Avis sur Taco Bell Red Bluff
Place goes further downhill every month. Even the sign saying "we're short staffed, so we can't take your order" has been up WAY too long to be believable. After a year, you're not "short staffed". You're "choosing to keep a reduced crew because it's working better than you expected". Huge difference.
Classic Luxe Box is great when your in a lunch rush.
I absolutely love Taco Bell! The workers are so kind and are willing to make you have a good experience in their establishment. The food is always good and if there ever is a problem they are willing to fix it with no questions asked! I would recommend anyone who slightly likes Mexican food to try Taco Bell, since there is a little bit of everything for everybody. #TacoBellRules
Yum yum!!! Not as cheap as they used to be but you can decently feed two or three people for under $20. There something for everyone on the menu. Oh yes the sauce is epic no matter how mild or hot you like it. Tacos anyone? Can you say " burrito supreme"?.
Taco Bell would have to be my favorite Fast Food place. Taco Bell always has amazing deals, especially their 5$ box deals. The food is fast, and tasty. My only problem is the health issues.... Taco Bell, as with any fast food restaurant, has a high calorie count in any menu item, and foods that are loaded with carbohydrates, fats, and sugars. The food is top notch for fast food, but as with any fast food, unhealthy.
I got there and I was the only person in drive thru it was fast and efficient food was good ànd they got my order right
Great tasting food, refreshing drinks and clean eating environment. They have amazing deals and great prices. The staff are respectful and friendly. Inside perfect temperatures for summer hot days or rainy winter weather. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great food with great prices :)
The girl who took my order was so nice she had great customer service and that is hard to find now these days. I let her know at the window that her customer service was great
I just want to say, I have an autistic daughter who has a hard time with a lot of things... And we super customize every order. This Taco Bell always gets it right for her. They are so nice here. The one time they didn't get it right, they fixed it for her plus gave her an order of cinnamon twists for free.
Orders are accurate and the staff do a good job. Can't complain; it's fast food
Bean Burritos is the cheapest fast food and is somewhat good for you, I have the bean Burrito with no onions, no Red Sauce substitute for green, that way you don't pay extra, extra cheese and sour cream added, it's pretty good
A great spot for lunch or dinner.
No complaints. Only gave 4 stars because it's still just fast food.
the top manager took the time to help get my order right on my phone taco bell app.
Fantastic service! Food quality was great & accurate. Did drive through and was in & out super fast. We’ll definitely return to this location! Keep up the great work!
A friend and I stopped here on our way back from Burney. The drive-thru line was busy. But they went through all the customers quickly. The order was one hundred percent accurate. The food tasted great, too. I was definitely impressed with the entire experience.
employees were very fast got order correct 💯
Halloween tonight I went through the drive-through and it was fast. Everything is warm fresh and delicious. Thank you so much for making me and my kids. Have a wonderful night.
Let’s just say i normally don’t have good experiences with redbluff tacobell as the staff is rude and slow and my orders have been very wrong, but lately they have been great! My husband and i lately have been super busy and on the go so we’ve been eating very late and night crew has been awesome! Foods been ordered prepared , and given to me in less than 5 minutes. We were also very specific on our order and they were sure to make our items were just as ordered which as I said before I’ve had trouble with. Thankgod for that🤣 my stoner sled just wants tacobell after work man
Went through the drive thru and was helped by a nice girl named Abby, after I took my order she realized that I could’ve gotten my meal cheaper in the new meal deal box. Saved me $5, great customer service
Very nice lady at the drive through window! They took the order with ease and top tier customer service
The BEST taco bell in Northern California, maybe even the world, the thing is, you're gonna wait for it. Plan at least 15 to 30 minutes to go through the drive through, on a busy Friday or Saturday that's gonna be 45 minutes to an hour. Not all bad though because usually the busier they are, the fresher the food is. I wish they still had baja gordita, and green sauce but oh well, it's all gonna be diarrhea by tomorrow anyway.
It's pretty good. I don't like the changes in the menu. They got rid of most of the things I like. A long time ago they had the best seafood salad, I need it, though it's been probably 30 years.
Friendly service, quick drive through. Tacos were soggy and Shelly fell apart by the time we ate them which was about 10 minutes after we got them. Very little meat.
Never been to Tacobell on main St. and recieved my order 100 percent correct, never would have happened when I worked at Hilltop dr in the 80's if I go to Tacobell again it won't be in Redbluff
For fun, my son and I make bets of how long it'll take to get our food from this specific location in Red Bluff. Before we walk inside, we already know that it'll take around 20 minutes to get your food after you order. It doesn't matter if you order one item or twenty items, it will still take a looooooong time. On a positive note, friendly staff and our orders are always correct.
Prepare to wait if you go in around 9 a.m. as it is pretty popular. Bit of a wait due to updates in the drive thru, so it was understandable. However, a bit disappointed that they aren't open in the restaurant itself yet, while the rest I've been to within the past month or two have been.
I never went to taco bell that day. Google made an assumption based on erronious tracking. I prefer home cooking or taco wagons. When taco bell opened in the 70's, portions were good. Now they seem tiny relative to the cost. I like to cook but i like my sister's cooking better!
Fast service employees were nice just less than desirable customers every where
Went through the drive thru at 418 in the afternoon.. I ordered a taco party pack and was told the freeze machine was down and asked if they had any other drinks twice.. order taker evaded the question and ran up our total. Upon looking further I found out I had very little cheese on all my tacos. We all have bad days. Pretty disappointed because this used to be my favorite place to go. Edit: I went in the lobby today on 2/24/22. I got my food quickly and it felt like a warm atmosphere I may be back after all.❤️
Today was a learning day at the res bluff Taco Bell drive through . I was learning how to use the app which is a great way to earn free food and get access to things you can't get off the regular menu .. for example the beloved lux box you can completely customize your lux box for.$5. 99 instead of $7.99 and being able to trade out everything except the been burrito. Also learned that you want to make your order in the app well before you get to Taco Bell. Takes a while to process. Also learned (😅) that you can only do one order on the app per drive through.. so we had to go around and get back into like when we forgot something.
Red Bluff TB is one of the best imo,, food is usually consistent in high quality,, service is really quick even when there's cars circling the building,, and the service is always solid!
Order is usually always right . If it's not, they will re make it for you the right way . Servers have always been kind and respectful . Come here all the time without any problems

It's pretty decent for a Taco Bell but the drive thru is almost always very busy with exceptionally long waits, especially at night. You're better off parking and running inside if you're in a hurry. Our family usually orders a lot of food and I'd say it's all there about 70% of the time. :/ It's pretty clean though, and the staff is always very friendly.
Just your run of the mill Taco Bell menu, so nothing extraordinary here. However, the service is usually prompt (even if there is a substantial line) and I have no issues with my order when I come here. Freeze machine is out of order frequently so its a bummer during happy hour or on a hot summer day
It's taco bell🤷... The drive thru though is automated so, don't ask what a chalupa is. It just takes your order. Soet of irritating but, I guess that's today's modern technology. I don't like that feature. Some might. I can't believe they charge that much for their food as well. Quality has gone down and prices went up..as with everywhere!
The drive-thru now uses AI to take orders. It's weird. The food is good it is kind of pricey these days! The new nacho fries are really good. There are lots of things they carry on the app that they don't carry on the board to order off of. If you order off the happy and more choices.
Didn't get online order correct, three missing items and asked for extra sour cream and got no sour cream at all. For 50.00 I'll remember this experience next time I'm hungry for something at 3:00 am and it's the only place and option around town. It seems better service in the afternoon and eavning not the early morning.
This Taco Bell is usually always pretty busy, the drive-thru line is very long. So it takes a really long time to get your order. Also, there have been multiple times that they have gotten my order wrong, and I honestly didn't even go back to get my correct order because the wait was so long. They have an automated voice take your order sometimes too, which is super weird. I don't really like it. But they are relatively cheap and open 24 hrs so they've got that going for them.
Edit: Third time this has happened with my veggie bowl! And can’t count how many times my other orders haven’t been right. Honestly tired of the incompetence to read orders right on overnight shift. Worst time to go get taco bell, ntm youre waiting 30 minutes just to pull up with only four cars in the drive through. I can understand heavily the fact this burrito bowl was ordered at 2:30 AM, yet it’s also wasting my time. I ordered a Veggie bowl, not a Chicken one. Not once have I ever had any issues ordering this bowl, everyone usually understands what ‘veggie’ means. Although I don’t mind it, I did not order it. Mistakes are made but this could’ve easily wasted someone’s time at 2 in the morning and you never know if they’re vegetarian or cant consume meat. I also was not the one who picked it up so I wasn’t able to check it.
Our ordertaker was very cold and impatient. Didn't great us at the window or anything, handed our drinks out and disappeared. The lady who gave us our food wasn't much better. No smiles, no thank you, nothing. The nicest person was the cashier (and the cooks, our food was good).
Okay long post coming. This place has 4 star Taco Bell food, 2 star customer service, and 1 star drive through service. There is always a horribly long line that moves at a snail's pace. What stinks is I can't get myself to pull out of the line and go somewhere else because I love Taco Bell. I have learned that this is a franchise location and not a corporate one. To me there is no incentive for them to improve their drive through times or customer service, since people like myself are going to keep driving through the drive through because we need our Baja Blast fix. Hoping for something better, because this has the potential to be the best Taco Bell ever no joke. Only other complaint is that because it is a franchise, they can determine their own prices and menu, so don't be surprised if your regular order is more expensive. I will probably be back next week, because.... Taco Bell.
This place hasn't given me explosive diarrhea yet, so I'll keep going. I'm came back to edit my review because I went through the drive thru at midnight last night and now I can't stop pooping. Beware to those who go eat during after hours. Realistically speaking, theres probably one or 2 dudes running the whole kitchen after midnight. No one enforcing cleanliness... This person making the food realizes there's a sudden rush so he wipes his forehead, slicks back his hair, or rubs his pants right before beginning. He might spray some chemicals to clean his prep table with a dirty rag. Meanwhile this person fails to realize they should have changed their gloves twice now. Low on supplies , they run to freezer and turn the dirty fridge knob and pick up a dirty box that's been shipped from a truck. Again, wearing the same pair of gloves. They prep my meal to look aesthetically pleasing which is appreciated but there was far too much cross contamination and so I will soon end with a belly ache. How do i know this? Because I was one of the few people who changed their gloves at every opportunity i touched something other than food.
It took them an hour to make our food despite it not being crowded at all! You couldn't order online because they didn't know the code for the location.
The Mexican Pizza is back, but NO IT ISN'T. It LOOKS like the Mexican Pizza, but is now topped with what I can only describe as a "red sugar sauce". Sweeter than pineapple pizza, sweeter than Milo's Iced Tea, sweeter than any entree should ever be. If you're in the mood for sweet & sour fast food, go for it. If you're craving a good old Mexican Pizza, you're in for a disappointment.
I have patronized your business in Red Bluff for the past 6 years. I live 6 mi. away from there and after several orders that were incorrect I have now have to empty bag to check order b4 I drive away. Several times I had to ask for my drinks! The employees have always been polite and friendly but seem to lack proper training reflecting their numerous mistakes. Your prices are off the charts. The Street taco trucks gives a better product and cost less now. I guess your new look is being financed by your customers. It's too bad.
The prices are getting crazy high. Just got the party pack of 12 and no tomatoes on them. 4 of the hard tacos had No meat at all with the rest only a barely noticeable amount. Called them about the meatless ones and I was told I had to bring them back today and they would remake them. Fine but not worth the drive all the way back to town for.
When I ordered my food tonight they were nice and asked me if I wanted sauce with my meal I said yes I want mild and again I said I would like mild sauce. When I got my food the kid at the window he gave me my change and I noticed he shorted me my change when I got home I saw that I didn't get my mild sauce that I wanted and I asked 2 twice for it also my food was very cold
Order the Taco Supreme, get a normal taco with NO SOUR CREAM. Last three times I have ordered from this store, this has been the case. Do they even train people to know what a Taco Supreme is? Do people working there, know what is on the menu? Why is no one checking to see if the order is correct?
This is a Taco Bell, so you know what you're getting (for the most part). As fast food restaurants increasing move toward mobile orders (incl. Doordash, Grubhub, etc.), the experience in the restaurants themselves becomes increasingly worse. Not only was the food ridiculously overpriced ($18 for two mediocre entrees), but the service is slower and slower as you wait in line with people who are not physically present in the restaurant. If you just want to come in after a long day on the road, grab a quick meal, you're out of luck. I wish I could say that it was just this Taco Bell, but its been my experience in other fast food establishments recently, too.
They consistently make my order wrong with mistakes on specific items, missing items, wrong items, etc. Prices have risen significantly but quality is down and portions are smaller. Taco Bell in the past has been my favorite fast food but not anymore. I'm tired of going through the drive thru and get down the road just to find out my order is wrong.
I haven't ever been this disappointed. I was charged for way more then I ordered so I had them correct that. But my taco shells were so stale and chewy it was hard to eat. Ordered the fries to try and they were cold! Sad!
The place is so industrialized. Felt like a hospital cafeteria. Not very warm or inviting to sit and enjoy a meal. Not that the meal was to be enjoyed. Burrito tasted of chemicals and I’m not even 100% sure the gave me the vegan nacho cheese I ordered or the regular kind. My dog enjoyed sharing the nacho fries. I ended up getting sick. Got what was expected and only giving it two stars because of the awkward teenager working the counter. The wanted to charge me for onions instead of subbing them for the cheese (more expensive) I had taken off. Won’t be returning.
Giving someone a look as if they are dumb because they are asking for a soda that’s almost a quarter empty to be filled to the top (I did pay extra for a large drink) is honestly so unprofessional, and y’all weren’t even busy but you legit gave me a regular taco with some of those crunchy chips instead of a double stacked taco is so lazy on your part, looks nothing like the double stacked doesn’t have the soft shell on the outside or the cheese. I spent my hard earned money on a meal for my family after I’ve been driving all day and doing a project with my kid and I haven’t eaten yet and to come back home to eat and open the only thing I got for myself because I wanted to try it and you guys didn’t even make it right.
Rude staff. Unwilling to hand over orders when placed online. Nobody at the counter to hand over. Asks to go around the drive thru -3 times- to pickup my orders cause “policy is 1 order per vehicle”. Wasting my time and gas. Bad operations .

If I could give -0 stars I surely would...50 minutes waiting for Taco Bell is absolutely outrageous ...
Worst service I have ever received anywhere. A robot would have been more human than what I got. Didn't bother to say "Hi" or "You're Welcome" or reply to any attempt at conversation. Then they did…
Ordered potato taco received beef taco. Just look at image does it look appetizing. Order took about 40 mins for a craving box, so service is bad.
Garbage! Do not waste you money or time visiting this establishment because they do not fulfill your delivery orders correctly and do not try to correct their mistakes. I spoke to the night manager…
My burrito fell apart in my hands before even taking a bite. Add to that, it tasted like you know what.
Ordered 2 bean burritos with no onion due to my friend having an allergy to onions. And they still put onion in the burrito. Luckily we caught it in time before serious medical care was needed. Do …
I waited 30 minutes in line and still had 2 cars in front of me that hadn't even ordered yet! Left and went to del taco! Unless you feel like waiting an hour, avoid taco bell in red bluff.
Ordered a nachos belgrande took a bite and in for another bite and found a 3 inch long hair in it!!!! Of course I threw it away

Very unprofessional i ordered my meal forgot my wallet was told to come to the door to pick it up. I waited at the door for over 5 minutes as the workers looked and awed towards me like they were brain dead. Very rude and impolite except one employee (Dee) he was nice and direct while the other employees just started and didn't try to help in anyway . Not sure who was working last night 9pm 1-3-2021 but i will be turning this in to the better business Bureau for costumer misconduct and for being unprofessional will not becoming back. Plus drive thru takes 10 to 15 minutes to order that was the same amount of time i waited at the door they told me to pick my food at just to be denied and treated me like i was garbage.
the employees are very rude and snappy. I’m allergic to onions and everytime i say no onions they put onions on my food. When i order they are so aggressive with how they talk. can have great service and food sometimes but i’m at the point where i don’t even wanna go to that taco bell anymore because it’s just a waste of money
How does this place stay open. I waited in the ridiculously long drive through line for 30 mins and only advanced 2 cars (1 of which was someone that got tired of waiting and just left the line) I gave it 10 more mins and the line hadn't moved at all. I finally came to my senses and left as well. It has been this way since right before the Corona virus pandemic and it just gets worse everytime I try to go back. Taco bell has great food usually, but this taco bell is horrible! They need to replace the entire staff, maybe even the owner. He thinks he can charge more than other taco bells for food that is poorly prepared and slower than going to a nice sit down mexican restaurant. I for 1 won't stand for it any longer. I'm done with red bluff taco bell until they drastically change and I urge the rest of red bluff to do the same, maybe then the owner will sell the business or atleast fire his entire staff and start fresh.
The worst Taco Bell experience witnessed the staff and owners be racist and cause a scene on a poor delivery driver just come to pick up food to deliver. They refused to give him the food because of his race, they clenched on to the food as if he was going to take it. The delivery person left without the food because they get paid anyways. Yet the owners still went outside and harassed the poor man. The words “bums” and “call the cops” were used and the man wasn’t doing anything.
Just spent 40 minutes in this drive through at 10:30pm! Unbelievably slow service. We will stop coming to this location. There’s no excuse for this long of wait times.
Probably the worst Taco Bell ever! It seems like the entire franchise over the last 10 years has steadily gotten worse! My wife and I are from Bakersfield and the Taco Bells down were just as bad as this one. My visit to the Red Bluff establishment...I ordered a Taco and Burrito Supreme combo, also a bean burrito with green sauce and onions (for which I was was charged an extra $.40), there was no green sauce and not even a few onions. The Taco Supreme was cold and had maybe a teaspoon of meat, 3/4 of it was sour cream and lettuce, the beans in both burritoes were thin and watery. I'VE HAD MY LAST GUT WRENCHING TACO BELL EXPERIENCE!!!
Placed my order through the drive through. No where does it say no large bills. Handed clerk $100 bill and was told they didn’t have change. Really???? Still no signs stating no large bills. The clerk suggested I go somewhere else, break the hundred then come back. Went across the street to McDonalds. McDonalds had NO problem accepting the $100 bill and giving back charge. We all know Taco Bell threw my food and drink in the trash. Wouldn’t it have been better PR to “give” me my food (instead of wasting it) and nicely ask.... Next time I arrive as a guest, please bring smaller bills. SMH
Update: still consistently has the baja zero sugar mix wrong. If the store in Anderson and Redding are the same, why is this one different? Fix it please. Drive thru slammed door on me when I mentioned the baja looked light- had consistent issues with rude service and orders being wrong. Fix it.
MISSING ITEMS, how hard is it to do your jobs. This is why machines will take your jobs you guys lied when you handed me the bag saying 12 items and you charge me for it… Unreal left out a whole persons order of a Crunchwrap and a bean&cheese burrito absolutely never coming back again!
This place has gone down hill since it was remodeled. They are SOOOOO slooooooow. And the dining room is now very echoey and it is hard to sit inside to eat. Their kiosk doesn't feature all of the menu items so we have to order from the counter, which us fine, except that they never have anyone working at the counter. Employees will come out to drop off door dashes but won't make eye contact. There is absolutely no customer service. The drive thru is horrible also. They NEVER get our order right. We are always missing items. So we have taken to staying at the window until we have checked everything. I love taco bell. But this one is NOT GOOD.
last night was the worst ever spent $31 on food came home with the wrong order after questioning the extremely rude girl at the window, she acted offended we questions her, but since the drive was packed and took forever we took her word, we got NOTHING we ordered. Called and was rudely told to bad, if I want my right order come back, couldn't guarantee anything and would not do a refund. Someone had a great Taco Bell food experience it just was not us.
Tooo long waiting time, they always disappoint you 😔, if u r free for half an hour then go to Taco Bell 👎
Worst service ever! I asked for a medium water which they rang up but when I got it is was smaller than a kids small drink. I said I asked for a medium water and was told they only do one size yet changed for me a medium drink. Then gave Me no utensils for the potato bowl. The staff member was very rude when I asked for a refund for the drink since it was mostly ice anyways and wasn't enough for a meal.. won't ever go here again.
Absolutely ridiculous. This used to be the fasted tacobell I've ever been too. Now you pull up to order and they expect a robot to take your order. What used to take a minute now takes 5+. I won't be back.
The food was to be expected, wasn't terrible. However, my family and I ordered our food at 6:41 pm and didn't receive our meal until 7:20pm. Completely unacceptable.
Honestly don't know why I keep trying this place. Every time I order there is something wrong with my food. I get charged for extra sour cream or nacho cheese and I either get none whatsoever or one small scoop. I've asked for 2 sides of nacho cheese, was charged, and it's never in the bag. You can't ask for extra on your food cuz they don't do it, you can't ask for extra on the side because they don't put it in the bag. But you get charged for it....tonight I went in and MIRACULOUSLY there was no line in drive thru. Yet when I got to the box to order I was asked to wait. There was one car sitting at the window who took off right when I pulled up. I live not 6 minutes away and our food was cold. As if I was eating leftovers from the night before. Not even my taco meat was remotely warm. This place sucks! The only plus is the small handful of pleasant staff that have great customer service.
This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever beem through. The speed (or complete lack thereof) wouldn't be a problem if they weren't constantly forgetting items, getting drink sizes wrong, and weren't so all around unpleasant as employees. I've worked at 2 different Taco Bells myself, get it together people.
I went through the drive they and ordered what I wanted. Everything was correct on the screen, then when I go to pay and get my food, one of the burritos somehow disappeared from the order. Then when we asked for no sour cream on the other burrito of course there was sour cream. Nothing unusual just had to vent.
The worst location I have ever been too don’t waste your time and money at this location. As far as food quality, it’s fine however, the service is the worst I’ve ever seen usually having to wait at least an hour for service, especially in drive-through can usually see staff messing around instead of their jobs, which is probably why it takes so long Manager seems to be nonexistent just pretty much a playground with brain dead teenagers who always extremely rude. This last visit was the last straw not only was it the usually rude terrible service after waiting nearly an hour find out they gave our order to the wrong person and is even more rude and refused to give us a refund for food we never received. As I said, before extremely unprofessional and rude staff who seem to think that their job is playtime and an excuse to be rude to customers, so as I said before, don’t waste your time or money.
I like Taco Bell but why can't they hire people that know how to read? No sour cream means NO sour cream. No onions means NO onions. Come on... 20 an hour for that, send them back to school.
The new AI ordering menu in the drive thru is absolutely terrible. If it was human, it'd be considered rude and terrible at customer service. Continuously asking what to order when you're trying to look at the menu, and then repeats it back wrong. All this mess to finally get a HUMAN on there. "Fast food" that new ordering system significantly slowed down their drive thru.
Stale taco shells all 12!!! Bought a 12 pack of crunchy tacos and some nachos and ever single taco was chewy with that off taste..I’ve had leftover tacos that were cruncher than this! Nacos we’re okay but made poorly. How are they askin ppl to round up for that??? Makes me wonder if the meat was old as well…stay tuned to find out if we get food poisoning smh
Night crew is slow. Door dashers can not even receive their orders before pick up time. Consistently a 20-30 minutes any time coming through. They allegedly "go in order" which is this was the case multiple drive thru orders wouldn't have been made before my customers order was even started.
My girlfriend ordered a cantina chicken burrito that she often orders and it was more spicy than usual. The manager refused to exchange the burrito saying more than half was eaten. I asked him if he treated all of his customers this way and he said only the ones that are trying to scam us. The manager was very rude and should not be in a job position that he has to deal with customers if he's going to talk to people in such a rude manner and accuse customers of trying to scam Taco Bell out of a $3.00 burrito.
They messed up my order and told in order to get what I wanted I would have to repurchase. The AI drive through is complete bullshit and they should learn to do their job. So incredibly annoying. Do your jobs right people. Can’t be that hard!
Probably the worst experience I've had at Taco Bell or a fast food chain period. I waited in line for 20 mins, just to place an order and was told to pull up to the front to receive my order. Went without receiving my order for a hour. I called the restaurant, went back into the drive thru line, just to basically ask for a refund. They should have provided the meal free of charge just for their own ineptitude and poor service. Won't be dining with this food chain ever again.
Easter night. Rude. Previous visit my friend and I tried to order separately. He said they can't do that. So this time we put it all on her order and I would pay her back in cash. I asked him to break a $20 bill when he opened his drawer. He said they can't do that. What?? Why not?? After going back and forth with him I asked his name. He stopped serving me and a bigger bruiser guy came. I asked him what the other guy's name was and he said they don't give out names. I thought that was pretty convenient since we can't complain to the owner about bad service. I was fed up and disgusted. They could not care less. I don't want to believe it was racism.... but they were both young Hispanic males and my friend and I are just 2 old white ladies. BUT AT THE SAME TIME I WANT TO SAY THAT THE YOUNG LADIES WHO NORMALLY WORK NIGHTS ARE WONDERFUL.
The store keeps lying about thier hours on here. It says 24 hours but only the drive through is 24 hour. The store doesn't open until 8am and even if someone corrects the hours on here the employees change it back.
Homeless folks all over the place, standing by the drive thru begging for money. Gave us the nacho cheese but didn’t give us the chips. The taco bowl was made well but no fork given. We were traveling in I-5 so we didn’t notice until we were back on the highway. Check your bag before you leave. Just saying.
rice is crunchy, beans and meat lack flavor idk what those tortillas are made up but they are cheap
Always messing up orders and straight missing food... 20 dollars an hour and they can't even read a screen in front of there faces
Found out this location removed the build your own box, bought some shitty discovery box which cost me close to $11, waited an eternity in the drive thru, food was shit, wouldnt feed my dog this crap, after today, not coming back
No hot sauce horrible service will not be going there again
Was 5 stars but they recently got rid of the $5 Build Your Own Cravings Box on the app so now I gotta give it a one star rating :( Bring the $5 box back guys come on.
It's like they just use water to mop the floors. The floors were so greasy I felt like I was going to hit the floor with one wrong step. Ordering at a kiosk sucks. Bring back the humans at the register.
I was in red Bluff, California visiting a very good friend. I came into this Taco Bell to order food for all of us and there was a young lady there that was checking on her job application and And a Mexican lady that she was talking to was very rude to this young lady who seemed to be a very pleasant. I’m just trying to look for a job. She told her she did not have to come in all the time to check on her application which I find a little monotonous because most places like when you come in to check on jobs. This lady was just darn right rude and that is not how you should be in customer service. I’ve been in customer service since 2000 and I’ve never treated anybody who was looking for a job the way this lady has treated this young lady. If that’s how she is, she should not be manager. She should not be even in the store. I think it’s unfair and unkind how she treated her as a matter of fact, I wanted to say something to her, but my husband told me not to. I have a personality would give somebody a chance when someone comes to my business and checks on her application I think it’s great. It goes to show that they really want to work and this woman I don’t care what you say was damn right rude. I will let others know about how she treats the customers that come into that store. The lady had no respect at all, and that is so unappreciated. To the young lady looking for the job I hope you find what you’re looking for. Cause like I said, you had a sparkly personality And if I lived in red Bluff and was manager at Taco Bell, I would sure give you a job because you’ve proven by coming in two or three times a week to check on your application that you would be someone to fit in. To the Mexican lady who was rude I don’t even know how you have a job cause being rude is not how you’re supposed to be towards people.
I’ve eaten at this location hundreds of times with no issues from staff. A few months ago, however, the team changed, and several employees behaved inappropriately toward my husband and me. I was initially too polite, but I need to document the incidents, set healthy boundaries, and make sure this does not continue. Incident 1 During a polite order correction, a manager (who made the food) told me, “It’s your fault for ordering it that way." Instead of listening and understanding the situation, she blamed my husband and I. Incident 2 A few weeks later, while politely asking for an order correction, an employee approached the window visibly upset, indicated she made the food and refused to help with my order correction. She made an insulting remark about me as a customer. I told her I had always been friendly to her and her team and I didn't understand why this was happening to me. She said a manager had been “on her case” about my orders for several weeks instructing her to make my orders differently than she had been. Her behavior reflected internal issues that should not be taken out on customers. Incident 3 A manager is charging nearly three times the normal price for an item. The first time this happened, my husband asked to speak with the manager. She did not come to the counter or assist; she simply instructed a new employee to charge the incorrect price with no explanation. The next visit, the price was normal. The visit after that, it was higher again. Then it dropped back to normal. Leadership should be resolving discrepancies instead of allowing them to continue. Overall Pattern What began as a simple order correction eventually resulted in my husband and me being hassled repeatedly over the course of several months. We hoped it would stop on its own, but it has continued and spread to new employees. Even when we reduced how often we visited, the issues persisted. When these individuals aren't working - it's a normal, low-stress Taco Bell visit. Please send someone to this location to ensure this stops. I recorded dates, times, descriptions and names of the individuals involved. Thank you!
I swear red bluff taco bell is trying their hardest to have the least amount of customer service possible. You stand at the counter and watch the employees stare at you instead of helping.
so i ordered 3 burritos in the drive through get back on the road not 1 single napkin seriously 10 dollars for 3 burritos and they can't afford to give out some napkins UNACCEPTABLE
Okay normally I wouldn’t share this but the incident I am going to share has seriously impacted me an my disabled grandmother. Ever since I was little me an my grandma would eat Taco Bell it was our special reward after a tough day. I’ve never had a problem with Taco Bell like ever. Until last night I got my normal order food was decent but the next morning I felt extremely sick me an my disabled grandmother had gotten food poisoning please don’t eat here.
