Place was super busy long lines through the drive thru so I walked in was super busy as well but I was very surprised that not only did they get my order correctly but also very fast. Girls are very nice.

Customer service has always been great here. Food is good, many items to choose from. The place is always clean. Prices are good and burgers are decent size not like other fast food chain places. I recommend the chilli cheese fries that come with a free drink or the family pack. This is out go-to joint in Alta Loma.

Tams has consistently amazing food. You'll wait a few minutes but it's totally worth it. I recommend the crispy chicken salad, the burgers, the tuna melt, the ham and cheese melt, any of their shakes, their French toast and breakfast platters or burritos... really, anything you get is going to be good.

Breakfast burritos are very tasty and huge. I've had the machaca (shredded beef) and bacon burrito. Amazing spot in Rancho Cucamonga for breakfast burritos. A must!👌

Missed the exit to In-N-out ended up here. Great food! I loved the chicken salad. More than Enough for a big eater or for 2. My husband that’s picky with hamburgers. He enjoyed the taste here. Great spot for those traveling. Worth the 5 min drive from the freeway. Hidden gem. Wish it was closer to LA but hopefully we end up here again. Great service as well. Family atmosphere. Food came out fast. Had dinner at about 6pm.

Great burgers discovered via DoorDash. So far the best burgers in Rancho Cucamonga. Tastier than most name brand restsurant burgers at a fraction of the cost. Fries also compliment their burgers instead of arriving soggy and cold.

I sometimes like to come here and get something to eat when I’m feeling sad. Whenever someone asks where I want to go I always say Tams! They have a good selection of food and you get what you pay for. They have a student discount menu which is pretty neat if your child has a school ID and the hours aren't limited so you can take advantage of it at dinner time. The staff is friendly. We hadn't been here in at least 10 years but have made it a once a week routine as of late.

I like this place a lot, but this last visit i ordered the fried shrimp basket and was very disappointed. For the high price, nothing was delicious about it. After peeling off all the dark brown breading, it was a tiny baby shrimp, the small size you see in a can of shrimp. They have plenty of delicious items on their menu but they need to just get rid of this one, don't order it.

I've only had the pastrami sandwich, but it's worth the drive and the price. Absolutely stuffed with great quality pastrami, it's like two meals' worth.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and chili cheese fries and the meat was well seasoned as well as fries. I would say the chili fires were good just not great or bad and the burger could use more sauce.

We usually get the Burger Box which is now $9 but still a decent deal. You get a tasty normal sized burger(not a Jr.), 2 pieces of fried boneless chicken, and a good amount of seasoned fries (most times we can't finish). We love their fried chiles that they added to our order 1 time and now we ask for them EVERY time. The food always tastes really good and is cooked to order!👍🏻

I've been there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Better than average food and a genuine concern for giving good service every time. My only issues are the carne asada fries are pretty bland and that sliced cheese is used on a lot of the breakfast dishes instead of grated.

Normally Excellent tasty food and friendly staff. However, check your food if using the drive thru, literally unwrap it! The last 3 visits I received the wrong order. This morning I ordered 2 sausage breakfast burritos and I checked my bag, receipt and verified I had 2 burritos. Unfortunately when my husband and I sat down to eat, we received 1 salty Bacon and 1 bland Chorizo burrito. 🥲 Must have been an off morning for Tam’s.

Came for breakfast. I liked the chorizo and eggs, they had a nice kick to them. I didn't really like the beans and the rice and I forgot to ask to change to the hashbrowns and toast. The zucchini is really yummy here!

Food was hot when I got it. They put a sticker over the hole of the drink for safety reasons but this order was for myself, not a door dash order for someone else and I had told them that. Sticker was hard to peel off before I could put the straw in.

I've been coming here for years since my son was born. Cute little diner huge seating area. Ever since day one, I don't have anything bad to say about this place. The staff is always friendly and the food is very good. You get more for your buck.

So, how was Tams is the question. So I'm giving this location a 3. Why you ask? Mind you I went through the drive thru with my 2 year old. When I pulled up they asked if I wanted to buy one get one double CB. I said yes. They asked if I wanted anything else I also ordered a pastrami sandwich and the 4 piece strips with fries. Well they gave me the wrong sandwich. Then they blamed me, telling me what I said when I ordered. Like I didn't know what I wanted. The drive thru lady wasn't mean until I walked inside to tell them they gave me the wrong sandwich. Then tells me, "you said club sandwich." Lime they sound the same. Anyway, I love their food but I didn't appreciate being made to feel like I was in the wrong. Hopefully that doesn't happen again

Cleanest Tam's I've been too,food was fast ,fresh,and very good super staff friendly, I've been here twice.and I continue to visit and get a different dish every time,a good place for Breakfast,Lunch,or Dinner. Tam's in Rancho is a hit for me.

I ordered the fried Zucchini sticks and the sticks are too thinly-cut for the amount of breading they put on them. The breading was tasteless and too thick.

We came here based on a report from IE Explorer. I have to say we were a bit disappointed. We didn't feel the hamburgers were seasoned very well. The condiments were lacking; 1 pickle and very small tomatoe on each burger. The buns were dried out. The fries were good, well cooked, and seasoned. The price for the meal was a little higher than what we expected; about $12 for each, but then again prices are higher everywhere these days. The price for the meal was not posted on the drive thru menu.

Went into drive-through, ordered 1/4 lb. burger and curly fries, which are only available in a giant serving, enough for 3 or 4 people; ridiculous. But I prefer them to plain fries. I believe they cost $3.99, maybe $4.99. I refrigerated what I couldn't eat and ate the rest later. I wouldn't buy them again because of the huge quantity and the price, and left-over warmed-up fries aren't good.

I visited Tam's burgers with a friend. We ordered a 2 for 1 special. Although it was a good deal I just don't think that the quality of the meat was up to par. The popularity of a good hamburger always starts with the meat. I'm sorry I was a bit disappointed.

The food is always decent/good. I've never had great. Their most popular orders are usually the best. Everything else is hit or miss depending on what time you order. Staff is usually friendly. Wait time fluctuates on when you arrive to order. Dependable but never my first choice.

Ok Tams please change your fries. Back then you guys served some different type of fries that were so delicious but now they’re different, rubbery and seems like they’re not cooked well. Yesterday I ordered the our meals with fries and we had to throw away the fries they weren’t enjoyable. So the food was meh at best. I asked for fried zucchini and to make it extra crispy. It definitely was not.and for over 38.00 dollars I got 1 ranch dressing when I asked for another they charged me. 50 cents more . I won't go back.

My husband and I have been to the Tam's in Rancho Cucamonga various times. Starting at the beginning of 2022, we'd always get their crispy chicken salad. Although very good the first time, the chicken was on the dry side, but still edible enough for us to order it again. We've ordered this salad a few more times, but a few months ago, the chicken that came in the salad was inedible. It was like they cooked it over and over again and became so incredibly hard (the texture was like a very old Chicharrón). It was a sad day, but I had to throw out most of my meal. I'm disappointed that they could even look at it and thought it was okay to serve to customers. Another time, my husband placed his order ahead of time and came to pick it up. He asked for a side order for French Fries, but when he arrived they gave him a large Chili Cheese Fries... The most recent time we dined here was this past Friday 11/11. My husband ordered our dinner from the Drive-Thru. We both wanted to try the "Burger Box" which is a 1/4 lb Burger, 2 chicken tenders, and fries. It's a good deal considering our total was less than $20. Overall, the burger was decent, they gave us plenty of fries... but again... it's the chicken that's never good! (why, why.....). Although the chicken tenders were an impressive size and looked like they had juice inside, they were still incredible dry and the texture was rough that it was hard for me to eat that I had to throw most of it away. I even tried dunking a small piece entirely in the Ranch, but no... it didn't help that much. I'm not sure what their practice is for cooking their chicken, but whatever it is, the outcome is never good. I've concluded that if we ever return here, we'll never order any of their chicken again. :(

Prices were reasonable prior to the remodel. We are obviously paying for it now. Not to mention it's hot as he'll in there. Won't be back until they turn on the Air conditioning. It's been abnormally hot the last few times I've been there. If I wanted to be hot I would eat outside!!!

I'm not from this area, my aunt is and I decided to stop there to grab something to eat before heading back home to Long Beach and it was a horrible experience. The food was good, but the service was HORRIBLE! The cashier was extremely rude! I didn't get HER name but she wore glasses with black frame, short hair comb to the side and tattoo on her arm. And because of HER rudeness I will NOT be back there the next time I'm in that area. It probably doesn't matter to management being that you have your regulars but you should have friendly employees. Let's remember..... We choose our jobs we aren't forced to do a job we don't want to do, you should remind her of that.

Large chili cheese fries says 7.99 on menu but charged 9.99, I've gone here for over a decade but I think today was last time. Usually, they try to make food in which you would return to get more of...but not today 🤢. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich (7.99), it looked like they took old bread, threw in a toaster- and slapped a piece of cheese in between. Cheese wasn't even the slightest of being melted. I called to let them know so I wouldn't have to write a review, but they hung up. French fries were Cold 🥶. I'm done with Tam"s!

Ordered a fried egg sandwich with just egg and cheese. Repeated this twice to the cashier even after she asked if I wanted a specific type of toast. I then asked for a hot chocolate which the cashier responded with “oh, uhmmm. -turned away from me and asked another employee a question- oh we don’t have hot chocolate but I can go buy some.” I said no it’s okay, just an orange juice and water cups would be fine. Got the order a few minutes late and the sandwich was fried scrambled eggs, with mayo lettuce and tomato on soggy sourdough bread. No organs juice was brought out-cashier didn’t put it on the order. I asked the cashier, “didn’t I order a fried egg with cheese and that’s it?” Her response was “oh you didn’t want veggies?” They brought back the same sandwich with the veggies pulled out. Still no cheese and smothered in mayo. Needless to say, this food made me sick to my stomach and I ended up just throwing away the sandwich and leaving. Long story short- horrible service and horrible food. I do not recommend.

I called to verify a Sunday special on chili cheese fries. I was told yes then I ordered the chili cheese fries. I didn't receive the free order was was told it wasn't on sale to the lady I called to verify the special. She got upset and said I had to request the special. I advised her this was there special I didn't have to asked them to honor there add. Was treated poorly, so I went to saca the code on your drive-through window. And the lady again got upset and said, "Don't take pictures. I told her I was leaving a review, and she rolled her eyes.

Wow I used to love this place. Now that minimum wage went up the work quality has gone down the crapper. I just ordered 41 dollars worth of food and didn't get what I ordered. And then the excuse they gave was that they were busy. Yet one person was inside eating and only two cars were in the drive thru. I will never be back. Sorry loyal or not this is to much.

Their quality has gone downhill. I ordered fried shrimp and fried fish dinner to go and when I got home, saw that both were burned. Couldn’t even tell that it was shrimp. Beware….avoid Tams..go to Legends down the street. It’s worth the extra time and money. My message to Tams ownership: Invest in quality food and better cooks.

I’ve been a costumer for years with tams literally since I was a kid, I love this place but tonight changed it all. I usually spend more than 1,500+ yearly with tams my family and I go there a lot. For my my concern and complaint is that, I usually get the tams box and fried zucchini and I also ask for 5 green salsas as well. I never had an issue getting the salsa ever but today changed that. I asked for 5 green salsas, as soon as I asked the kind worker told me we can no longer give you any green salsa I asked why. She told me that they only pass out the salsa for the tocos. I was a bit offended because I’ve been doing this for years. I could also tell she was a new worker but.. I got really upset about it. Who doesn’t eat salsa with food plus your paying for it they should pass it out. 😤 for my second complaint is that you guys serve little bits of food now you guys changed so much. I will no longer be going to tams for these reasons as much as it breaks my heart I will never go back their again.💔

Placed a drive thru order for a meal, got my order and left, however, halfway home I realized that I was missing my drink. The attendant didn’t offer me the drink. I turned around and went back, asked her for my drink and asked if there was some type of coupon or something they could offer for my inconvenience, she said “no, sorry” and handed me my drink. It’s upsetting to know that they don’t have any kind of coupons or at least offer something for the inconvenience. I won’t be going back here.

Order the 8 piece chicken tenders EVERYONE of them was dry and hard as a rock went through drive through . I assume they would be cold but not dried out with no juice. The ranch didn't even help. Couldn't even eat 3 out of the 8 that I bought. I went there at 2 o'clock. It's like these were left over from the lunch rush. They dipped them back in the oil for a minute and gave them to me Drive through. Pass off the old food too. I really used to like this place. That's what I got there every time was the 8 piece chicken tenders. The chicken salad here Is so DISGUSTING🤮🤮🤮🤮 today I paid 15$ for what tasted like a bag of trash. All the produce in my salad was old and wilted. The edges of the lettuce were brown. The chicken tasted rotten and like it was marinated with orange juice. To make it worse they add a huge orange slice, pickle spears that were old, and the ranch was disgusting. I gave it back to them. Also the staff is terribly rude.

Damn that sucks. I come here often for Breakfast burritos. Todays burrito had some extra "flavor" though. (See photo) I called them to tell them I had a hair in my food, and that I'll save the receipt and the photos and come back to have the order remade another time. Its a busy morning, hence the burrito run, so I cannot come back today. I'm told there will be no refund for me, and they were not willing to remake the order at another time either. Shame.

Went for breakfast today ordered a bacon omelet and it was just and very thin egg almost like a tortilla wrapped in bacon. The bacon was burnt to a crisp and tasted like it had been sitting on the.oven for days the egg and omelet didn't blend. This was not an omelet. Had I not taken it to go I would have asked for a refund. Horrible. Waste of money

The food is great but the night shift cashier is so rude I believe her name is Sonia it’s been 2 times that I come here at night to dine in the one of the times she rushed us to eat because they close at 10 . Yesterday it was before 9:30 the door was wide open when me and my family arrived in a rush to dine in we waited for her to finish pacing around for about 5 min if not longer when it was finally time to order she said you can only order to go because it’s 9 :30 and we close at 10 .
