Ronnie the manager is the man! I had ordered 2 sandwiches and one was the wrong order and when I came back to return it there was a long line. So when I went up to the register I felt so bad for 'cutting' but Ronnie took good care of me and was a gentleman, professional, and great to work with to rectify the situation! 5 stars to the max! Thanks Ronnie, best service in Palmdale for sure!!!

I normally do not go to Subway but I saw a poster on the window for a pastrami sandwich, I knew I wanted one. And it was fantastic. The service was good and the sandwich was great. I do recommend this location.

Although the staff was extremely nice and helpful, the food was subpar. My bread was extremely hard and crumbled as I ate it. Very disappointed!

This is the second time I ordered a tuna sub where I received barely any tuna. I literally thought they forgot the tuna!

Worst subway I've ever been in. Employees look like thugs, place is dirty, employees have zero social skills. My wife and I had to walk out the other night, made up my mind this is the last time I go to this location. I hope it goes out of business and something worthwhile goes in its place. I attempted to contact the managers or owners by phone but they never answer their phone. When we weren't ready to order yet the five foot tall Hispanic guy that look like he just got out of jail got frustrated and walk back into the kitchen area out of sight in the meantime we decided what we wanted and a couple of minutes went by and he still didn't come back out I had to yell for him, extremely unprofessional. Meanwhile the teenage girl doing a lousy job of sweeping the floor refused to acknowledge our existence practically swept over our feet.

Never seem to get what I order on line. Turkey, bacon, avocado with veggies. Got 1 slice of turkey, no bacon. Best to go in and watch them make sandwich!

Just went in to this subway Their out of everything no bread no meatballs no Chicken I asked for the corporate number Ruben said it’s on the website I don’t know what you want me to do . Rod ignored me when I asked for the managers name ! Children working unsupervised and Rude I wouldn’t want to ever come here again ! I plan to call and complain to the corporate store ! Warning to not let these guys make your food they are beyond unprofessional

Terrible experience, every single time I go into this exact Subway the same Guy who I think is the manager says there isn’t any meatballs. I think he is just too lazy to make the meatballs because literally every time I go he says the same spill about “we’re actually out of meatballs today”

I came to this location and let me start with the guy who helped me out I believe his name was Ian (tall and had his hair ALL OVER THE PLACE) needs to wear a hair net!! I was afraid a hair might of fallen into my food. I order a chicken teriyaki foot long and their was barely any chicken I order veggies and he was literally counting them he barely put anything I asked for!! The subway came out to almost $20 and had nothing. Don’t waste your money here go to another location.

This is a franchise owned subway and whoever owns it is so cheap.I could not get a couple extra black olives. I didn't order any veggies. All I wanted was black olives, and I just wanted a couple extra and the guy making my sandwich who was very nice, everybody that works. There is amazing, but they must work for the cheapest guy in the world. don't go to this Subway. Go to the one down the street. On rancho vista and 30th, it's owned by somebody who's not so cheap. And we'll let you have a couple extra black olives.

horribly services employee didn’t even put correctly meat . everything i asked for was ignored . manager more worried about training the new person .. sad 14$ for a 5$ sandwich and left out multiple meats . crazy

If I could, I'd give it a zero. The employees were unhelpful, and the app that has all the coupons doesn't work more than half the time when I asked if I could just do it right there they said they don't have coupon codes to use at the register and the employee wanted me to show them my phone to prove that the app wasn't letting me order wasted 20 mins over this and not including that the app still took my money from my account even after it said there was an error they took 70 dollars and it took more than 3 days to even get the money back just go to any of the other fast food joints nearby because this is probably the worse subway I've been to

Today on October 11 the male employee working there literally told me he is not allowed to put extra olives only up to 12 and started counting them after that I asked for a side of sweet onion sauce, and he was extremely hesitant to give me one. He says they need to charge for that too, which is false I come to this location a lot and have never had someone count my olives, or charge me for a sauce that guy is a Straight up clown.

Today, was not a good day at Subway. I arrived to an empty rack of chips, veggies that were not looking fresh, and a staff with no one waiting, responding with a dull, "welcome to subway." Normally, they are welcoming, attentive, and better service. Young lady with a flower tattoo on her right arm was unprofessional and mentally not there. It's unfortunate when I walk in and my child hears her comment, possibly yelling, to another staff member to, "close the f***n door." She was not welcoming at all and appeared as if she was not able to cut the bread without crushing it. I normally visit this location, but after this experience I will not be revisiting this location.
