Avis sur Panera Bread Rancho Cordova
The person taking my order said they'd only been there maybe a month, yet, they were able to tell me EXACTLY what was going to be IN the sandwich I ordered! Yeah, sure, maybe it's on the screen in front of them, but isn't that the point?! I was able to avoid anything that wasn't tasty to me. (I'm sure this is particularly useful if you have any food allergies)!
Great staff, with quick fresh food. Some items get pricey. I wish they had a better deal on 1/2 salad and sandwich combos.
Everybody is nice and friendly here. The 2 item meal deal is really affordable & the food is always tasty. The only thing I don't like is that they only make a certain number of bread bowls a day. Frequently when I get there after work (4:30) they are already out. It might be wise to call a head.
I have never tried panera up until about 3 weeks ago. All my co workers told me how great it is all the time so I finally gave it a try. I have been missing out because the first thing I tried off the menu was the chipotle chicken Avocado melt and OMG...amazing. so flavorful and all the ingredients combined work so well with one another. I usually do a online order "rapid pick up" and they always have my lunch ready on time. Highly recommend this place. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly.
My friend and I love Panera Bread. She usually gets soups sandwiches and breakfast items where as I get the chicken noodle soup and macaroni and cheese with bacon. They seldom get it wrong and are usually pretty quick with preparing the meals and getting it to you. We've for the most part have gotten good customer service at the 2 Elk Grove locations on Bond and Delta Shores. I strongly recommend that you try this with a wide variety of menu items.
Loved loved the food I ordered
Love this location, and I love that it has a drive through. My only issue is that the drive through speaker is close to a busy intersection so it can be hard to hear, so I am sure it must be a pain to take orders with all the sound coming through. Other than that the location is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food has never disappointed!
I love this place! The rapid pickup is awesome for people who have a short lunch hour. I've also had lunch dates here and it's not too loud/busy but loud/busy enough. Love their teas.
This place is wonderful. They have lots of space and outlets. It is one of the comfiest places to meet someone or do work. The manager takes time to talk to people casually. They even gave out samples. The food is on par with any other Panera but the staff is genuinely attentive.
I love their tuna sandwich. I have it nearly every day. It is always made fresh. The lettuce is crisp. Tomatoes fresh. I love the selection of teas. I love that they have tables outside, as I am claustrophobic. I love how they brown bag my lunch to go with chips and an apple. I love their agave lemonade, so refreshing. But the thing I love most is the self pay, self checkout, because I hate interacting with people and waiting in line as I am on a very tight schedule. Orders are served promptly, I am always able to have a decent, healthy lunch in the 30 mins allotted time I am given. They have my order ready in roughly 5 mins or less. Staff are amazing. Place is clean, which us nice because I am somewhat a germaphobe.
Very friendly employees and a clean, welcoming environment. This place is like a second office for me. Spacious and not too loud, so I can get a lot of work done. The only negative thing I can say is that their wi-fi doesn't work very well. It's pretty slow & goes out once in a while. Not bad enough to drop it a star since that's not a deal breaker for me.
I order online from work to this place at least 2 times a week. The food is wholesome, clean, and so very good! My orders have never been wrong... Even with my weird special instructions! Love this Panera!
I always get an asiago bagel and a cup of coffee, the bagels are always fresh and full of flavor. The coffee here is honestly some of the best I've had in a while. Overall, experience is wonderful and price point is worth it depending on what you get. :)
I really like this place. I know it's a chain, but I think the food is good, bread is great! The location has a very mellow vibe to it and you feel comfortable sitting there and even having a nice conversation over lunch. The service is quick and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are not the least expensive place to eat, but you'll have a nice experience. Proof that not all chain eateries have to be horrible, (but many are.)
This is one of my favorite places to get a bite to eat.
I like their pizza it's not traditional but lite and refreshing. The pricing is fair and they offer a very large menu with catering. This was my first experience..and the ease of ordering pickup is error free. Enjoy the food.
The cashier was helpful and friendly, she greeted me with a nice smile. My order was accurate, just the way I asked. I got the "You pick two" option, and chose the Fuji Apple with chicken salad, along with their Broccoli Cheddar soup, which is the best I've tasted. It also comes with a baguette. Nice meal that tides me over until dinnertime.
Really good and customer service was fantastic! They let us taste the soup before getting it, ordering went smoothly and they made the food fast. The frozen lemonade was good and the bread was freshly baked. The place was really calm and relaxing, has free wifi and really good experience overall. Recommend stopping there, they represent Panera Bread really well.
Especially delicious is the flatbread pizza! One of the nicest menu updates in recent memory. There are both indoor and outdoor seating places at this particular location, which is rather big. Location is convenient, and there is plenty of parking. They have a lot of self-order kiosks, and the staff at the counter is kind and helpful. The ability to stroll in, take your stuff, and walk out makes online ordering helpful as well. In addition to soda, there are also options for tea and juice. water cups, too. The pizza with chipotle chicken and bacon is shown here.
Always fresh and tasty. The customer service at the register is fantastic, the kitchen people are hit or miss. Great salads and sandwiches! Went for breakfast and had the egg white, avocado, spinach power breakfast and it was great. My husband had a ham, turkey, bacon sandwich- also tasty.
Panera Bread is more than just a place for great food – it's also a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful meal. The atmosphere is always inviting, and I love how comfortable it is to sit down, whether alone or with friends. The staff is always polite and attentive, making it an overall enjoyable experience. The warm bread bowls are my favorite, especially in the colder months.
Manger named Jeri is friendly, excellent customer service,A+
Always good food, with a variety to choose from. Staff was exceptional.
Always fresh and the app makes it so easy and convenient to order and sit or order to go. Also, there is a drive-thru if you want to pick up and go without getting out the car.
I really love their Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack! It's the first thing I ever tried at Panera, and I have been sticking with it as much as I enjoyed it, plus it's only $7.99 which is a steal. I always ordered ahead of time and came pick up, so I never had any issues like others.
I had the new roast beef dipper... amazing!! This is an item that's only out for a limited time, so if you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend you do before it's no longer on the menu. Fantastic!
They have the best soups and sandwiches. They have pizza and soup. The service is always good. Never had a problem with orders. You can order online, kiosk. Nice dining area. Choice of bread, apple, or chips with a combo of sandwich and soup for pick 2. Also with the pizza 🍕
Great food like all other locations, but the staff in here are great. I have ordered avocado chicken sandwich was great and coffee was also great. I have ordered several items here several times, every time it was consistent and tastes amazing.
Staff members were really helpful and kind. I particularly loved the French bread in a dish with their soup (broccoli with cheddar cheese). They had delicious cookies and pastries. Additionally, the tea is superb ( old fashion English kind ). The nicest aspect is that they don't offer alcohol, which makes it a lovely urban area to enjoy a meal with family. Definitely returning more frequently. adored it
Omg, what a great place to get lunch. And the drinks? Don't get me started on how great the Sip Club is! For a place that sells sandwiches, they certainly know how to sandwich great food, service, and healthy options into one delicious destination. Next time I'm hungry, you know where I'll be! And next time you need to get away from the office, you know where to go! 😉🥪🍲🥗😍
I must say this has to be the best Panera Bread location in city the whole staff is friendly and the food is always delicious. I would definitely like to thank Heghine the moment I approached the register she remembered my whole order. She deserves a raise she’s a super valuable team member :)
My trip to this Panera was awkward at first because everyone just stared at me. Then Oscar asked me if I needed help and went out of his way to help me. This review would have been different. Thanks 🙏
Staff was very friendly and kind. I extremely enjoyed their soup ( broccoli with cheddar cheese ) especially the French bread in a bowl so good. Their cookies and pastries tasted mouthwatering. Furthermore, the tea is incredible ( old fashion English kind ). Beautiful urban zone to sit down with family, best part they don’t sell alcohol so very satisfying with families and children. Definitely coming here more often. Loved it.
Super tasty especially the flatbread pizza! One of the best menu additions in years. This particular location is quite large with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Convenient location as well as plentiful parking. They have a lot of self order kiosks and the counter people are quick to help too. The online ordering is also helpful since you can walk in, grab your bag and walk out. The drink choices are more than just soda, they have tea and juice as well. And water cups. Pictured here is the chipotle chicken and bacon pizza 😋😋
Have you tried the new Flatbread pizza??? OMG...this is the BEST tasting pizza I have ever had! Seriously. I have had to rethink my relationship with Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Round Table...REAL mozzarella and pepperoni...BEST tasting pizza sauce..😩😩😩
This is for the location on Zinfandel in Rancho Cordova. Accessible location with ample parking outdoor and indoor seating. Staff are curteous and friendly. Props to the employee who helped us with a problem, though I don't know his name, one can immediately see a good example of a good client server. The food is good but we thought on the pricey side for the servings. We tried a variety of pastries, sandwiches, soup, coffee and tea and enjoyed them all. We would eat here again. For a coffee drinker there club offer on coffee is a good deal.

I walked in at 7am after a brutal 12-hour shift. My feet hurt, my brain was fried, and I needed food that wouldn’t fight me. Panera didn’t just feed me — it gave me ten minutes of peace. A warm egg sandwich, soft light, and a quiet booth. It felt like being human again.
This Panera Bread location is one of my favorites! The customer service was fantastic—staff members greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. I ordered the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and paired it with a warm baguette. The salad was fresh and crisp, with a delicious balance of sweet and tangy flavors. The ambiance was lovely, with lots of natural light, clean tables, and a relaxing vibe that made my meal even more enjoyable. Whether you're stopping by for a meal or a cup of coffee, this Panera is always a great option!
I ordered at the counter and the person taking my order got all three things wrong. However, the manager Jerry made it right with no complaints and even offered me a pastry as an extra. I appreciate Jerry's attention to customer service. It reminded me that I will likely order through the screens that are at the counter or through the mobile app. But hats off to Jerry. She did a great job making this right

I come here regularly and my experience is mostly consistent. I love the Sip Club perks. The employees are always friendly and the drive thru line usually moves quickly. I tried the chicken sandwich yesterday and it was surprisingly TERRIBLE. Idk how they are charging $12 for it. The chicken was dry and all the other ingredients tasted stale and old. I couldn't finish it and am bummed I wasted that much money on it.
The sandwiches and soups are overpriced. Cashiers are friendly. Coffee is better than at most places. The soups are good but just about everything in the store is the service is good mk
The drive thru is super convenient and great as a healthier alternative when you're on the go, most of the food is decent, and service good. I knocked a star off because I'm pretty sure the "salsa" in the baja bowl is actually salad dressing. Definitely won't be ordering that again 🤢
I had the steak arugula sandwich, It was very good. That's twice now and the only suggestion I have is to spread the meat out so there are no meatless bites. Place was clean and pecan braids are yummy. Staff was very nice. I will be returning.
Croissant toast with ham was nice. Think the Mac and cheese meant that the order took longer. Ok place for a relatively quick bite. Order at till and updates on status of order on screen. They call out your name when ready and you collect food to bring to your table. Tables were not clean so had to wipe them down first.
I was really looking forward to enjoying a Hazelnut coffee, but I found out that the coffee machine was broken and only espresso drinks were available. I inquired about getting an Americano at the coffee price, but unfortunately, that request couldn’t be accommodated. While I appreciate the options they offered, I couldn't help but feel that the Americano didn't quite match the delightful experience I was expecting from the Hazelnut coffee, and I ended up paying a bit more for it. It might be helpful for future customers if they could consider temporary pricing adjustments when the usual offerings aren't available.
Food is great! However it’s Starbucks prices for convenience store service… heat your own $7 pastry in the microwave over there?? Reach your grubby hands in that open jar of unwrapped teabags by the self-serve hot water??? Uggh. But the food really is beautiful and delicious so I’ll probably be back…
A bit expensive for soup and a half sandwich but I don't know of any other place to get bread of this quality. Why are good bread and buns so hard to find?

2 things: Girl at front counter had some friends stop by for food and had the line waiting a really long time while they chit chatted in between food selections. Usually love everything at Panera ,but this location in particular served me watery Mac and cheese, which was really disappointing at $10 a bowl. Staff was a little irritating, but not rude. Establishment still gets 3 stars for cleanliness, friendliness and convenient parking.
Out of avocado before noon. Also out of bean corn salsa. Nothing else was substituted or increased for this. Skimpy salad!! One star lost for each item sold out. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Great food options. Healthy options that work with many dietary restrictions.
Our strawberry 1/2 salad was nicely filled with fruit and lettuce .The steak sandwich contained very little meat and 1/4 of it was gristle and cost over $6 ! The turkey sandwich also had very little meat for the cost. We stopped ordering the tuna sandwich sometime ago for the same reason. Hope portion size of meats improve.
Management is failing to notice the lazy employees. Got my pecan roll cold and hard as a rock, all the coffee was out and took 25 minutes from time of telling them till new batch was out. The breakfast sandwich, was good, however they were out of certain breads and had to settle with whatever... place is lacking proper management. While getting up to finally get coffee, employee took my half pecan roll and tossed it.
Food is pretty consistent and fresh but way overpriced.
the line is backed up almost all the time. their iced coffees are horrible, has that burnt isopropyl alcohol taste. service isn’t bad but isn’t over the top either. the food & drinks overall here is certainly not worth the 15-20 min average wait time.
Panera cafe #202217 Zinfandel Dr. Rancho Cordova Update: they have changed their focaccia bread. Use to be my favorite however now the salt and pepper is plain. Also when I ordered a loaf it wasn’t fresh. I’ve tried it twice since they’ve changed the shape. Very disappointed. Has the best customer service from all associates. A special shout out to Max who took my order. He has a pleasant demeanor, great knowledge and exceptional customer service. Good customer service is hard to find now a days. So thank you Panera for your great hiring and training
I would have given them a higher rating but the service is hit & miss. I come here once a week and they always mess up the order. Something is always missing. Very frustrating, especially when you drive all the way back home only to realize there is a missing item.
We went to get a latte or some crafty coffee. Again, the espresso machine was down. Again, really? I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was good. But, I don't feel I have to reassemble my sandwich when I get it. Everything was sliding out one side. And. I didn't even get cheese. 😕 I would say to the staff of Panera Bread, "Would you be satisfied with the look of the food and the service, if it were served that way to you?" It makes it very hard to recommend this location because staff takes no pride in their work.
Went to the Zinfandel branch couple of times. Twice visits one around 6ish pm (not busy) and noticed tables are dirty and garbages overfilling. Customers usually buzz trays next to garbage area. One customer unknowingly put her leftover trays on counter where prep person put new hot food and two employees passed by it & never got rid of it except when manager saw it. Do employees wait for manager to empty the garbage? These employees need to have some responsibilities. One time I visited, two juice containers were empty but instead of refilling those juice containers, one employee gave the drink from the dispenser of the drive thru. Almond chicken salad sandwich, Waldorf like salad and rice chicken soup are good. I would suggest they serve a warm bread.
Service is good, I like the atmosphere, it’s clean. There are only a handful of items I will order from here because I find all the rest to be very bland. What I order I like so I do come here regularly. The reason I wanted to leave an updated review today was because of the bakery items. Please find a new way to store the bagels and other bakery items, they are almost always hard and dry when I get them.
I love Panera and would normally give 5 stars but today my experience was not the greatest. Not sure if it’s because of the lunch rush but the salads we ordered were just that all lettuce had hardly anything else in it. I ordered 2 green goddess chicken cobs they looked nothing like the picture on your menu. There was maybe 5 finely chopped pieces of chicken and a half of an avocado 🥑 exactly that not diced or anything. Oh wait I did get 1 tomato lol the worst salad I’ve ever had here for the price I paid it wasn’t worth it at all. I was very disappointed. Just thought you should know
Livin' the drive thru life. This Panera in Rancho Cordova, is one of the few that have a drive thru. And it's not too far or cumbersome to get to from Highway 50. Easy enough to get to. But the drive thr ordering/pickup window is physically immediate after the right turn. So if you don't angle your car close enough, you'll be stretch armstronging. And it doesn't help if you have TRex arms. I've been stopping by here occasionally throughout the years. Customer service has been great. But the food quality is a hit or miss. On my last visit, the BLT was a dismal representation of a sandwich. It had two thin, short, see thru, microwave type bacon. But they served the bacon ice cold. Interesting Panera choice. The lettuce was an arugula salad mix. Another interesting Panera choice. The tomato slice was super thin. The bread was delicious, but doesn't make up for the lackluster sandwich. We also ordered a half order of Greek salad and half chicken Napa salad sandwich. The salad was chock full of the hard core of inner romaine lettuce. Odd the romaine had the core without the leafy green part as it seemed to be sliced off. Another interesting Panera choice. The chicken Napa is my favorite all time sandwich at Panera. But like the BLT, it was a sad sandwich. It was loaded with arugula salad mix but where's the chicken ?!? It had hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich.
We got lunch, and were asked which side we wanted, and when we chose the apple, they asked if we wanted it sliced. We both said yes. When the food came out, the 1st apple wasn't sliced. When we said it should be, they seemed annoyed and cut it very poorly. They even left the sticker on the apple. The second meal came out, and again the apple wasn't sliced. We didn't ask for it to be sliced as it was such a hassle before. We subscribe to the Sip Club, so we go in for our unlimited drinks often, but are getting less and less food as they keep messing up the orders. It seems they are better in the morning, and worse in the afternoon and evening. I called to speak to a manager later on, and the phone rang and rang and eventually hung up on me. It did this three times, so I gave up. We will get less food for sure from now on.
We typically do a pick up order but this time we did a delivery. And we didn’t see the choice on bread 🥖 as a side for the soup 🥣 unless it was not available that day…so 4 orders of soups with apples 🍎 😜

Food is good. I've been here 3 times and twice my order wasn't right. I ordered Togo so by the time I realized it was too late. I checked my receipt which was correct which means the kitchen messed up.

Seems like not a lot of folks are too hard up about selection. Ive gone here 5 times now each time ive done drive thru first then gone in due to them having no bagels that were not sweet by nature. From there ive tried several breakfast sandwichs each just as good and as nasty grease wise as mcdonalds. Only difference is i couldve bought 3 at mcdonalds a place i actively avoid. If you dont want slow fast food with a slow service go elsewhere.
I work near by and USED to go there almost every day. It seems like they are very unorganized with orders. I specifically reserved a soufflé to come pick up, and the girl be hind the register sold my reservation to the customer in front of me. As I asked the employee why, she does nothing to fix my issue but ask the manager if more soufflés are coming out, No, that’s why I reserved it, they only make one batch a day. That’s why I reserved it! This is one of many issues I have with this facility. Last week my online delivery was never delivered, and I had to have a refund. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I use the drive through. Easy. Polite order taker. Food is delicious. Try the lemon drop cookies! Yum! UPDATE: 06-14-19 There must have been a turn over in staff. Service has dropped dramatically. I use the drive thru exclusively. The last 3 visits have been bad. 3rd A rainy day, I ordered soup and they gave me no spoon. 2nd I ordered a full sandwich with chips, they didn't give me the chips. 1st today I ordered a steak and arugula sandwich WITHOUT THE ARUGULA. The order was repeated at least 3 times. I had to correct the order taker once. The order was repeated 2 more times. I got the sandwich home it had arugula on it. What has happened to the drive through?! 2 stars **
So sad I know that we're living in the times when the food is becoming more expensive but the quality is going down it's a good example. The broccoli cream soup is just a water broccoli soup now super nasty would not recommend would not be back. Hopefully they had a bad batch but I doubt it with all the cuts that all the restaurants are making it's literally better not to get anything just fast for the day
On my way to work I stopped by the drive thru and ordered a regular bagel with onion/chive cream cheese and received just a bagel, even though I had to pay an extra charge for the cream cheese. Tried resolving this on the phone and through email and have had no response. I know it’s a location thing, because my usual Panera is amazing.
I have given this location three chances on their Mac and cheese recently. I used to get it all the time and loved it back in 2019. But not anymore, the first batch I got recently was spoiled rotten. I could get the second batch cause they weren’t serving it. And the third batch has bits of plastic in it. I do NOT recommend the Mac and cheese
The food is fine and the service is okay but it's soooooo not worth the cost. $20 for one sandwich and drink is crazy. The sandwich better give me super powers or heal cancer for that price.
It is always 50/50 on this location getting my order right. I pay extra for items that I don't end up getting. Today I was tired and in a rush to get in and pit of the heat. Once home saw items missing and a lot less salad than should be in the bowl. Doesn't feel good when you pay so much to have something exactly like you want it just to be disappointed. Sigh!!! 😩
Looks better than it tasted. Not compare to fresh baked on brownie, cinnamon roll and drinks were a little bland but ok if you want that natural. Still drinks could been better while still giving me the healthy natural quality.

Food is over priced and sometimes seems like a scam. They asked what free side i wanted, chips, bread, apple, fruit cup so I said fruit cup and they charged me 2.50 more... Not only that but the service is terrible. Some old guy literally had to yell for someone in the back to come out and take orders of the people in line. This was during lunch time so the staff must have known people are here from work trying to get a quick meal... For those of you wondering why we didn't use the kiosk, we'll the kiosk kept telling everyone transaction canceled. Staff also didn't care about it.
Ordered a chicken asiago today. Got home and was going to cut sandwich in half. When i checked the chicken there was barely enough to thinly cover half the sandwich. I rearranged the chicken to make a half thin sandwich. Very disappointed .
I love Panera, but the guys here are so slow. I've been here multiple times and it takes forever, even when I pre-order or no one else is in the store... I have no idea why. Food isn't bad. Avoid if you need to save on time.

Sigh!!! 😩
We ordered a Bacon turkey bravo, but it was missing the BACON. We ordered the BLT Roast Turkey Advocado sanwich, but it was made with CHICKEN. We were several miles from home as we were in that area to see appliances. It wasn't worth it to drive back and have them review the order. $20 wasted.
Was great but started going down hill about a year ago. This café gets the order wrong every time now. I wish I could go to another but this is the only one in my area. Consistently missing my pastry and beverage and any sandwich changes. They only make the sandwiches as is regardless of the customization options. The worst Panera hands down!
UPDATE: still bad just more expensive lol UPDATE: after 4 yeara came back to tey the coffee and at $3.39 its wayy overpriced even more than starbucks and not better just as bad. Overpriced dirty tables crappy coffee not worth going
Updated to 1 star. I used my "reward" to get an iced coffee with half and half and 3 pumps of liquid cane. The app tells me it's ready but it's not on the shelf. I ask about my drink and they give me an empty cup. So what's the point of ordering ahead if I have to make my own drink when I get there? Let alone the liquid cane isn't even accessible, as it's in the back of house. When I asked for it, the staff asked if I knew that liquid cane SUGAR is not sugar free.... No really? Crazy. Almost like I just was to sweeten my coffee with something that will mix well with a cold drink... Bad execution for the unlimited sip club. This location does not have it together. Old review 3 stars: I like this location. I do not go to Panera often but it's always clean and well managed. I use it to do homework every once in a while, so my lack of stars is due to the lack of outlets, the wifi is ridiculously slow and barely works, and then the food is expensive for how much you get.
RUDE!!! EMPLOYEE!!! Dirty tables in search of clean ones. Food was old and subpar . Nothing what is advertised and when asked employee did not address customer only demanded coworker not to fix issue brought to their attention. Was not advertised that was the law or rule . Will not be returning to this location and will be questioning whether the other locations are fit to distribute quality products. 5 🌟 at failing at business.
I wish there could be a negative review. Food is horrible and there is no avocado in avocado melt sandwich. It has just tomatoes and chicken some sauce. Well it says creamy tomato soup but no. It’s not at all creamy. And we also ordered chicken panini, I threw the half because I got some weird taste of chicken. We spent around 25$ on the meal not worth even a penny. Not at all recommended place.
I ordered 3 items. Absolute fail on 2 of them, 3rd was merely disappointing. The salad had some sort of heavy sweet syrup on it instead of dressing and a weird mix of ingredients. The chef who created the recipe should turn in his chef's whites. I tossed it out uneaten. Coffee was awful. It also went in the bin. Just awful.
Where do I start, first at the counter an employee not in uniform, but in regular street cloths cut in front of the girl taking orders, to place an order for his friend. After he was done, the counter girl then took our order, but seemed annoyed and what looked like her Mom who was also an employee was waiting an staring at us and made us feel uncomfortable ( later we realized why, as they both left to go pick up wingstop and then returned). As we were waiting for our food, we had to endure conversations from the staff preparing our food about bodily functions and one girl say "she just farted". The extrem horse play was so unprofessional and my food came out cold, we ordered soup an broccoli Mac n Cheese. I used to love this Panera, but they sure have gone down hill with customer care and food quality.
Holy cow!!! Did drive thru for lunch, got back to the office and this is what I saw. I asked if they could slice my Apple, they did. And the Apple is so disgusting and rotten and they still gave it to me! I’m shocked they have no shame visually seeing an obvious rotten apple and giving it to me! Yuk!
Everything was okay until I found a hair that was clearly not mine in my food. Terrible experience
This particular Panera has the worst service in rancho. I was in there for 3 minutes before I had to yell to the back for someone to take my order. I went to get coffee, it was empty so they brought out a fresh pot that tasted like day old sludge, undrinkable! The pastry was okay. This is the 3rd time in a row I have received horrendous service. NEVER AGAIN!!!
horrible food don't waste your money. This place should close.
One of the bad store in this area and manager don’t know how to speak with customer manager was rude and penera has to fire this manager he don’t know the value of the DoorDash delivery driver they have take action on it
Husband and I decided to come & have dinner after a long trip, so we had no food at home so had no choice but to eat out, he had $17.00 a small bowl of soup and a sandwich, I had a $9.19 large bowl of soup, soups were not completely full they served halfway! Sandwich had a one slice of deli chicken slice and 2-3 tiny pieces of brown avocado, came up to the front and asked assistant manager if this is the right amount for bowls served half way. She told me very rude yes that’s the right amount and told me the spoons amounts that are served for each size. I said $33.00 for this meal that it can filled a child not an adult. we been regular customers since they opened that location here in Rancho Cordova, had given them several chances for them to improve their serving sizes and how to treat customers but no , they just became like Chipotle, cheating customers and charging an arm in a leg for a meal. So we had it no more Panera for us, hope they see that they are loosing customers and that they improve their bad service and quality right amount of servings.
Either we got such a shift, or choose another restaurant "panera bread" Perhaps this is the worst trip to a restaurant, from the rudeness of the staff, who mimicked my accent three times trying to point out the imperfection of my language, ending with rudeness during meals due to the fact that we took cups and poured some coffee into them, when in restaurants located in roseville or arden-arcade it is welcome. Not to mention rusty dishes and perfectly cold pecans without walnuts.
WAF ?!?!?! Is it a soup ?!?!? Soup is with bullion !!! And I got not a soup, it’s not soup, this is porridge !!! And return back vegetable soup in menu at least !!! We don’t live in Mexico !!! We a in US !!!

I ordered tomato soup with baguette and butter. I also ordered tuna sandwich on asiago bagel with romaine lettuce. I received a sandwich with minimal tuna no lettuce, no butter. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Very disappointing
Drive through setup is inconvenient to get through. Ordered half soup half sandwich. Soup was cold and sandwich was put together and wrapped very sloppy. 1/3 of it was in the wrapper not the on the sandwich. So disappointing Panera is not like it used to be! Won’t be back, and I’ll spread the word around the building here at work.
