Ocean pho is one my favorite places to come to and it just keeps getting better! We had a wonderful experience and we will continue to come back.
I have been coming to this ocean pho for a while. The customer service is personal and I come out of my way just to get have pho. The best pho I have ever had. Thank you Kim
Loved this place!!! Super lovely and friendly staff! Food is delicious!!!
Our server Haley was exceptionally accommodating for our large group size.
Everyone is absolutely amazing! The food is delicious!
They have good food. Vegan options available as well, just ask them. Staff are friendly and the ambiance is pretty laid back. Good for small or big groups. Plenty of parking. Our food comes out good everytime.
Delicious everything is just perfect. Taste just perfect.
Came here with a group of 6 and had an excellent time! Excellent service, great food, large portions, the servers were so polite and humble and made sure we had everything we needed. Great vegetarian options - we enjoyed the curried pho and soft pan fried noodles with veggies. Definitely will come back!
I wanted something special noodle. That's why I ordered this fried[?] noodle. It was literally just fried. I didn't expect the visual, but it was tasty. Other common menus were also good. The amount was big enough for my four family members.
My mom and I go here very often and it's always amazing. They know of my mom's lime allergy and have them in a separate bowl for my lines, and they remember not to put it in her water. Our food comes out so quickly, I'm surprised every single time. Love this place so much.
Even though this place isn’t totally vegetarian it has some great tasting vegetarian options. My favorite is the crispy noodle dish while my wife and kids love the fried rice here. The price is okay considering the portions they give. We live in Baldwin Park so we don’t come to this place too often but when we’re in the area we do frequent this place. I wish there was a closer one to LA.
Best pho restaurant in the area. Incredible service, served a party of 14 with great patience. Shout outs to Haley and Cameron for their amazing hospitality! The food tasted just as amazing and I would 100% come again.
I loveeee coming here! I always get the sautéed filet mignon with fried rice and it’s always so good! The staffs are super friendly and the place is really nice and cozy. I love the pho soups too! I’ve tried different Pho places, but I think they have the best pho! Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️
I love chicken vermicelli which is what I ordered. I also added chicken spring rolls which aren’t on the menu but they are able to substitute. Feeling full, happy and content! Thanks again and see you next time!
Delicious Pho, egg rolls and veggie pad Thai. Generous portions, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Worth a stop for very good Thai food.
#OceanPho in Yucaipa California consistently served the freshest cooked to order meals. They have a terrific selection on their menu and the meals are prepared promptly. They also have delicious boba drinks and fresh shakes of all flavors. Plenty of free parking. . . . #oceanpho #yucaipapho #instayucaipa #boba #bobamilktea #iloveboba #bubbletea
This cozy little pho spot feels like a mom-and-pop gem. You can really tell they put love and attention into their broth—it’s rich, savory, and absolutely comforting. The pho is generously loaded with noodles and protein, and every bowl feels made with care. I’ve tried the combination, filet mignon, and shredded chicken options, and each one was consistently delicious, though the filet mignon ended up being my favorite. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience feel personal whether you’re dining in or taking your pho to go. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel like a regular. Highly recommend for anyone craving heartwarming pho.

Recently went to this location in mountain grove. Got served by this girl, I believe she said her name was “yamela”, she did great, food came out quickly and the server always had a smile on her face. The food on the other hand was not the best, it was edible but I don’t know if I will be dining there again, and if I do I’ll probably get something else. Atmosphere wise, it was fine had a cozy vibe but with too much greenery.
I was tempted to try something new and different out of curiosity and got a chicken curry pho. I love curry and am aware that not every restaurants dish is the same. So I took the risk even if I had paid for something I might not like. I thought I could try and enjoy it but it was too much and didnt want to continue eating it. The restaurant owner Kim was pouring water to customers and made her way to our table, paused in worry and saw that I wasnt eating and it was my partner only enjoying her pho. She asked if everything was okay and I had said I didnt really enjoy the curry as much as I thought I would. She was so sweet and thoughtful, apologized and understood that curry can sometimes be a hit or miss depending on the way restaurants make them. She told me theres no way I she could let me not eat and only have my partner eating. She immediately asked me and was super courteous and thoughtful enough to say, pick something else from the menu and we will make sure you eat and enjoy another dish, FREE OF CHARGE. I love how Kim handled gracefully this situation, even though at first I was hesitant and didnt want to be a difficult demanding customer. She was super kind and generous, and made sure my food was made within 10mins as top priority, to be able to eat with my partner together. This was a very humbling experience at this Ocean Pho restaurant and I've been a loyal customer for 3 years. Kim truly cares for her customers and quality food. Thank you again for making this special. Me and my partner are incredibly grateful and love supporting your restaurant!
Delicious food and outstanding service! We had the filet mignon pho, oxtail pho and fried calamari. Sides included fresh basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, chili slices, hoisin and chili sauces. The special sauce for the calamari was unique and excellent. Thank you Haley and Kayla!
My husband and I love coming here! This on regular rotation when we don’t feel like cooking. A spoonful of plain fried rice dipped into the pho is a must. A Redlands treasure for sure.
They are the best. The server who served us “Kim” was so nice and respectful. They also serve such amazing food, in my personal opinion the number 1 is the best, since it has a bit of everything.
Food was very good, service excellent, restaurant atmosphere was a little chilly but the phō warmed me up! Oh…service by Kristen and Haley was first rate.
Thank you for a wonderful experience, Kim and staff! My family and I were skeptical after having visited this location about one year ago and only decided to return for the unmatched vermicelli, we are so glad that we did! We will absolutely be returning, SOON. 🤍
I always get my pho from here and it’s one of the best places ever!!!! Absolutely love it!!!! It was so spot on and delicious.

Haley & Kayla were sooo sweet and hardworking!! Great food
I had the Kung Pao chicken, and the sauce was so great. The vegetables were perfect, not overcooked. The Pho looked great. My husband enjoyed the shredded chicken Pho. I would go back again.
Great service! The pho flavor have changed and servings seem to be a bit smaller. My girls normally would share a bowl because they can't finish a bowl each. But the last time we visit it was pretty small.
It's a small indoor eating area, but there is outdoor seating. The portions here are generous and the food taste great. In regards to the customer service, I guess it depends on the time and day. I've had days where they are excellent, and the service is awesome. But I've also had other times when the service was just not there. Either way, I do enjoy the food.

I’ve tried many pho places. The soup at Ocean Pho is way too sweet compared to others. They give a generous amount of protein, but I personally don’t like soup that sweet.
Maybe! It was my fault for getting a bún (vermicelli) dish at a place that calls themselves Ocean PHO, but the bún bò huế here was just not it. They’re probably hoping that non Vietnamese people will not know any better and come in here to eat and serve them the wrong (thin) type of noodle instead of what’s supposed to be used. The broth was okay but could be spicier and nowadays no one serves it with the blood cubes! A shame. The staff were nice though

Pretty sure they gave me reheated food. I ordered chow fun. It should’ve been hot off the wok but I know what reheated noodles that sat tastes like. Don’t think a customer won’t know. I didn’t want to complain at the table for the sake of my companions. Pho was whatever also. Servers were friendly and prompt so I don’t blame them. Maybe they got better food but I can’t trust an establishment that will serve reheated food. That’s just bad practice.

The food was great! After eating and all set to pay my bill, I headed to the cashier. When I got to the counter, the lady cashier/server said she cannot be disturbed because she is having her lunch. I offered to tip her despite her grouchiness but she said "you don't need to tip!" I will never set foot inside her restaurant. Customers are NOT always right. But the day I set foot in that restaurant for lunch, I know I was at right.
If youre going to get ocean pho might as well make the drive 8 minutes south for the one in Alabama and Barton which is infinitely better and consistent
I have to go order couple weeks ago only for one pho bowl. Used my credit card and find out today the employee who tell me to sign my cc, he adds his tips on his own on my cc bills. 1 bowl of pho for $19. Really? Some people never check on their cc bill, and will never find out. Luckily i check my bill. Just becareful guys
It was busy when we came and we had a party of 6. However, we were treated more like an inconvenience once we walked in. We let smaller parties go ahead of us because this location is small and we wanted to be polite, yet the staff were seating groups of three at tables that had the capacity to seat us. I usually have a high patience level because I worked food service and retail and know how much it sucks; yet I did not appreciate the dirty looks we received from staff and management. Unfortunately I would not return to this location unless someone dragged me there.
The lady taking my order was rude, and almost forgot my entire order until we reminded her. She also refused to use a notepad and insisted on using her brain The food wasn't too bad, the broth was hot but not enough to cook the food. It was still good though and I'll come back.
I went a couple nights ago and the food was great. However, this old Asian lady, I think she was the owner. She had what looked like animal hair all over her clothes, and as someone who is highly allergic to dogs, I find that extremely disrespectful to have in an establishment. I had already ordered my food so I couldn’t just leave but my allergies where very heightened. The food was great however she was talking to us customers a lot while trying to eat with the animal hair all over her. As someone who used to work in the food industry when I was young, I find this very unprofessional. Genuinely find it a bit inconsiderate as it’s not hard to use a lint roller or just change clothes before leaving your house!
DISORGANIZED TO THE MAX. Details outlined below. My advice to management after a terrible experience: 1) Keep track of when orders are placed. 2) Prioritize getting entire orders complete. 3) Prioritize in person orders before taking a phone order. 4) DON'T FORGET THE PEOPLE YOU ASKED TO SIT OUTSIDE!!!! We arrived and there wasn't quite enough seating for our 3 families totaling 13 people. We asked if it was ok for us to eat inside and they said that since we were a big group they would automatically charge us 18% tip, but we were just randomly coming together and paying separately after a movie. We were fine at separate tables and really just asking as a formality. They said we should eat outside since there was more seating. So we ordered at the counter at 5:20pm. We paid a tip right there at the counter even though ultimately it was undeserved. Our friends ordered right after us but the servers picked up the phone to take other orders while our friends were there waiting. We got 2 of our family's 8 items ordered and some waters within 10 minutes. The other families didn't get anything. The rest of our order still had not come out by 6pm (40 minutes after ordering)! Multiple phone takeout orders came and went. Multiple other groups came in and sat inside and received their orders in a timely fashion. So I went and waited to get a hold of the servers to get our food. Keep in mind, it was cold outside and we weren't expecting such a long wait. They said they were slammed and the kitchen was a mess, it wasn't their fault (I understand, but they took and completed a handful of other orders after ours). Finally they brought us our order around 6:15 but forgot the Pho toppings and cutlery packs so we had to go back in. Meanwhile one other friend's family got half their order around the same time as us, and then a wait, and the other half of their order, all of this only after they complained. Our last friends finally got their order at 7:20!!!!!!! 2 HOURS LATER! She and her daughter's order had been COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN and she was too shy to speak up, hoping they would remember. I get that the food is good and the place is crowded, but MAYBE: 1) Keep track of when orders are placed. 2) Prioritize getting entire orders complete. 3) Prioritize in person orders before taking a phone order. 4) DON'T FORGET THE PEOPLE YOU ASKED TO SIT OUTSIDE!!!!
Went to eat at this restaurant tonight ordered the combination pho it was Okay. The egg rolls were delicious but the customer service was absolutely the worst service I've ever received. The two girls running the front in were teens and were to busy giggling and talking to attend customers walking in and asking for help. The girl with the longer hair was definitely so rude she actually yelled at a customer telling her to sit down. Never again will I come to this restaurant.
I walked in waiting to get seated but was walked past 3 times without even so much as a hello. The server then went to take 2 tables orders, still no hello. The server then proceeded to take a to go order. They don’t have any signage detailing their grade level of the food inspection. The entire place was a mess and smells like mold.
Went in to have lunch early before lunch crowd around 11:15. Decided to take it to go instead and PAID. When I asked, the cashier said it would take about 10 minutes. We waited outside for our order. After a half hour, I decided to go in and see what the holdup was. As I walked to the counter, I noticed 6 people at different tables had been served. When I asked for my order, they hadn' t even started it. Apparently, this business feels that people who eat in are more important than people who order to go from their counter.
I came in today with my mom and my 8month old baby. We were waiting for our pho and when it was coming it was spilled all over my baby and my mom. As this happened my baby immediately started screaming crying in pain and we rushed her to the urgent care to be treated as she comes back with 1st degree burns on her legs, belly, neck and head. I have been trying to speak to the owner who apparently is Daisy at Redlands in Mountain grove and she as extremely rude like dropping a bowl of hot soup on a baby is not a big deal or that my baby is burned. I went in to speak to Daisy and the owner and the owner would not even come out knowing the circumstances and Daisy was still incredibly rude as if she did not believe me at all. Daisys main concern was that we walked out without paying our meal as we did not even get a sip or taste of as we are carrying out my crying 8 month old baby. thank god my mom was with me because I was so frazzled and panicked that my baby was burnt screaming crying in pain that I could not even drive. I am trying to speak to the owner of ocean pho Thomas and nothing. I even left my number for Daisy or Thomas to contact me and have not. I am giving them another chance to contact me in the correct manner or I will be going to an attorney.
They get one star due to multiple reasons. First off, they are in need of staffing. The restroom was the main issue. It was absolutely disgusting. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I won't be coming back.
My experience with a to-go order was deeply unsatisfactory due to the extreme uncleanliness, ranging from the floors to the menus, compounded by the sight of a dead bee smeared on the inside of the front window. Upon pointing this out, the waiter was as surprised as I was, believing it was on the outside, revealing a concerning lack of attention to cleanliness. I ordered a $17 pho, which was served so quickly it seemed inevitably microwaved. Given the distressing reviews mentioning filth, roaches, and questionable hygiene practices, I chose not to eat. Instead, I gave the meal to a homeless individual, whose profound gratitude was the only heartening aspect of this experience. This establishment must prioritize hygiene to avoid potential health code violations. It's disheartening to describe, but this place is in dire need of a thorough cleaning.
I would not recommend this place, on Sunday, Nov 26, 2023 should have never happened but again the owner doesn't care about Good Service. After this visit I will Never Ever Walk in leaving money where one is Unwelcomed. We live 20 mins away and decided to grab dinner here that we walked into the establishment at about 9pm to find we were being turned away because they were closing according to the employees. Awkward when their sign has the hours till 10pm so the employee explained that they start closing early to be completely shut down & gone by 10 pm. That just doesn't make any sense unless the franchise owner DO NOT want to pay wages by minimizing labor and avoiding any work over 4 hrs. This just frustrated the heck out of me because I paid $35 plus a $5 tip for a large Pho, spring rolls & egg rolls. Then after I paid,, they mentioned that I was unable to dine inside and had to have my dinner outside. This was unacceptable but my wife didn't want me bring it to their attention as the young girl was only following orders. The food is now over priced, unfortunately, greed has sunken to take it for Update: The manager & Daisy were ok with the employees actions and not making things right with the service they provided. They had also turned away 2 couples at 9.30pm. Anyhow people you might want to seek a place that values to welcoming you and not see you as their profit!
