We love Shakey’s and this is our favorite location. They have a nice arcade, the staff is friendly and the food is great. We love coming here. I like coming for brunch with my kids and then letting them play games.

Shakey's in Redlands is a solid spot for classic comfort food. The pizza’s got a nice crispy crust, and the Mojo potatoes are as good as you’d hope — crispy and seasoned just right. It can get a little busy, but the staff keeps things moving. Great for a quick, no-fuss meal with friends or family if you're craving pizza and fried chicken in a laid-back setting.

The service is excellent. From the moment I walked in counter person, to the patience of the ticket counter person. Even the bus men were great. Happy and friendly with jokes. The pizza is ok. The chicken and mojos were good and well seasoned. A great place to take the kids. Watch a game and have a beer. My grandson said this place is his new favorite. It can get a little crazy with happy kids towards the evening.

I moved to Arizona 20 years ago. Every time we drive back home (Oceano, California) Shakeys Pizza is one of our main stops. I remember shakeys growing up in the five cities area and the pizza, mojos and fried chicken is still as delicious as I remember.

As a kid from WI we grew up at shakeys unfortunately when o became a teenager they closed and left WI. I thought I'd never see them again until coming to Redlands recently! While we do not live in this area, whenever we are down here on vacation, we try to stop at Shakey’s for a bunch of lunch. The food selection is great and the employees are always very happy to serve you. The facilities are clean and comfortable. While they do have a large parking lot, it can get very busy during the lunchtime meal, so go early.

I can’t express this enough, this is the best family friendly place to take the kids. The food is amazing, the employees are awesome! The male manager there is so nice and his customer service goes above and beyond, he shared with me that he’s been there 17 years and it shows! Ruth who was counting the kids tickets was so incredibly patient, kind, and made my kids laugh. It can be stressful going to do family stuff but they made this day so memorable and happy!

This is my favorite Shakeys location. We always go for the lunch buffet and are never disappointed. The staff is always friendly. Food is constantly being put out fresh for the buffet. Lunch time is pretty busy but the staff and management have everything under control.

You can't just come for the pizza. Have to get chicken and mojos. Arcade a little expensive, $1.00 to play each game, seems like my kids come back to the table every 10 minutes. They should use the chuck e cheese method. Unlimited play for an hour for one price. Food great....

Was part of a big party, easily got a table. The chicken was so good, Hawaiian pizza was fire!! Got there at 5, left at 8ish. Employees were very nice and came around every couple of minutes. Aside from the ongoing construction outside, this place genuinely blew me away. I was surprised at how fresh, homemade and high-quality all of the food tasted for being a buffet style dining experience (we ordered the buffet lunch special). The pizza was very nice, and the mojo potatoes were excellent. Also, the staff overall were quite friendly, helpful and polite. After having extremely poor experiences at other buffets like Golden Corral and thinking I never wanted to eat at a buffet again, this place opened my mind back up. The price and value was also exceptional, as we payed like $30-40 for two people to eat unlimited food.

Perfect Pizza experience. Always on point. The bunch of lunch is no joke, you will eat to your hearts content. Always hot, fresh, made the way you like it.

The adult price is $15.99, and the kids’ price is $1.25 per year of age. The food was really good. I absolutely loved the cinnamon rolls—I had three of them! The only downside was that there was a bit too much frosting, so I had to scrape some off, which was a little disappointing. I didn’t see any rotisserie chicken, but the fried chicken was amazing—very juicy and not dry at all. On top of that, every staff member was extremely friendly and polite, and they all greeted us with warm smiles. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really enjoyed it.

This place has been in this location for decades. It has always been a family place. Lots of arcade games for kids to play and lots of TV for parents to watch sports. Pizzas are good but limited in choices. I come here for their fried chicken wings. It's my medication for stress. Staff were always cleaning tables and asking customers if they needed anything.

A very good pizza buffet in a good location with 8 different type of thin crust pizza & other brunch items (check my pics) for only $11 per person +1.99 & up for drinks. (*Serve alcohol too). Good pizza place for both vegan & meat lovers. Loved their potato fry & chicken fry. They also have a very good salad bar. The food are fresh and tasty. But, the buffet is open till 2pm only. After that it's all by order. They have to go & dine in both. Have plenty of sitting & also nice place to have small party (I think 30 to 40 ppl) at a separate side of the restaurant. The best part of this place is their family game center/room. Have different arcade & other exciting electronic games for kids just like chuck-e-chs.. Very impressed on our first family visit. Our 10 year old daughter loved it. Staffs are well mannered & keeps the place clean & tidy according pandemic regulations! Even the restrooms are very well kept & clean. You need to visit this restaurant. Worth it!

It's probably more nostalgia than the actual food itself, but it's good pizza. The atmosphere is like a small arcade for kids with beer for the adults.

It felt nostalgic, like the early 80s, with the dark, earthy tones. So many places have moved away from that but it's cozy and reminded me of my early childhood.

The manager of this place (Martel) is super human!! He was incredibly nice and patient and kind! My kid lost a receipt for 750 tickets and he gave us most of it back. My mother came late and missed the all you can eat and when he heard about it he went out of his way to give her a free cinnamon bun. 3 game machines went down and he immediately responded with ZERO frustration. Everything you could ask for from Martel! Because of him I would definitely come back! Thanks Martel!

We went to Shakey's earlier today around 1pm for the buffet. The food was great they had a variety of different pizzas and a well stocked salad bar and to my surprise they also had enchiladas and cinnamon rolls. The young lady who greeted us and took our order was both polite and knowledgeable. We ended up ordering a few drinks at the bar (unfortunately they were out of Modelo) the young lady working the bar did her best to accommodate us. She was very friendly and went out of her way to offer suggestions and provide us with alcohol percentages, since we were unsure of what to order. She even allowed us to taste one of the beers in order to decide which one we wanted. The arcade was a good size not too small like a lot of other establishments. I had fully planned on giving this establishment a 5-star rating however the middle aged male employee that was cleaning tables in the dining area was rude. He appeared to be bothered by the fact that I asked for a replacement cup for my son since his had been cleared away. I informed the employee that I believed he may have tossed it while cleaning the table. His sarcastic response and obvious slamming of plates are why I chose to give 4 stars instead of 5.

I grew up eating Shakey’s pizza when I lived here in California. Going back as an adult with my 3 kids felt like I time warped, they even had early 2000s music playing. The pizza is still delicious, came out hot and fresh and just the right about of soft and crispy. The Salad bar was well stocked and clean. The mojos were fantastic, crispy and not greasy. The family and I all loved it, though we won’t be back for the simple fact it is 40-70 min away from where we are.

It was very crowded and a little hard to find seating. The clean up crew was diligent about making tables available asap. The food is good but a bit oily and salty. The servers were considerate and polite. Would I go there again? Only for a party as we did this time.

Even with the distancing you can pick up curbside or they have a few outdoor tables if you're passing through. The sauce has a great slightly sweet tomato taste and mixed with the crust and toppings it's great!

I hadn't been to Shakey's Pizza Parlor, in years. They still have what it takes to satisfy. The food is still on point and the overall experience was great. I will be back soon.

I had the buffet. The pizza is good. The chicken is very good (better that many places that specialize in only). Mojo's are excellent. But what impressed me the most was how well the staff kept up with the crowd. I've never been to a busier Shakey's. Yet they always had plenty of food out. We had a good time here. The manager when we checked in was attentive and friendly. The game options were good too. Given how busy this place is I'm surprised it's not better taken care of. Also the general staff is cool but not the most friendly. And although the game selection was great, gotta make sure the games work and are stocked with tickets. Especially on weekends!

We went there and the wait time was at least 45min to 1hr. But they closed an hr later from the time we got there. So I asked if they would just tell us to take our food and leave and employee told us "no, but we would close and lock the doors." I asked if they would close the arcade down too and they told me yes at closing time they would shut it down. So we just decided to have our food to-go. Kids were upset because they weren't going to have any time to play. Staff were really helpful. Food actually got out to us in less than 20 min so we were confused as to why they told us almost an hour, so we decided to stay... arcade was dirty and could have used a good cleaning.. some machines had tickets stuck in them or coins. So it was only a select few of games that could be played.. once closing time came they told all the kids playing to stop and cash out their tickets. So they did. But once they went to put the tickets to use and get things they were told to use then another time or a different use at a different location. I thought that was really wrong. I mean there were only about 6 or 7 kids in there at that time..

Normally, the Redlands restaurant is phenomenal in all aspects of a clean and proficient ran business. Today was an exception. The employees at the cash registers basically failed to turn our paid order into the cook in the kitchen. Nearly an hour past before we approached the employee who brings orders to the table asking where was our food? He is a nice guy and approached the folks in the back. Everyone appeared oblivious to what happened to our order. Thus, I ask for our money back which they obliged. Will we return to this restaurant? Probably not. It is unfortunate since their food is delicious.

Food is expensive for the amount of food you get. Ticket Prizes are really cheap.

Pizza good took awhile to get it was on Labor Day weekend understandable. Table was not as clean as one would expect the table busier was trying to do his best with a full house and reserved party room.

This is an older Shakey’s. There is a game room and a place to redeem your tickets after you play your games. The employee at register was friendly. Our food was served correctly and hot. They have a really good mini pizza and chicken basket for $15. My pizza was a little greasy. There are long tables for big parties to sit all together and fountain drink machine. Overall, this Shakey’s was ok.

Pizza sauce was way too sweet. The chicken was almost as good as I remember it but everything else including the potatoes were a let down.

We have been to this shakeys multiples times and usually have a really good experience.. Today we did not. I ordered the large PCM and I asked for 6 tiger sauce. The Caucasian male with no facial hair behind the bar, gave us a hard time and said we need to buy more food in order to get more sauce. We offered to just buy the sauce separately and he said “I can give you four” and walked away very rudely! He didn’t even let us try to buy the sauce separately.

We never had issues until recently. My son lost some coins to a machine. Then he asked a worker who ignored him on purpose. Then I told a the guy working. He said oh I will get your tokens. Which he did not. Then when i went to ask again He acted like he did not see me for a legit 8 min. When the bar lady even called him to say help her. Yall must hate your job!

I drove down there from Moreno Valley to enjoy my birthday dinner with family. Ordered Large PCM and a Medium pizza only to notice everyone cleaning and no food being brought out to our table. I go ask the cashier who charged me and everyone was just puzzled as to where our food was. He then said “Let me call my manager to give you a refund.” I was are you serious? He said yes I am and walked away. So no food and everything closes at 10pm on a Tuesday. Thank you Shakey’s for ruining my birthday dinner.

They messed up my order THREE TIMES. They apparently can't tell the difference between an olive and a mushroom. They gave me a pineapple pizza, a pepperoni and mushroom pizza covered in hot sause, and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza when I ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza! Ill get to the point. After eating my son and I played games. Won about 1000 tickets 🎟. When we went to get the toys for him the lady, a short one, kept changing the amount of the prices. For example one was 500 then she said it was 800 even though it had the sign on it. At first she did not want to give us the price and also insisted that we had less tickets after. At the end my son walked out with only 3 things and she still kept the remaining tickets that we had left on the printed paper.
