There’s cilantro salad dressing is out of this world!! I love their chicken salad, but everything was really good. And super nice service.
The food was great. The surface not so great, the atmosphere was wonderful. They kept Messick on our food orders and 3 of our girls when they got their food was cold, they had to send their food back..
Terrific food and service. Taco Tuesdays is a real treat: 3 tacos for $10. I’ve eaten Baja’s style shrimp tacos throughout the American Southwest and Mexico. These were some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. Great menu is extensive and includes all the favorites plus some creative twists. Excellent margaritas and beers on tap.
Let me apologize for only taking one pic. But we were visiting when the entree’s arrived and just went right in. Now because the chips, salsa and appetizer was so good, we couldn’t help it. We ordered Chimis Ranchera appetizer. Even in that pic someone had peeled one off the plate before I took the pic. It came with 4. The salsa and guacamole were fresh and awesome. I ordered the Carnitas Uruapan. Perfectly cooked and seasoned pork. The rice and beans again, awesome. The portion was healthy and I was definitely full after. Another ordered the Chimichanga Grande, I guess because the appetizer was so good he wanted more. Once again really nice portion of food and fresh ingredients. Lastly an order of the Chicken Tortilla Soup. She said it too was really good and was glad she ordered it. Outdoor patio seating, cantina and lots of tables and booths. Food came out fast and our waiter was very attentive. So, if you’re in Redlands and haven’t been to Las Fuentes, we definitely recommend it.
Food was tasty and server was on top of things. He consistently refilled our drinks before they got low and was quick to bring anything requested to table. The ambiance was nice. It was semi full to full but not crowded you felt you had privacy even though other people where at the restaurant.
We have come here many times and are always pleased. It is a pleasant environment—fun for date night, dinner with coworkers, or family outings. It is quiet enough to enjoy conversation without feeling like you can't hear others around you. Birthdays and other special occasions are enjoyed here. Typically the wait is not very long, if at all. Food is served within a decent amount of time and is always hot and fresh. We have ordered the large guacamole, which is sometimes prepared tableside and other times it is prepared in the kitchen and then brought out. I have tried the enchiladas trio, which is fantastic if you are looking to try out a variety of flavors. Both the chicken and steak fajitas are well-seasoned and flavorful (we do prefer the steak though). Getting "fajitas for two" is just as it says and is a great deal if you are looking to share. They have a great drinks menu, which is helpful for those who are interested.
Undoubtedly the best restaurant I’ve been to in a while. Perhaps even one of the best I’ve ever been. Really appreciated the warmth of the servers, good atmosphere, and more importantly, the extremely delicious food. We all had a great time and we’re pleased with the food. I couldn’t recommend them enough, and definitely will consider it for future visits!
The modern restaurant experience is plagued with low staffing. We brought a party of 12 on 12/29/25 for dinner at 5PM. Food was excellent. Just as we were leaving, the dinner rush was starting! BEWARE parking lot is shared with the movie theater and it's a text-pay lot!!!
I wish the atmosphere was a little more exciting and authentic but that's just my opinion. The food on the other hand was outstanding, delicious and reasonably priced. Our server was friendly and didn't rush us. We didn't wait long to be seated and our food was brought out fairly quickly. Overall a delicious experience!
Good food, good service, a little pricey, but you're paying for the atmosphere. Bring a date. It's next to the Look theatre and shares a parking lot with Redlands Market so now there's plenty to do in this area. I'll bet Las Fuentes is happy, as they get the overflow from the Redlands Market. Walkable to all points.
Our waiter was very attentive and on it, so kudos to him. The food was also flavorful, I do wish the ceviche came with more juice, but otherwise still good. The Trio Enchiladas plate did hit the spot and with 3 different kind of enchiladas. The Trio fajitas came with a nice size side plate of beans and rice along with your choice of tortilla. We did get salsa on the side that has a pretty good kick. Either way I'm looking forward to try there chicken tortilla soup and menudo during the colder seasons.
I ordered the Cheese Enchilada and my Ground Beef Taco ala cart because the rice and beans would have been too much food. We also got chips and salsa. The food is good, a good selection of food items. The restaurant is always clean and the service has always been great. It’s convenient since it’s next to the Look Theater in the same parking lot.
The margarita was delicious as were the chips salsa and guacamole so I would suggest sticking to the bar area. The fajitas lacked flavor and the bean were ok. Good service and looked like they could handle large parties.
My husband and I were running some errands and I had this place saved to check out. We walked in and we were seated right away. We got an urgent call and needed a minute to order (it was probably 5 minutes). We saw our waiter preparing table side quacamole in the kitchen and someone else had to take our order as that occupied him for some time. I got cheese enchiladas and my husband got chicken mole enchiladas. We order these at most places when we are trying it for the first time. The sauce was very tomatoey to me. It wasn’t my favorite. My husband said the mole was ok. I also got the Redlands sunset margarita which was very tasty, but I couldn’t taste any liquor. If I could give a 3.5, I would.
Walked in they only offered brunch for 29.99 unfortunately after looking at the food bar it did not look good and no soft drinks included with price. We did not stay.
we stopped going there years ago. Now I know why. My wife and I both had the 2 combo plate. I had the chicke enchilada. The chicke was so tough I cound not cut or chew it. The sause was burnt and beyond bitter. My wife had the cheas enchilada. Will give it a 3 on a good day. The Chile rellonos were just so, so. The sause was not great. The chiloes were wau over cooke and muxh. The bottom line it was nasty. Now I know why we stopped going there. So bad. We were asked if we wanted to pay extra for lemon for our wate. That is chicken scratch. Like most resturaunts in San Bernardino County they it was very bad. I travel all over the country and world and get into LA once a month and LA has many good resturaunts. Skip this place.
We finally tried this place and I have to say the food was horrible. I tried the enchilada trio and the sauce and meat tasted like a handful of cloves. I ate the chicken enchilada which was the only thing edible. My husband had the hard shell tacos which were stuffed with topping, hardly any meat. I’m shocked this place has a 4.3 rating. Real Mexicans know better.
The Enchiladas Verde lacked flavor. The pork seemed like it came out of a can. Tried to add salt, pepper and salsa. Wait staff never asked how the food tasted. Seems like they were aware. The website looked inviting and that is why I decided to try it. One time and done situation. Discussed the lack of flavor with another customer and they shared the chicken in the taco salad looked like tuna when it comes out of a can. Finely shredded. Hard to go out when the customer is constantly disappointed. It costs too to go out and then have a bad experience. First photo is when it came out of the kitchen, good presentation. Second photo is what wasn’t eaten. Wait staff asked if I wanted to take it home. Answer —NO!
On Sunday after church me & my husband went to have dinner. We ordered & we had waited over an hour for our food to come. People that got there after us were getting their food before us. I honestly wanted to leave & pay for our drinks. My husband told the guy if they forgot about us he said NO that our food was coming. Pass another 15 minutes another guy comes & apologize he said that they were backed up in the kitchen. That our food was being made and we were going to be served next. After all that my husband food was hot & my food was not hot it was like warm. By then I was over it didn’t care anymore to say something. It was bad services after all that we only got 10% off the bill. I will never go back there again bad services. So we basically didn’t get our food until 1hour 1/2 later.
