Good food but very bad customer service. They don't know how to talk with customers. Should definitely change their staff. 3 stars only for the food. If I could give negative stars, I would have given for the customer service.

Changing review. Before, I mentioned selling stale sweets and then heard they close and re opened after violations. I recently went there to try something. Their pound cake was fresh, so that's good, but snacks are dry and not good tasting at all. I even felt uncomfortable asking for an extra packet of ketchup as the staff looked at me with weird expressions. I've always learned that they should keep a positive attitude and smile on face, but I guess I never gonna see from them.

My food came with a hair pin. When I called I let the woman know, and she just hung up on me. So I called back and the 2nd woman said I'll let "him" know. Not sure what that means.

The food used to taste good . Now everything tastes nasty and not fresh. My husband got food poison from the tea ( cha) last week. I bought cha and somosa today and cha tastes really bad and not fresh and found hair on Somosa ( I have picture) . I wasted my lunch hour going to the store to get food and wasted my time and couldn’t eat ! The owner needs to take this matter seriously and tell the staff to follow the FDA guidelines because you serving the community and getting people sick .

I recently tried the Kacchi Biryani at Mannan Sweets & Restaurant, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The rice was overly greasy and lacked the rich aroma that a good Kacchi Biryani should have. The balance of spices was completely off—some bites were bland, while others were overwhelmingly spicy. The biggest disappointment was the meat. It was not tender and felt dry, as if it had been reheated rather than freshly cooked. Additionally, the portion size did not justify the price. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I wouldn’t recommend this dish unless the restaurant improves the quality. Given the hype around this place, I expected much better.

I purchased 2 yogurt (doi) and both of them were expired which I didn’t know about, till the time I brought it home. It had funny smell and tasted very soury. These place sells expired products and I advise others to carefully purchase what they’re purchasing. I have contacted NYC Department of Health regarding this issue and saved the container for health department to inspect it. The cover has their restaurant label information. I’m very upset that they would sell expired dairy products to consumers on the month of Ramadan.
