Avis sur Cali Tea Rancho Palos Verdes
This place is great. Their boba is some of the best I’ve had. I’ve tried a few different things from the menu and they’ve always been great. I’ve never had to use the “let us know if you don’t like your drink!” sign. I have no doubt they’d try to rectify the situation if I wasn’t happy with my drink. The staff are always very friendly and helpful (check out the barista menu). I personally like to get 25% sweetness on most things, but they have a range of options to take advantage of. The macaroons they have a really nice, too. They put up cute seasonal decorations & cups. There’s lots of seating both inside and out, there’s amble parking, and a clean bathroom. I’ve met friends here, studied, and seen fundraisers take place. I’m very glad to have such a great boba spot in town!
The drinks are delicious. It's a wonderful atmosphere to sit & relax for a moment with delicious boba tea. They have a good variety of drinks too. Their character drinks are cute.
Love CaliTea, all locations! You can customize your drink to adjust the sweetness, and they have all the non-dairy options available. *Sign-upnfor their rewards program to get deals and a free drinknonnyihr birthday!
So GOOD! Best Boba spot in town. Great customer service. Cute little shop, place to relax and drink with friends. They have a good variety of drinks too. ♥️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I love the new dragon fruit bursting boba. Cashiers are friendly and very helpful if you don't know what to order.
The drinks here are really good and so are the macaroons, the service was really good the people that work there are really kind as well.
I'm a bit of a tea and boba maniac and overjoyed that I found this lovely tea shop. I've only had 2 teas so far but from the experience you feel that they care about their customers. The osamantus was very fragrant. The gentleman is a credit to the store, he remembered me from my previous visit and asked how I was doing, it's nice to be nice and a lot of places in the area lack this. There is a great indoor seating area with a selection of high chairs and tables to work from.

Just got the spicy chai with soy milk. Wow, so good! If you're cold or feeling sick, this will truly hit the spot. Also, the atmosphere is really cute and cozy inside, with board games and comfy seating. Definitely will be back!
We've been here many times and our drinks are consistently good. They also have little snacks and things that vary sometimes, but are always tasty. They have a small seating area with tons of games and stuff to play. And the bathroom is ALWAYS clean!! We stopped here once out of convenience and it has become one of our favorite South Bay boba shops!!
I am literally here at least once a week for a boba tea, its always fast, and usually a decent amount of boba, rarely have to ask for extra, they do a really good job with the mix also, its not over powering but also not flavorless
Drinks are great and I always appreciate places that have sweetness and ice levels. Teas are house brewed and everything I've had was really good. My favorites are Genmaicha and CPR. Staff is always really friendly and all the macaroons are really yummy!
Saw this highly rated boba place on google maps and stopped by for what turned out to be a wonderful experience! They serve delicious brown sugar boba and even made a customized drink for me in addition to the standard. Thank you so much!! Wonderful friendly staff and a big comfy lounge couch.
Great quality drinks and great customer service. I love their Japanese tea selections like their Hojicha milk tea and their Matcha milk tea most especially, as well as their oat/soy milk options. They also open pretty early which is even better! Love this place, my new favorite boba place :)

Got myself Hokkaido MT with boba and Osmanthus Tropic Fruit tea. The Hokkaido is sweet but not as creamy as I'd like. Every shop's Hokkaido MT is different and this shop's not my favorite although it was still good. The boba is underdone and not as sweet. It was a bit of a let down. The Osmanthus Tropic was delightful though. Fruity with a deep flavor of tea. Id recommend this one. Also disliked how dark it is inside. I could barely see the decor. It was only 6PM.

This morning in went here and asked for a vanilla latte on ice with Bobo. When I came home to enjoy the drank the latte had (3) times part of cinnamon so I had you put ice in the drank to come down the strong “cinnamon” taste! I don’t know if this was just a mistake or done on purpose. Check you drank before leaving the location.

When this place first opened it was great. I originally gave it 5 stars. I had only stopped in because my kid received a gift card. The only reason I keep returning is because the kiddos love boba and it's close to their school. In about 6 months time the prices have skyrocketed. Drinks are way too sweet, even if you ask for a lower percentage sweetness. Workers are polite, but there is this underlying feeling that they couldn't care less about you or your order. Despite all this I will probably return so I don't have to drive out of my way for boba. They recently started incentive cards, which makes sense for the amount of money you'll end up spending if you go regularly.
Owners seem to have control of the AC. Workers there should be able to turn on AC. Not aceptable that you can't enjoy Boba drink in the business cause it's hot in there. For that reason I probably won't be back.

The watery diluted milk tea was pretty underwhelming. Ordered the standard “Calitea” with honey boba. You’d think being their signature drink it would be decent quality but it was weak and just very watered down. I guess quantity over quality is their business strategy. Will pass in future.

The tea at CaliTea RPV is actually pretty good. Unfortunately, this location suffers from other issues. First, their build your own drink section lists the price as $5.90. However, when you try to add a single flavor to your tea (step 3 on their menu) they charge you 35 cents. This charge is NOT listed on the menu. Note, if I were to order the same exact drink with green tea instead of black, there would be no 35 cent charge in the system. I pointed it out to the employee checking me out and was told it was strange so they removed the charge. No harm no foul, right? That was until I went back. The next time I went to this location I ordered the same thing and again pointed out the 35 cent charge. I thought everything was fine until I went to pick up the drinks. A different employee handing me the drinks said the 35 cents is a mandatory charge. Again, despite it not being present on the menu or if you order green tea instead of black. I pointed this put to them, but they didn’t seems to care. At this point I’m getting pretty annoyed, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. However, this employee had the audacity to ask me for the name of the person that originally removed the 35 cent charge for me because they needed to be written up. I told them I didn’t know their name, which is true. Shockingly they then asked me to describe the person! Honestly, after this experience I have no intention of returning. The tea is good, but whoever runs this location needs to teach their employees about professionalism because this was unacceptable. Edit: Finally got to drink me tea and they left the flavoring out. So add pettiness to the unprofessional conduct.
Came in at 6ish by no means a rush. There were 3 employees behind the counter. I was there to pick up an order. After five minutes someone finally came over and said are you picking up an order for 5 minutes not one person could be bother to say "hi" or "we'll be right with you" you know, be decent. At least they are consistent second time here with no greeting. BTW the drink was sitting in the freezer the whole time. I could have been out of there much sooner smh.
