Local gem. Good coffee and nice service.
Sunnyside Beauty coffee spot
Great coffee spot, my new daily . 🙏🔥
Good coffee and friendly staff
The oat draft is my health potion
Best tasting coffee and pastries in the neighborhood.
Go to coffee spot in Woodside !
Cute place with seating outside
Lovely
Good coffee
Stopped by MOA Coffee in Sunnyside to pick up coffee and pastries for my family and had a slightly unique order. The team got everything right without making it complicated. I don’t even drink coffee or milk myself, but my wife said it was perfect — and honestly that’s all that matters. Happy wife, happy life. Appreciate places like this that make busy mornings feel easy. Local spots and good people always win. #AirSwings
Their drinks are delicious every single time. They also have so much variety.
My favorite place for breakfast my favorite coffee and toasts
咖啡非常香
Best coffee I’ve had in Sunnyside. The service is always prompt and kind. You should try the macchiatos in the little cups, the real macchiato not the Starbucks clone that’s packed with sugar and flavorings. The La Colombe coffee is awesome and goes great with foamed whole milk. It’s the best one in Sunnyside as far as I’m concerned.
The coffee is fantastic every single time I order. They also have pastries and bagels, and sometimes other little options👌🏻The team staffing the location is what makes it, they’re all so helpful and kind.
Excellently brewed coffee and delicious almond croissants. Cute little place with a few seating inside and outside. Perfect rest stop for a pick-me-up!
Great espresso, love La Colombe coffee. The scones are also delicious. Super friendly baristas and consistent hours. Much needed excellent coffee shop in this part of Sunnyside!
Great addition to the neighborhood! Highly recommend the draft latte (oat milk in particular)! Great coffee, staff, vibe & location! Will take advantage of their loyalty program!
My favorite coffee🫠 I used to work nearby and went there more often. they have amazing croissants, coffee and my favorite matcha!
Great coffee and food that usually comes out really quickly, staff is always nice, space is always clean. So glad this place opened up.
Amazing coffee, super kind staff and wonderful experience in total. Would totally recommend trying out the draft coffees - they’re one of my favs here 👏
Best coffee in Sunnyside in terms of quality. Also slightly more affordable than Brookside? It’s tiny so I usually just pickup.
Fantastic local gem! All the staff are super nice, the cold brew and draft lattes are really delicious, So glad this is in the neighborhood!
Love this place! Coffee is great and fixed exactly like we liked them every time.
Great new addition to the Sunnyside community. Great Coffee and excellent service. 100/10 Highly recommend!
My morning oat draft latte was perfect
Love the floral drinks. This feels like a "small business" worth supporting.
Reasonable prices for La Colombe coffee in Sunnyside. What’s not to love?
Super nice staff, excellent Latte!
This is better than the previous coffee shop one at the same location (Capucine). I really hope this one makes it.
Great coffee and very kind people working here !
I loved this place. Good coffee and well trained staff.
Chose this spot to meet a client, so glad I did, it was perfect. Not loud, the scone was delicious and the mocha was perfect. My beverage was forgotten, but they corrected it immediately and management was very gracious. It's nice when an establishment takes care of their patrons. I will definitely return when in Sunnyside.
Moa Coffee is one of my favorite neighborhood spots! Excellent espresso drinks, coffees, and teas! The barista specials are always a treat—Tyler’s Toastee and Jess’s pick are must-tries. I’m a regular here and the staff is fantastic. I’ve gotten to know Gorkem, Tyler, Sandy, Jess, and Stephanie, and they make every visit enjoyable. On weekends, I can’t resist the everything bagel with lox and the works. It’s great to support a locally owned, minority-owned small business. I promise, I’m just a happy customer, not a plant! Moa Coffee is a gem. Plus, they have nice outside tables where you can relax with your pups. Highly recommend!
Amazing coffee shop. Much better than the one that used to be here. Coffee and pastry were delicious. Fast, personable service and pleasing decor. Very close to the train station. Owner willing to load up the espresso shots. 5 drinks for a free drink reward program. Have a feeling I Will be coming here a lot.
Small, quaint little shop with a lovely matcha. Enjoyed the outdoor seating as well. A great spot to have in the neighborhood!
The servers are always so nice, even if i order pretty awkwardly. The drinks taste 10/10 amazing, very skilled and very kind. The vibe is great, definitely order from here.
Lovely coffee shop w great people behind the counters that make your mornings much more bearable! The coffee/matchas/teas are top tier and high quality. Many different French style pastries to choose from and diff style coffees such as coffee from a tap (so cool and tasty btw) .
Small and cozy neighborhood coffee spot. Good prices, a reward system, and solid pastries/snacks/retail drinks. Worth the extra 2 block walk for super friendly service and good vibes. Oh yeah, the coffee is good too.
Finally some good coffee in Queens! I love the La Colombe Draft Latte and I am definitely gonna miss it when I return back home. Also the nicest guys who work there, great vibe!
A super quaint coffee shop that carries an amazing bean. I’ve been going here for a few weeks now and can’t get enough of it. They also have a great selection of bagels and donuts; a great place to start your morning highly recommend. The staff is also fantastic.
Cozy coffee shop in town! I’ve got hot Mocha and love it! The barista was very nice and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit😊
Favorite cafe in the neighborhood! All the baristas are very nice. My orders are always made quickly and taste great.
Moa coffee is an underdog coffee shop. Very tiny but good for a couple hours of work with their bar space and couple tables. They also have sitting outside now that weather is getting nicer. Their staff is very friendly and quick. You can sign up for their rewards program easily. I got a large ice vanilla latte and it was delicious. Would recommend.
First time here and I can see how the staff loves their regulars, so it made the entire experience feel vibrant and cozy at the same time. I got an iced taro latte with strawberry cold foam, which they told me isn’t caffeinated, which for me is key lol so we added espresso. It shows the intention they have in the small things. I love the drink! I got a doughnut, which ended up being the wrong one. When I asked, they offered me the right one for free, which I only declined because now I have a reason to come back soon! I enjoyed the ‘wrong’ doughnut even more with my drink so it all worked out.
I have the pleasure of lliving near Moa and frequent it often, and I have to say, every single experience is made even better thanks to three incredible baristas. From the moment I walk in, they are warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their craft. Gorkem always greets me with a smile and makes me feel right at home, offering helpful suggestions based on what I am in the mood for. The drinks he prepares are always absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of flavors. Every sip is a perfect blend of smooth and rich. He always knows the exact options to offer to make my beverage even more special. For example, he'll ask if I want to top off my chai with cinnamon or if I want my milk steamed and frothed... absolutely magnificent! Tyler is just as friendly and makes my coffee & bagels with such care and attention to detail. He always checks in to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. I can tell he takes pride in his work. Brenda goes above and beyond to ensure my experience is top-notch, even adding a little extra flair to my latte art. It’s clear that she has a genuine love for coffee and the art of being a barista. Each barista really makes each visit memorable, and I can’t wait to return for another round of delicious drinks and great conversation. Highly recommend stopping by if you want not only great coffee but also a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!
Nice new coffee shop with good pastries. Fast service and good homey vibes. The cappuccino’s and oat draft lattes are my favorite. Good rewards system: a free coffee for every 5 coffees. Outdoor seating is perfect for the upcoming sunny days
Great cafe, a few chairs and tables for outdoor seating, coffee and lattes are delicious. Staff are incredibly friendly. We stop in almost every morning on our morning walks.
I'd gladly freeze my hands off in winter to enjoy their iced matcha latte with strawberry cold foam. So worth it. Approved by my roommate's dog as well. The cafe itself is tiny with limited number of seats and a couple outdoor chairs.
I LOVE Moa! I’ve lived in Sunnyside for a few years now and it’s nice to finally have that coffee shop you can call “home” next door! All of the baristas are very kind and accommodating as well as talented! Every drink I’ve tried thus far has been delicious. I recently tried the iced draft black and tan PSL (as one does during the fall) and the homemade syrup did not dissapoint. I would come back time and time again! It had a great atmosphere with only a few seats inside and a few tables outside to enjoy the fresh air. :)

Shout to the team, especially Kenneth - for the magic he put into my Matcha Latte… Life Giving!❤️✨🙌🏾
Staff are all incredible. Lovely staff and great at what they do!! Vibes are chill and the coffee is so good, and so many options for everyone. My friend had strawberry latte said it was amazing ! Bagels, doughnuts are delish, I live in the area 7 years, best cafe to come here since I've moved!
Best coffee within walking distance. Leagues above full moon cafe and that’s closer to me. I don’t make the rules, my tastebuds do. My favorites are the draft and regular latte. Gorcam , Stephanie, and the other guy with the glasses who I haven’t caught the name of yet are amazing not only because they make the drinks good but because they provide great customer service. I love to see them when walking in.
The coffee at Moa is really some of the best around. The more important part about this location is the service. They are always friendly and helpful. More importantly they go out of the way to help their customers. I had an issue this morning with an online order that they managed in a courteous, professional and generous manner. I am grateful for the extra effort and for the assistance that was provided.
Quick or slow? You pick! Stop in for a quick espresso, or relax with a cup at the bar. This Moa Coffee has a cozy vibe, thanks to colorful tiles and lots of natural light. Solid espresso. I’ll be back for a regular jolt - shout out to Görkem for the friendly service.
A lovely place to visit to do work, relax, get a nice artisanal coffee. Barista has great knowledge and recommendations.
The lavender matcha latte with macadamia milk is absolutely out of this world, probably the best iced matcha latte I’ve ever had!

Would love more sandwiches and food options
Had the cheese/blueberry danish along eith a latte- excellent decision. Will keep coming back!
Super cute place with an outdoor table and great service, but they serve La Colombe products which in my opinion barely taste like coffee- especially the machine with the "nitro latte" and other premade drinks. It's good that they have bagels and some other breakfast-y items though!
Skip the bagel, served burnt and hard, not sure if we got a stale batch.
The lady making the coffee made me so uncomfortable. She waited to see how much tip I put, directly looked in my eyes after I put no tip and then made the most mid coffee in 30 seconds
I like Moa but as it’s my neighborhood coffee shop there are a few things I don’t like about it. I don’t like that all the sizes of latte get the same amount for espresso shots- why would I just want a large cup of steamed milk? The lattes are always too tepid, never really hot. Ive been going there twice a week for probably over a year and I don’t really find the service that friendly for visiting that often. I believe it really benefits by being the only coffee shop in the area but I do sometimes hope something else might open up around here soon.
I stopped by this breakfast spot because I'd heard good things about the food, and in that aspect, it didn't disappoint. The bagels were tasty, but unfortunately, that's where most of the positives end. The service left much to be desired. The woman at the counter waited to see the tip amount on the screen before starting our order, which felt quite uncomfortable. Additionally, she assumed we wanted our food to go and seemed visibly annoyed when we decided to eat in. When we asked about where to dispose of our trash, her response was delivered in a tone that felt unnecessarily sharp. Given the price, I expected a smoother and more welcoming experience. While the food was good, the overall experience didn't justify the cost.
I love this place and the coffee. But there's this one barista that is so rude. Their attitude shows how annoyed they are with me for not tipping enough/at all. Makes me uncomfortable. Also, I love the froth in the latte, but not when the froth is the half of the whole drink. Please.. I am not going to this place when they're working.
the bagels are good but the couple of times i’ve gone they put just the essence of cream cheese on the bagels. a whisper of the memory of cream cheese. the people demand more!!

They forgot to make my drink order. I let about seven people order and get their drink before I said anything and only spoke up when somebody else ordered the same drink I did. The barista made the drink then set it on the counter, and I asked if it was mine. (It wasn’t. It went to the other person who came after me.) The barista gave me an attitude. They just seemed frustrated with me for some reason when all I did was ask if the drink was mine. No apology when they went and made my drink then handed it to me. Part of me wonders if they thought I was lying about ordering the drink they forgot about? I would have happily showed my receipt that has the drink on it. Weird experience. It’s too bad, I do really love their pastries! But I think I’ll go elsewhere.
I really enjoy going to Moa Sunnyside, just not when Brenda is working. There have been times I’ve walked by to check if Tyler is there, and if he isn’t, I simply don’t go inside. After reading many of the other 1–2 star reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated issue but a consistent pattern of poor customer service from this staff member. Friends in the neighborhood have also shared the same frustrations. Most recently, I asked for half-and-half on the side, and the request was denied with the claim that “they don’t do that.” Not only was this untrue, but the coffee was served with an attitude, which really sealed the disappointing experience.

Business closed at 2:30pm. No notice whatsoever.
I wanted to share some feedback because this morning was the 3rd Friday in a row that my online order was delayed, handled by the same staff member (the 2nd and 3rd time). I always order early…today at 7:20 AM I received notification that my order (iced latte and two baked goods) is being prepared…and arrived after 8:00AM…expecting everything to be ready. Being told it was busy didn’t quite make sense given the long wait time. I’m usually very patient but experiencing the same issue REPEATEDLY has been disappointing. My 2 stars are for the service, but the drinks themselves remain 5 stars. I even tried to get the contact details of Moa to leave feedback thru the website but couldn’t find a way, so I’m sharing it here. I hope this helps improve the experience because I really do enjoy your drinks. I’ve been living in the neighborhood for >2.5 years, and your drinks has been part of my routine which is why I truly hope this can be addressed.
The hype with all these reviews are quite excessive. Their coffee brand is nothing special either with multiple other brands topping la colombe, which btw you can buy at grocery stores or even online. For the pastries, they really are just the regular stuff multiple coffee shops around the NY area stocks up on, literally. My overall review is 1 star because really they haven’t done anything much better than the previous owners apart from have consistent business hours and smile harder at customers.. I can see myself coming here only if I live less than 2mins walk away from it, otherwise there are better coffee shops with ones that even serve a breakfast variety.
noticed new ownership and I waited to try MOA since i saw the place being busy. they posted bagels so I tried to walk in for one and the door was closed. After a new attempts the person came out and said they cant take my order because they have a large order to come back later and closes up. I was shocked in the way i was greeted especially as a new customer. im only down the block but after this ill never walk in again. NO customer service, they could've said were a little behind your order may take a few more minutes. i would've gladly waited. don't even want to try again with this typeof mentality. Came by friday 30th around 9:30am
The reason I gave 1 star because while making my coffee she coughing more than 3 times every time she touches her noses.
The cafe looks nice, and the atmosphere had potential, but the service really threw me off. The barista was unexpectedly rude, which made things awkward. I ordered a latte, and it was honestly disappointing—way too milky, barely any espresso flavor.
An employee there has refused to make us a draft latte multiple times because she said it is close to the end of the day but there was an hour left. Feels like we are causing an inconvenience when we’re paying $6+ for a coffee. Will be going to empire across the street who are great. Edit: she did offer us a discount though because we wanted 2 and the one we got wasn’t even filled all the way.
