I didn't know this was the iced caramel macchiato now. My dad asked the girl twice if this was correct and she said yes. So, when my dad got home with the order and I saw the iced caramel macchiato, I was like what the heck?! I mean I know it gets busy and staff members are new but come on, there wasn't even coffee in it just pure milk and caramel.

After a long day of shopping in Harlingen, I like to bring easy dinner home. And I’ve loved McDonalds growing up. But this McDonalds always makes mistakes, and I understand a couple of times but there is always an issue. Today’s problem is about burgers. I bought the meal where you get 4 burgers, 20 chicken nuggets and a basket of fries and then I bought 1 one basket of fries because I love McDonald’s fries. Then once I finally got home and was having dinner with my family (btw I live 45 minutes away in a tiny town called port Mansfield), i asked for my burgers to be plain with only meat, cheese and mustard ONLY, and on the ticket, it says that also. But no, as soon as I opened to make sure they actually did it correctly, there were onions!! What would have happened if I just went ahead and took a bite and I was actually allergic to onions? Make sure y’all actually read the tickets and don’t get in a rush, if you can’t work fast food and make orders right then it’s not the correct job for you.

So,we were in line ...an employee just got in front of us to place her own order.. didn't excuse herself or bother to let us and the other customers order....which are the ones that actually come first.. RUDE!!! then an older lady that works he yells out sir .. YOUR CARD DIDN'T GO THROUGH.. Instead of being discreet... the tap didn't work 😕.. again RUDE!!!!

With a fully stacked staff they still weren't able to serve a simple plate in a reasonable time.

Worst McDonald’s wouldn’t recommend coming here they always mess up on orders and especially in my orders for some reason

They didn’t want to give me food I paid for, and they clearly charged me for it. Two of the men that have early morning shift around 6ish in the morning were very rude. & slammed drive thru window on us. Make sure you teach your employees how to respect customers. Do better .

I visited this McDonald’s and asked for a family bundle THREE times, vut the manager was very rude and insisted we didn’t order it, even though we clearly did. Instead, we were charged for items we never ordered, including a drink we never received or requested. We tried to explain the situation calmly, but she was dismissive and difficult the entire time. We ended up waiting over 40 minutes while she argued instead of resolving the issue.

The mc chicken literally has 4 ingredients and they forgot 2 out of the 4 . Y’all really can’t make a sandwich correctly ? Instead I got a bone dry chicken and bread . Where’s the mayo and lettuce ? Smh also asked for double fries instead of apples in the kids meal and didn’t get those or the apples . Also we didn’t get 1 napkin for any of our 3 orders. Ol cheepo’s!

Terrible service. They didn't want to give me an extra napkin and my breakfast was burnt. Since I'm traveling, it's difficult to return to change it.

I don't know if it is because we are a small town; however, that should not be an excuse, but the Frappe's are a little pricey and when you order a large and get half a cup it is ridiculous. I called and spoke with manager, and he just stated that he would let them know. How true that is, who knows.

One word:DISGUSTING. It was not rush hour,lunch hour nor did they have a line when I went. Now it clearly makes sense why. Nonetheless, when I ordered this meal to go, I didn’t expect it to be messy to this extreme,much less have me wondering why I have a pickle AND a piece of meat that’s clearly NOT from my patty wrapped with my burger. This restaurant should have a vigilant manager supervising how it’s meant to be. Save yourself the trouble and money and opt for a burrito from the corner store across the street.
