As far as I understand, ihop is more of a place for breakfast. The omelets are absolutely amazing. There are different types and they are all delicious. The service is clean and fast, the employees are kind and concerned. The fees are also quite reasonable. thanks. The first place that comes to mind when I think of breakfast. I've seen its branch in many places.

Great place to eat, consistent with other Ihops. Customer service is excellent, love the none meat options. Parking is adequate but can get busy and parking on the street is available. Being close to the freeway is also a plus, especially if you are getting a bite before heading over to work or another meeting. Overall great place to have breakfast.

Went in for breakfast around 11am for breakfast and and didn't receive our food until 12pm. Server never came by and gave an explanation, just an apology for the wait. I was ready to leave but the server never came back to check on us in order for us to cancel our order.

I placed an order online through their app at 330pm. I was told it would be ready at 350pm. I got there at 4pm, the parking lot had only 1 car, I honestly thought it was closed. Our food wasn't ready even though the place was empty. It wasn't the food not being ready it was the way it was handled. We walk in and a male worker walked over and greeted us, we said we had an order for pick up we gave our names and he walked away. Then a couple minutes later this woman comes at us speaking Spanish very hostile, then starts in English, "what are your orders?" And we told her our names and she demanded to see our confirmation numbers. I pulled my phone out and she starts touching my phone, and she is like "what's the number?" It's right there I don't know what she was looking for. She treated me and my husband like thieves we wouldn't give names to orders that weren't ours. It's not like SB just leaving drinks on the counter and we swiped one. She was very unprofessional. Then she goes to the kitchen talks to the cook and the waiter who greeted us. When she comes back she says she needs to take a picture of my email confirmation because supposedly the system is new and she needs to enter the numbers. So I'm like wait tell me again why you need this and she relies on her broken English and language barrier to protect her from giving a direct answer. Which is user error on my part I should not have let her it has my email and name now she has it for whatever reason. She comes back with the order and is like "here beautiful." It was weird because it was passive aggressive behavior from the manager not a worker. I would not return, the place was empty for a reason and I should have listened to the other reviews.

As soon as my fiancè and i sat down we had cups of water slammed down infront of us. The water tasted like it came from a dirty water bin. Shortly after we wrre brought our drinks we ordered. When our food came, it had been around 30 min of waiting and the food was cold and the plates were hot. I had asked for a drink refill and waited 10 min and i kept getting passed up by the 3 people that had said they would refill my drink. Some of the staff were sitting around chatting with eachother. When i payed, the wiatress tried to cover the no tip button with her thumb. It felt like we had been completely forgotten about while we were there. The staff was very tentive to everyone else while we were left alone. We decided to just leave at that point.

Almost 1 1/2-2 hours and haven't gotten anything. Sat for about 20 mins before a waiter came to get our drink orders. Not until Another 20/30 mins later someone comes to check in on us and brings our drinks. 10/15 mins later someone finally gets our order for food. About an hour later still currently waiting. Not even half busy today

Food and service sucked, very overpriced. Dumped a large handful of burnt chunks from the fryer on my plate, hair in my food, crappy food and a small portion anyway and they wanted $50 for two people. Hard pass.

The food and pancakes were good and so was my server and the cooks. The huge issue I had with this place was I believe the manager. She was being very rude to her employee right in front of me which is very unprofessional and should not be the way a manger acts!!!!! So unprofessional she needs to be fired! I’ve overheard multiple times she’s been making her employees work OFF THE CLOCK!!!! Which is LITERALLY ILLEGAL.!!! IHOP DO SOMETHING??? This manager needs to be fired or atleast retrained?!!!!

I came on 9/9/25 at 7:15am for my birthday and even though the doors said open at 6am. The doors were still locked and no note. We saw 3 or 4 other cars drive away as well. It was really unfortunate as I had been looking forward to it as I saw iHop bring back the chocolate smiley pancakes I had in my youth.

ATTENTION: GENERAL MANAGER This is a real talk of your r we restaurant here - After hefty price increase, they give you a toast with NO JELLY OR JAM OF ANY KIND AVAILABLE, A $14 Chicken and pancake with 4 strips of overly cooked, dry, chicken strips, NO HONEY MUSTARD AVAILABLE, and a way smaller pancake. And they will tell you all the excuses of not having the basic supply of condiments where the grocery store is at the next block. Customers deserve way better for our hard earned money 👎👎
