mil veces más por unos chilaquiles verdes con pollo🙏🏼

We came here to wait for a layover flight and get some food. We had great, friendly service and our food was tasty. We got the fajitas and a burger. I recommend it if you are confined to the airport locations. Otherwise there's probably cheaper food outside. This place doesn't really seem to focus on wings though.

Wings is a sleeper Mexican restaurant - yes the wings are good, but don’t sleep on their Mexican dishes. They’re all really good. For an airport restaurant I was very happy with our meal and would go back again.

I got here 4 hrs before checking in to my flight. There were only like 3 customers. I ordered the grilled fish. It was delicious, perfectly cook. The flavors combined with the mashed potatoes and the salad was very refreshing. By the time I finished my meal with a coffee at the end. This place was packed. The smell of the food from the kitchen was so inviting. I was so tired I almost fell asleep. When I got my coffee......it was black but really strong, the way I like it .....(French). I added the brown raw sugar and a bit of cream....... everything was delicious. 😘🥰 I usually don't give 5 star to many places. But considering the location and other places within the airport. This is a very nice place to eat and relax a little.

I’m not super picky, and as a rule, I have pretty low expectations of airport food across the board. This place was actually impressive! The service was excellent and the Club sandwich I ordered was AWESOME! Delivered to the table piping hot, the bacon, the chicken, the fries…everything was perfect! Located just outside security.

Efficient, friendly service! Good food! And reasonably priced. I'm guessing that the bad reviews are the result of displaced anger about travel delays. ?? I spend a lot of time in U.S. airports and wish we had this restaurant chain there! I'll eat here again for sure! 👍

Wings es un buen lugar para comer antes de tomar tu vuelo, la atención es rápida para tomar la orden y la preparación de alimentos extraordinariamente rápida por lo mismo que toman tus tiempos para abordar. Los huevos rancheros sencillos pero con gran sabor, el club sandwich bien preparado, el jugo de naranja si se ven muy tacaños un vaso de 350ml deberi ser la norma. La atención es rápida para tomar la orden, pero para pedir la cuenta se tardan bastante o no están atentos, en fin buen lugar se ve limpio y buena preparación de alimentos que es lo que buscas antes de tomar tu vuelo internacional.

Located on the second floor of the departures area just before security, plenty of seating and not very long line-ups. You can get a seat within a minute of arriving. Lots of selection to choose from.

Definitivamente hace ya tiempo que Wings empezo a bajar la calidad de sus alimentos, que en algun momento entiendo fue por la pandemia, pero ya paso la pandemia y siguen con alimentos de bajo costo, a precios de Bistro

Cumple con su objetivo a cecas!! Es un lugar para comer algo rápido y sin complicaciones, si quieres pedir algo extra del menú, se les quiebra la cabeza para cumplir tu pedido! Por cierto, ofrecen papá hash pero no la tienen en existencia, te dan una papa rayada y medio frita sin forma alguna!! A los meseros les hace falta capacitación. Te recomiendo pedir solo café y bisquets antes de o bordar tu vuelo.

Caro y malo, un pescado, un consome 2 cervezas y un agua de fresa 900 pesos. Nada rico 😒

I am at the airport frequently with a local dog rescue (sending dogs to their new homes in Canada) While waiting for flight time, we often go to Wings. The service is much better than downstairs at what we call the Miserable Bar with the Surly Servers. The food and drinks are about what you'd expect at an airport. Decent food, hugh orices. We have found you do need to make sure you get what you actually ordered and that they don't substitute a higher price item. The servers are pretty friendly and it is fairly fast.

This is one of a few areas before the 'secure zone' before your family and friends are turned back. Once you get past WINGS & STARBUCKS reality finally sets in...viva la Mexico! ❤️🇲🇽 PS. FOOD at Wings is OK but institutional. Nothing on the menu is truly 'notable'. This is a fast food joint that is taking advantage of its prime location. It seriously has WAY more potential than it currently caters to. It's not the staff's fault. So much potential being lost....

We went there because our flight was delayed and volaris gave us a 150 pesos voucher per person for it. The food is nothing special, the wings were actually kind of overcooked/dry The flan was good. The service is good too.

Son pasando 7am. Es básicamente el único lugar (además del café de abajo) que tiene comida como tal. No solo es caro (casi todo platillo no impprta cuan sencillo es +$100) como es de esperar en un restaurant del aeropuerto.. si no que no bueno. El café sabe a agua caliente y crema artificial El jugo a redoxón. El queso no sabe fresco. Al menos en lo que es huevo, tortilla y frijoles fue normal. Lo único bueno fue la salsa verde pero no es algo por lo que valga la pena detenerse. Traten de evitar el lugar si pueden, con eso de que no hay mucho mas, suerte 👌🏼

The internet states they open at 7. We waited until 7:40 as they walked around eating their own breakfast . We got in at 7:40.

We expected more chicken items on the menu as it’s called wings. One page was dedicated to chicken. I ordered the club sandwich, was awful. My partner had the burger which was a lot better. For a quick meal it’s ok, wasn’t expecting much tbh.

Had my first meal in Puerto Vallarta after walking off the plane. The workers try hard but the food is awful. Burger tasted like it had been frozen forever, and the fries were so greasy they were inedible. The atmosphere is great. If they only improved their food quality this location would be decent.

Acabo de comer aquí, pedí una hamburguesa y una cerveza todo estaba muy bueno, hasta que de la nada en la barra me salió una cucaracha y lo tomaron a broma, hablé al número de quejas y así me hicieron caso la gerente se acercó y me dijo que me harían un descuento a mi cuenta, no me Interesa el descuento, pero acabo de comer en el lugar y me encontré una cucaracha y me hicieron el súper descuento de 29.50 pesos, literal muy rica la comida lástima que no sé si la higiene dentro del restaurante sea buena, obviamente ni mencionarlo el servicio creo que queda en segundo plano, ni para dar bien la cara o una respuesta sincera más que escudarse en que acaban de fumigar y por eso tal vez estén saliendo. En mi vida vuelo a comer aquí y como recomendación ustedes tampoco lo haga!!

We walked in there for wings and a soda. We were seated promptly, which was great. When we were given the menu, we started browsing it and they had “wings” after almost every dish, but clearly it was just a name. They did have wings 10 wings for 20$ American dollars! Waaaay over priced. But we figured, they might be delicious... so we stayed and tried it. Big mistake! The wings were burnt, in what tasted like old frying oil... it was horrible! Save your appetite and your $ elsewhere. This place is not worth it.

Wings Sandwich (club) was straight up gross. Lettuce looked and tasted like it was days old. Puked my guts out 5 hours later and I’m almost certain Wings was to blame.

Out of the 5 plates that were ordered 3 of them were waaaay to greasy, made me sick afterwards. Our server also took my food before I was finished eating and I thought that was extremely rude. Better off eating at subway or literally anywhere else in the airport.

Worst, slowest and most horrible service ever. They need to hire more staff that are nicer with guests. Waited for 25 mins. No one showed up to take order even after I asked the servers there twice to send someone to the table to take the order.

I would try hard to find somewhere else in the airport, the sopa Azteca was pretty much a bowl full of tortillas with no soup at all, I've had much better, the curly fries were good, beers are 80 pesos min, I dunno, it's no Bueno amigos and amigas

Just bad, if possible just chose some other thing to eat, slow service, food taste very simple and more expensive than a fancy restaurant.

Don't go unless you want to be best friends with porcelain during your flight.

I used my credit card only once while in Mexico and it was a restaurant in this airport, during my 4 hour flight home someone started buying stuff on the Internet and as soon as I landed my credit card company called to say fraud was occurring and had to shut down the card.

Please close your doors. The food is horrible. HORRIBLE.

La atención es bastante mala. Aparentemente a los meseros les incomoda atender a personas que pagarán parte de la cuenta con el cupón por descuento de retraso de aerolinea. En el lugar habia 7 mesas con 2 personas en promedio c/u. Había 4 meseros en piso y ninguno en ningún momento se acercó a preguntarnos nada, literalmente tenías que gritarles para que alguno volteara. Pedimos jugo verde y dijeron que iban a checar si había, porque eran jugos naturales y se hacían al momento. Después de 15 min recordaron que "iban a checar" y dijeron que no tenían jugo verde, sólo jugo de naranja. Dije ok. Después de otros 10 min llevaron jugo de naranja de bote, del que venden en Costco. La comida no es espectacular para lo que vale, se entiende que comida de aeropuerto, pero creo que tienes mejor calidad por lo que pagas en el Carl Jr. Honestamente, si no tienes cupón de descuento no te acerques al lugar, y si vas con cupón de descuento prepárate con paciencia para aguantar las horas de retraso de tu vuelo + la pésima experiencia de servicio que vas a pasar en este lugar.

He ido a comer en varios Wings, y nada que ver con este, no se si es franquicia o que. Pero la verdad esta sucursal esta super mal. Pedí un jugo de naranja. Y me trajeron jugo de naranja de tange que el mesero me dijo que era concentrado. Y las enchiladas Suisas frías. Y se suponía que abrían a las 7am y cuando nos dejaron pasar no dijeron que hasta después de 30 minutos nos atenderán.

Comida y servicio terrible. El señor nos quiso timar al aplicar el descuento por el retraso de la aerolínea, encima se reía... La comida es nefasta una "carne" empanada seca y con más trozos duros y chiclosos no comestibles que zonas "comestibles" Les recomiendo pasar hambre antes que entrar.

Que feo servicio y alimentos , pedí caldo tlalpeño q va con verduras y me trajeron caldo con puro garbanzo, pedimos un clericot y solo ten dan sangría el gerente muy amable me cambio el consomé pero me trajo sopa de verduras yo creo q cocina lo engaño y el servicio de la mesera pésimo ya que no pone nada en la.mesa (servicio) no pone nada y le dices y contesta con tono alto pues no lo pidió desilusión total ni una estrella merecen

Se supone que abren a las 7 AM, pero nos dijeron que los cocineros viven lejos, no les dan transporte y apenas estaban preparando. ¿No sería mejor modificar el horario de apertura a las 8 AM?

I did a take out in the morning on 19 Dec 25. due to the reputation of the Wings in Canada, I decided to order the food here prior to security check point. However to my disappointment, When I open the package after I went through the security check point, I found what I received was not what I ordered. There was no Wings inside the box. To alert customers who visit this restaurant for a take-out, please be sure to check the food package before leaving this restaurant to ensure what you received is what you ordered.

For being called "Wings" there only two wing options on the menu, bone in or boneless/ buffalo or bbq. Burgers were gross, unseasoned, frozen,patties, chips & salsa lacked anything but heat. Wings were just ok, fries were decent. We have definitely had much better airport food.

We we there on September 20,2020. They showed us to a table showing the distancing and the disinfectant. We went because our plane got delay 4 hours. We decided to have dinner. We were 3 people that ordered 3 different items in the menu. My son and I got food poisoning. During the wait for our flight. My husband just got an upset stomach but my son and I got full blown food poisoning. The stomach pain, chills, diarrhea and vomiting. Now I am wondering how is the as higiene measures in the kitchen. I am so mad to have to have suffered the worst travel ever.

Our flight was delayed so we went to Wings for lunch to pass the time. The first thing we noticed was that there weren’t any wings on the menu. We looked over the menu twice and could only find one flavor of wings, and the largest quantity you could order was 10. We asked our server if we could purchase pounds of wings and asked what flavors they had available, and she said they don’t do that. It was really weird considering we were at “Wings” and you would think that they sold “Wings” there. It was pretty funny and we just laughed about it. What made the experience so disappointing wasn’t even the fact that they didn’t have wings. The food was subpar, and the service was awful. I have been to over 23 countries, and this service was the worst I’ve ever had in all of my travels. The waitress never checked up on us, and we waited for so long for our bill that I thought we might miss our flight (Which was delayed by 11 hours...) Would not recommend coming here, please go somewhere else (you will thank me)
