This Del Taco location has always had good service and made the food well. My only concern is the new ownership of the chain from Jack in Box changing things up. There's already a lot of weird new stuff on the menu which is fine as long as they don't mess with the bold burrito and "snack/value" taco Tuesdays

I go here about once a week and the staff greets me by name, which makes me feel extra welcome. There was a period previously where there would be new faces in the kitchen just about every week, but it seems like they found a couple of excellent workers who do their best to keep the place clean and provide good Mexican style fast food for a great price. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. This Del taco did not let me down, I left here satisfied with both the food and service. I tried the Double Cheese breakfast taco and was impressed. I would recommend this Del taco.

The service and food are good. I visit about twice a month and have never had a major problem. The service is usually quick, even when there are a lot of cars in the drive thru. My orders have always been correct and food has always been good. My only issue, a minor one, is that on several occasions I've been asked if I'd like any hot sauce or ketchup with my order and have responded yes, but then they forget to put it into my bag. I just make sure to check my bag before pulling away from the window.

Stopped road trip for a quick bite. Line was long but moved fast. Fries were fresh and good. Shrimp burrito was decent if a bit dry with too much extra tortilla. I don't regret stopping here, I do wish I given my receipt though. Easier for me to keep track of daily spending with them.

Went to this del taco today for lunch. I didn’t have my card so I went on my iPad and was about to order but waited to check my balance on my card, suddenly my card was hit by a similar charge from del taco. I thought that was weird… so I went in to see if I had an order coming… I didn’t. I tried to place the order again declined twice (see screenshot) I then just left… annoyed… thinking I’m being scammed on my card. I went about my day I checked back later on my card and the charge had been cancelled. This evening I walked in to the empty restaurant to order dinner - the money from earlier had been restored, yay, I thought. But I did need to pee. I asked the black haired employee who was wiping down a table if I could use the restroom. He seemed confused… then responded they are locked. I said ok could you open one (usually they press a button and a buzzer sounds and we can use the restroom - like most del tacos). He said they were closed without any way to open them. So I just left… I mean… I’ve been to this location thousands of times - but something super shady is going on.

The way I keep finding hair in my food. Whoever is preparing the food during the night of April 20th should really consider wearing a hairnet. PSA, Inspect your food before taking a bite. Disgusted isn’t the correct term for this situation.

They earned a 1 star on 2 occasions. Wish I could put 0. I ordered my meal and was told to park amd wait for fresh fries. When I got my order I went home and opened it. It was a half filled fry cup with soft cold fries in it and the drink I got was wrong. I called they told me come back ANYTIME to have it replaced. When I go back to collect my order they tell me I waited too long and wouldn't give me my order. I'm never visiting this location again. I urge others not to. The workers or this location need to go. Very poor customer service. This isn't my first incorrect order from here but I never brought up till this last time.

The staff at this place are horrible it looks like they hate their job very rude, they take forever to even acknowledge your on the drive thru and u can be the only car there and they will have u wait forever, their extremely greedy with the cheese they literally give u like 5 strans of cheese even asking for a lil extra it was very lil, and for some reason they never give u a receipt much less tell u the total

Worst service ever!!! I’m calling the corporate office on the way we were treated by Andrew on 5-26-19 at 1:54am . This Guy Andrew took our order in the drive through window, which it was a order for four people, and it turn out to be a nightmare. First as soon as we pulled up to the order machine he immediately said they’re only taking cash tonight(which I believe staff should’ve put a sign out bc everyone had people behind them so no one could leave.) Second after a 20 min wait I told Andrew we would be checking the order before we leave the window bc we ordered over $40 worth of food. Now to add to this disastrous customer service...of course our order was wrong and we didn’t receive half our order. Andrew immediately started blaming us for his staff mistakes. I asked him to make things right but he was very rude and told us what we no we didn’t order. Andrew had a smart mouth and he was very disrespectful to us. AVOID THIS LOCATION
