Jersey Mike's Subs

Well... I thought it was my 1st time here, but I guess not! I tried to log in, but I was already a member! I'm getting old! LOL! The manager, Marvin, was a SUPER nice guy! Very helpful! The entire staff was VERY nice! Going to this Jersey Mike's over ever other sandwich shop is a no-brained! Excellent food! Excellent service! Fresh ingredients! Danny DeVito was right! This place IS "a cut above!" I'll be back! Thanks! 😋

Jersey Mike's has the best Subs. My favorite is the #8 Mike's way. Meat cut fresh and bread baked fresh each day. Little expensive but worth it.

I've eaten here a few times and the sandwiches and service are always good. Today I ordered the Club Sub and it was very good. Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich place. I love the quality and how they make your sandwich right in front of me.

The store was very busy, and the line was going out the door. Staff was very kind and caring. The team member with the dark long hair (they had an alt look) managing mobile orders was super sweet and apologetic for the delay. Even when the store is busy I always have a positive experience.

I am so excited this Jersey Mike’s opened in RSM! The layout and theme of the restaurant is so fresh and modern, not to mention great staff to go with it! The manager, Will, is extremely helpful and you can tell he cares about his employees and customers. Can’t wait to frequent here more often for great sandwiches and service!

Will, the General Manager, runs the store very efficiently and professionally. He is friendly and his staff are trained very well. They maintain an effective workflow providing speedy customer service. This location is wonderful and I am so happy it opened up! Thanks for the great service!

Overall a good Jersey Mike’s, but one of the supervisors was completely rude, I told him what he did wrong to my sandwich but he just walked away. It’s a new location and they are all learning but the managers should be more professional and not jump in when nothing is wrong in the first place. My sandwich was perfectly fine and he decided to add more condiments without asking me (now I’m left with a super soggy sandwich; I’m on a short lunch break and didn’t have time to get a new one).

I usually have a good experience at this location except for tonight, 11/22/23 around 7pm (being specific so management can narrow it down to who I’m referencing) The guy who made my sandwich tonight was very rude, rushed me when ordering and had an overall bad attitude at with me checkout. No one appreciates dealing with a punk when ordering food. Do better than that. I’m surprised I gave a tip, buddy really didn’t deserve it.

Order a BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato). When you get to the end and there is no Lettuce or Tomato and you mention it to them, they look confused as if you were speaking another language and say "You never said to add Lettuce or Tomato"...... ON A BLT!!! Sorry but you have to say you want lettuce and tomato on your BLT if you want it. They just assume you don't want it if you don't say it after.
