Went for an early dinner Wednesday with family. Was greeted warmly by Victoria (owner) who seated us by the fireplace, as it was a very chilly day. She informed us of a special on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. A price fix dinner menu of appetizers entrees, dessert for 24.95. There were many choices to choose from, portions were good, and it all was delicious. Service was great, a truly wonderful experience had by all. Able to park on a side street, but a parking lot is located across the street (flow-bird). A great place,check it out.

My wedding shower was here a week ago. During planning, they were very responsive and always made time to connect. During the event, the staff was incredible. Very attentive and made sure everything perfect. The inside was decorated and beautiful. It felt very intimate and like they were just as happy to have us as we were to be there. Highly recommend and would have future parties there.

Made reservations for my husband's birthday here. The food was great, the portions are hearty and the atmosphere was fantastic. This family run restaurant truly makes you feel welcomed, appreciated and loved. It's definitely a place we will return to in the future.

I work as an events planner and am very happy to have found Nancy's Restaurant. Service, food, drinks, & holiday decor was perfect for this local architectural office's holiday luncheon on December 22, 2023. It was a relaxed, comfortable and casual vibe which encourages relationship building. The fireplace is a lovely touch. We used half of the restaurant and it felt very private – it is not a problem sharing the space with the other side of diners, because of the dividing wall – we felt like it was a private party. I had my daughter's baby shower here in early December 2023. She wanted a "Winter Wonderland" theme and with the Fireplace and warm atmosphere in winter it was ideal! Vicki did an amazing job with her excellent server, and the food was nice for a Saturday brunch. The menu was exactly as described, and we had coffee, hot chocolate, cappicino, and champagne punch. Some people ordered drinks as we ran a bar tab. It was lively and extraordinary because we filled the restaurant and had it to ourselves! With the fireplace, white tablecloths, holiday decorations, it was picture perfect. Thank you Vicki!

First time here. It’s a local place that could easily be missed. Nice cozy, homey atmosphere. We were a bit early so not crowded yet. Appetizers were the mussels with the fries. Good size in a mild white garlic wine sauce and the fries were crispy and salted perfect. Entrees were the salmon on a bed of ratatouille. The salmon was delicious! (Not overcooked or dry). Hubby had the sundae and I had the brownie dessert. All enjoyed with a bottle of Pinot .The staff was pleasant, professional and attentive (our gal Olivia). Enjoyable Saturday date night! Come and experience Nancy’s! We’ll be back!

They box it so the fries don’t get soggy. The portions are huge. The taste and quality of the chicken sandwich and burger were on point.

I’ll give to Nancy’s restaurant 5 starts ! I did my son 1st year birthday party at Nancy’s and it was more than I dreamed. The owner Vicky since day one was so nice and helpful with me and my husband, if you are looking for a place to make your party Nancy’s is a really good option! The food is delicious, wine is delicious, the place is really nice .

We hosted my sister's baby shower over the weekend at Nancy's Restaurant and it was a great experience. We decided to go with the Brunch menu, the food was so good and the punch bowl was delicious too plus there was enough punch where we didn't have to pay for the refill! The service was outstanding, we chose to pay extra for valet parking and it was worth every penny. Our guests were overly impressed with how great the entire experience was!

I've been coming here for some time now, back when it was called "Nancy's Fireside Grill". Some things you just don't want to change and thank heaven they have stayed consistent through all these years. They're hanger steak will keep you coming back no matter how you get it, I.e. in a Quesadilla or sizzling skillet with sautéed onions. This trip I decided to try the scallops with gnocchi, bacon and sweet corn. My goodness the scallops were sautéed to perfection (see photo). My accomplice ordered the Fish and Chips of which I appropriated some from her, and then a little more (see photo). The staff are kind, quick and courteous; the place is just so cozy and clean. It's homey, like a lodge. Also there's no need for a second mortgage here; the prices are very well balanced. I'll always come back. Thank's Nancy!

I attended an event there with my husband for his really good friends that were celebrating they're non-profit organization. It's a really nice bar restaurant. It's very large and it has a seating area off to the side and then a large bar with TVs. The drinks we're good and reasonably priced and the food was very good too. The servers and bartenders were very kind as well. It's a nice little neighborhood spot.

Great neighborhood restaurant in the border of Queens and Long Islands. Food in general very good and tasty however the french fries was all the ends pieces and parking is a little difficult in the neighborhood. The hangers steak cooked perfectly and well seasoned

{Food} - Burger: it was okay. Nothing special. The meat pattie definitely could’ve used some seasoning. - Homemade Gnocchi: very good texture, pretty soft. The sauce it was paired with was underwhelming though. - French Onion Soup: delicious! {Service & Atmosphere} - The staff was extremely kind and patient. - There was live music playing and overall very fun. - The seating is comfortable and the restaurant is very cozy.

We've been going to Nancy's Fireside for 40+ years now & its obvious we like what we found in this gem of a neighborhood eatery. The menu is superb & the bar is well stocked & lively. Our favorite time of year to visit is the dead of winter when the fireplace is roaring & the hospitality is just as warm & welcoming.

Terrible service. Waited an hour for two salads and a salmon dinner. (Place was empty) waiter never came back to check on the food. I’m not sure if anyone except the bartender has ever worked at a restaurant. Salads were tasteless and probably prepackaged. Onion soup was made with chicken broth and boiled onions. Terrible. Won’t be back.
