I’ve eaten many times here, the food is amazing, but the service and the people that work there is rude, I asked for a container to take food home, and the lady ignored me even though I was next to her, the atmosphere is ugly, it smells like humidity, the kitchen is crowded and a mess, the tables are dirty I don’t recommend that restaurant, there are many good other options.

The Food was alright, Wouldn’t say it was the best. The Service is horrible! They are very rube to me every time I visit there. The last time I was there On Sunday. I order the combo 1 that says it’s $27, But instead I was charged $35 cause I was dining in. Which they never did before every time I dine there, And order the same combo. Will not be returning there. 😠

I can’t rate the food never got a chance to try it, service was absolutely terrible, my coworker and I were skipped twice and people were served before us. I don’t like to jump to conclusions but I feel it may have had something to do with our darker skin tone and native tongue in comparison to those who were served before us.

Unfortunately, I had to edit my review. The first few times we came to this little restaurant everything was good .. there was one woman in there that is really nice to my husband .. she understands little bit of English.. was perfect for us.. so I thought.. However, nobody else speaks English and when you speak English, you get dirty looks and they shake their heads.. They make you wait 45 minutes for fired pork chops. That was my last experience. I will never go there again. Zero for service.. plus it’s dirty and they don’t wear gloves. I also think they drink in the back. A few times I had to move from my standing position so the men in the back can get drinks from the fridge. They also don’t have their food rating up from the department of health.. lastly they make their own prices every time. The first time we went we spent $33 the second time $45 the third time it went up to $56 and then my husband mentioned something and it went back to $35 be aware.

went in for lunch and the server got the order completely wrong. I asked for a breaded chicken sandwich & another server brought me just a plate of chicken. After I pointed & told my original server what I want. Why you you bring out a plate of breaded chicken to a costumer? You really think that’s what someone is gonna eat? While everyone got their food I was still waiting on my sandwich. My sister also never received her drink. 25-30 minutes go past and I still haven’t received my sandwich. When trying to tell the girls I didn’t want it anymore, they acted like nothing happened when clearly the server WROTE DOWN THE ORDER!! Those little girls were so rude and disgusting. On top of that while waiting for my sandwich 3 other costumers received their food by the same server. Ridiculous!!!!!!!! As for everyone else plate, The Mofongo was dry and the chicken had no meat on it. Only straight bones.

Food had an okay taste. Service is mediocre most of the time. I was greatly disappointed after my last visit. I picked up food to go. Once I got home I found out I had gotten ripped off. They served me food on top of a second lid that was resting on top of the take out plate. I was deceived, I got less food than what I paid for. The pictures will explain much better, but I can say that I will never go back after this.

Today Sunday November 20/22 I made an order and they sent me a different meal after an hour, I called to complain and they left me waiting, I dialed the other phone number, they didn’t even apologize, they just said they were very busy and if I wanted the change it would take an hour but, it seemed to me an answer in very poor taste. They must respect the customer.

Horrible place. The chicken look and taste like leftovers. They are dry and disgusting. The people there don't care about the customers. I went in there with my family and they didn't attend us well. They took forever to cut pieces of chicken. They confused the price and always change the prices and make things expensive when that wasn't the original price. Horrible customer service. Doesn't even deserve a star it deserves nothing.

The chicken is good other then that it's all garbage and the ladies that answer the phone have no customer service skills . It's like they in a hurry and don't take your complete order and just hang up on you avoid this place at all cost!! The owner should train his employees if he wants to stay in business if not he will end up just like the 3 previous restaurants at the same location
