1st time here. I brought my 17yr and 9yr old. They loved it. Didn't save much compared if we went to an AYCE place. My bill for the 3 of us came out to about $90. But it was a cool experience for us. Definitely forces you to eat slower which is a nice change.

Kura Sushi was very good. The revolving system where you pick up the plate you want and when done you slide it into the slot. The food is fresh and a very good price we were very pleased with it. They have a reward system where a ball drops down from above for you. Getting drinks refills did take some time though. First tome we came was seating right away. Second time we had a 35 min wait. The pricing is very good.

My first time going to Kura Revolving Sushi Bar was fun and exciting. I loved that the conveyor belt had signs showing what the next items were. I timed the belt by putting a tiny piece of paper on one of the sign plates and it took about 10 minutes to come all the way back around. So if you don't see what you want after 10 minutes you can always use the touch screen above the conveyor belt to order something and a different conveyor belt will send it your way! We only ordered water to drink and a little robot brought it to us. Each plate is about $3.85, if I remember correctly. It racks up quickly but honestly I was pretty full after 😋 Total I got 10 plates which came to be about $40. Still kinda pricey, but it all tasted very good. Didn't complain about a single plate. We didn't have a wait time because we booked the table ahead of time.

This certainly has the best food in the whole United States everything is fresh and delicious the waiter and waitresses they are outstanding as well as the chefs it is a very friendly atmosphere there could be a little bit of a wait it’s well worth it you just socialize outside meet a lot of people when you get in there it’s unbelievable kid friendly easy parking facilities for the disabled amazing layout it is a place I really do recommend it you will love it as well and the beverage server unbelievable it is a robot so entertaining while you’re eating and talking and no rush to leave the other restaurants put the bill on the table it’s not like that here and the technology they’re using is incredible. The layout inside it’s totally amazing talking about going all out this restaurant went all out and more. Bathrooms very clean pay attention to detail in the whole restaurant spotless I’d like to just say thank you to the waiter waitress and Chef’ and the whole team thank you once again we’ll see you soon. If you are looking for a place that is out of the normal, this is it. There is always a wait of atleast 15 minutes but it's worth it. There is a robot that will bring you your drinks to the table, the sushi rotates around the whole place on the bottom conveyor while the top conveyor is reserved for making orders from the tablet at each table. You can still watch them make your sushi or enjoy and have fun at the table. When done with a plate that is about $3-$4 each you put it down the plate bin at your table. Once you reach 15 plates(and I'm sure you will) a ball comes down for a trinket souvenir. Not the top of the line sushi but still good. I enjoy coming here with my daughter and/or friends.

This spot is really hit or miss for me, but the service is weird because there's no real service they're trying to make it as automated as possible. Hell, if they could have a robot making the food, I feel they would, but most of the time the quality isn't terrible for what it is. There's definitely a lot of things I won't try there just based off my own standards for how a sushi bar should be. But the ordering part for the kids is awesome they seem to love it. We really go to let them have fun with picking what they want on the screen as well as they have a blast to try to reach 15 plates so they can get the little toy which is rad. Also make sure to make a reservation as soon as you can because they get priority you can wait up to 2 hours reservations are the easiest thing too.

Honestly such a cool spot!! I didn’t know we had something like this out here in the IE lol. I’m personally pretty picky and I don’t like sushi but my cousin found this place and wanted to come. We joined the waitlist and it took about 30 minutes to get seated. They were pretty busy so I recommend going early and joining the waitlist. You’re basically able to grab whatever you want from the conveyer belt. It’s filled with sushi, some meats, cheesecake, watermelon etc. It has a lot going on, and if some of the options aren’t there by the time it comes to you you’re able to order on your little screen. When you finish a meal, you drop your little plate down the chute. This is how it tracks each plate and its cost. In the end when you check out it calculates all the plates, order made from the screen or drinks etc for final cost. You’re also able to pay there or pay on your phone. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and beef udon. Both were really tasty and cheap! I think they were about $10-11 each. The sushi plates themselves were also around $3 + per plate. They also had a little robot that would go around delivering the drinks you ordered. Definitely was a cool experience and I’d love to again sometime. It was good!!

Kura isn’t where you go for the fanciest sushi — it’s where you go for a good time, fun flavors, and that little rush of grabbing your plate at just the right moment... don't set the higher expetation too much

My and my husband went there for a casual Friday's dinner, the wait time was around one hour to be seated, so be patient. There isn't reservation option at least no through the phone, they have an app which we didn't want to download because it didn't seem needed BUT please do it. The good thing about the revolving is that you don't have to wait for food, it's coming through and you just grab what you want BUT if you order something you have to wait around 8 to 10 minutes. Sushi was good. For some reason I reminded it better. Don't misunderstand me, it wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. We got 18 plates for a total of 90 bucks. Make the numbers!

You come here for the experience, and it is fun to have your food delivered on the conveyor belt and order what you want. However, there is no where to wait. The bathrooms did not have supplies, and the food took a long time. I have visited the one in Roseville many times and it is a lot of fun. This one could use a little TLC.

Interesting experience. First time I've ever been there. The workers were extremely nice. The inside of the restaurant was inviting. The bathroom toilet was dirty on the seat. Some of the sushi dishes were not the best. The seared salmon was not seared enough and had a very strong fishy taste and I would not recommend getting that one again. I felt a little sick after that plate.

2 stars because in the past they were good and now they gone downhill. So I signed on to the counter and never got seated. I waited til I asked how much more longer, they tried to say they called and texted me. Told them was in the front never heard them call me and showed them never got a text message from them. They said they can seat me in 20 minutes, I asked why if I just saw them seat people who literally came in and signed on after me, they gave a bs excuse, so decided to leave and never coming back. Currently they have poor customer service and don't recommend coming here.

I've been to this location, San Diego, and Brea so far and this one is the worst of the 3. I'm not sure if it's because I got here right as they were opening or what, but the food wasn't that great. The sushi rolls looked sloppy, many of the raw meats were super cold and one that I ordered specifically was partially frozen still. I should have complained to staff, but I have a lot of anxiety in doing that. And the fact that someone had just made that roll and couldn't tell the meat was frozen is just disappointing. I drove almost 2 hours to get here for mediocre sushi. Thank goodness I had some rewards from my last visit so I didn't have to pay the full price, but still. Hopefully I don't get sick from this location. It was otherwise clean and spacious, but I won't be returning here.

Super happy I dodged a bullet coming to this place. The staff here are airheads and the manager is unprofessional and rude and lacks accountability. Reading the reviews here about how the food is lacking taste and is awful it completely makes sense. It starts with your employees and managers. Super disappointed I wasted my time coming here. This place needs new management and employees. What a poorly ran business. Definitely recommend looking at the negative reviews before coming to this place.

Didn’t like the food. It tasted bland and the pork tasted old. The noodles had a weird taste. Overpriced drinks and plates. Super small portions for 5 dollar plates. The service was non existent. Go anywhere else. Spend 90 dollars and it was really a waste of money.
