Firehouse Subs

Pretty solid subs. Good flavor. Decent sizes. Definitely a little pricey but depending on what you get it could be worth it. Staff is usually friendly and not over the top. I would come here a lot more often if they were open a little later. Not too much to say towards a "fast food" style restaurant other than its dependable. I've been here plenty of times over the last 6 or so years and I don't think that I've ever had a bad experience with customer service and/or food quality.

Amazing place . Super cute inside .love the decor the red chairs and the rancho painting on the wall .it put you into this firefighter ambiance . They also support them which is great . The staff was smiling friendly and even offered water while i was waitting .top notch customer service . The sandwish itself with the slice of pickle was amazing . meat slices were very tender .Nice warm and delicious ( def better than subway) .veggies and meat looked and tasted fresh.the drink machine is very modern and sanitary . No need to push your cup agaisnt the machine , you just press one button . The only downside is the outrageous cost of the sandwish itself ( which is why i only go once in a blue moon) if the prices were to drop people would go a lot more frequently . Overall the place is cute ,service is good, food is good ,staff was friendly ,only the prices are a huge turn off .

Our meals were delicious, however, the drink dispenser was filthy. I pointed it out to an employee, but they ignored my commentary. Clearly, management needs to impress that visual cleanliness is important to their staff.

First time here. Quite different than the "other" sandwich spots. We apparently were helped by a new staff, which was cool. He was learning and so were we. Every question we asked, he turned and asked someone else who was not there as a team player. The guy making the sandwiches seemed annoyed as the rookie asked questions. We were patient because it was obvious he was new. Now the "all involved" condiments are not for "all" sandwiches. I asked for tomatoes and onions ("all involved" includes those 2) and THEY WERE NOT "INVOLVED" anywhere on my sandwich. Thank goodness the hubby shared his tomatoes with me. The tuna sandwich i ordered was good! The 2 missing ingredients would have given the sandwich a "great" vote instead of "good!" Idk if I will return anytime soon. Too pricey and not a friendly environment. Plus....I like to see my sandwiches made and that's not an option.

Lots of space to eat. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fire house themed. Lots of firemen stuff. Hats. Axes. Fire hose. They sell the different sauces. Have their own limited drink.

Nice place, friendly staff, clean, fast and excellent quality sandwiches! The only issue is that this location NEVER gets my bread selection correct. Whenever I go I ask for wheat and they always give me white which is a bit confusing but they are so friendly that I don't even bother complaining haha

The service was very good. It was not busy there to wait in line. The food wasn't the greatest, but it was okay. The price is very high there for a sandwich. The place is clean. There are plenty of seats there. The neighborhood's not the greatest.🥪🥤

Edit: We've been back a few times and although the food remains delicious, the customer service has dramatically dropped. I could've been on actual fire and Hannah just gave us a dead stare. No welcome or hello or any acknowledgement. Jordan was no chatty cathy either. We had to address him. The purple haired girl was too busy doing stuff to notice us. Took off a star. Great sandys here! I like the Hook & Ladder fully involved. Which is all the fixins. They have a healthy selection of hot sauces, I like the sweet and spicy Captain Something sauce. Reminds me of Quiznos Batch 81 they used in the club there. The dude who greets us every single time we come here is attentive and full of suggestions. The wait can be a bit much sometimes but the food is always good. They have sweet tea here as well, a plus in my book. It's a lil drive here but worth it. I'll be back.

That being said, compared to a location I used to frequent in Oregon a couple of years ago, the portions are pathetic, the overall quality is OK at best, and the price is nuts. Basically $20 for a sandwich with less than $8 of ingredients if you just went to a grocery store and did it yourself. I don't know who the corporation thinks the target audience is, but most people's budget simply doesn't support eating here. I understand that rent, food prices, wages, and taxes need to be covered, but I feel like this is excessive. Gave 3 stars because they support good causes.

Worst meatball subs ever. The meatballs were supposed to be in the oven and fresh when we get our food according to the cashier. Waited a good 30-45 minutes. Couldn't believe it but staff insisted the food would be fresh and hot when we received it. Asked for extra toasted bread also. We got our food and it was cold, not toasted, and the meatballs tasted weird. Beware of this location! Not recommended.

I walked into the restaurant around 8:30pm and was greeted by 2 workers, the first worker was preparing a sandwich and the other worker was standing by the register, the first guy asked me if I had an online order and I responded by saying "no I'm a walk-in", you would think they would ask me for my order or say something like "give me a second I'll be right with you" but they said nothing to me after I told them I was a walk-in, I stood there for five minutes not one of the workers helped me or said anything so I just walked out....they didn't even bother to look up at me, I will never go back and I will make sure to let everyone I know how bad of service Firehouse subs is

Never again. The nastiest sloppiest sandwich ever gotten. It was like they steamed the sandwich before gave it to me the whole thing was moist on top of having sauce on it. They cost too much to give quality like that. Ridiculous. 4 inches of bs.

Just came to try the thanksgiving sub. First time here. Bread was soggy & apart, everything fall out. Could barely taste the cranberry sauce. But I was able to try turkey off my tray. Dry and bland. But the cashier/ sub maker was very polite and gave service with a smile. But I won't be back
