Le Montrachet Restaurant

Une très bonne adresse : service impeccable, décoration moderne et raffinée, et bien sûr le dîner était excellent, avec des produits de saison, et quelques touches d'originalité, comme le bar fumé a la feuille de tabac, très très bon ! La carte des vins fait rêver. Je recommande vivement.

Un super moment partagé en famille accueil chaleureux cuisine sublime merci à toute votre équipe pour ce dîner.

Je ne peux que féliciter la cuisine , le service ,l'accueil, la qualité du lieu, le prix. En arrivant l'accueil est très chaleureux,le service très souriant et agréable,la cuisine d'une grande finesse et les assiettes magnifiques,la carte des vins est incroyable et les conseils judicieux, une des plus belles tables de bourgogne 👌 dans un village très calme.

Un menu du midi à 46 euros d'exception. Je ne peux que recommander : cuisine fine et raffinée avec un beau travail.

Bel endroit à découvrir au sud de Beaune. Accueil attentionné. Cuisine raffinée. Cave très interessante.

Toute était parfait

Very nice space, with great food - which to be totally honest exceeded expectations from the very first snacks, given its location in a hotel on the larger side (for Burgundy). Extensive wine list particularly focused on Cote de Beaune, with generally reasonable prices / low markups (but few ‘steals’). Would absolutely return — and recommend!

I recently dined at this restaurant, which presents itself as refined and elegant, but unfortunately the experience did not match the appearance. The November and vegetarian menu (45€) sounded promising on paper, yet the execution was disappointing across multiple courses. The meal started with topinambour served with coffee, an overly conceptual pairing that felt more like an experiment than a dish. The truite that followed was completely underseasoned, lacking even the basics such as salt. The pâté en croûte—typically a showcase of texture and craftsmanship—was instead tough and rather unpleasant to eat. Portions were predictably tiny, which would have been acceptable had the flavors delivered depth or complexity, but that was not the case. The most frustrating part came at dessert, which we waited 40 minutes for. At this price point and level of pretension, such a delay is simply unacceptable. In short, this is a place that focuses heavily on presentation and ambiance but neglects the fundamentals: flavor, seasoning, and pacing of service. If you’re considering the menu, I would strongly advise against it. The quality of the food is basic at best, masquerading under the guise of fine dining. There might be better options at this price point in the area.

My wife has IBS, which means she has sensitivity to some ingredients, which we indicated in the reservation. When we arrived, they said most plates contains these ingredients, and they cant serve us the menu. Then they agreed to adjust, but no sauces were given. Is that a Michelin style restaraunt, where all is precooked and no sauces can be made in place? And at the end my wife got stomach pain, which means they did not consider all the ingrédient we asked to avoid. As comparison neighbour restaraunt without Michelin star has perfectly accommodated these requests a night before and we had splendid experience there.
