It is always good at Pomegranate. We had the brussel sprouts and then salmon. Very tasty. You can't go to Pomegranate and not get dessert. 3 of us shared a bread pudding and it was amazing! Also it is good we shared because it is a good portion size.

The salmon meal was excellent. The truffle fries were a nice starter. The tacos were great according to Ms J. Then we took 3 pieces of cake to go and they were excellent. The red velvet, carrott and chocolate genache were do tasty.

Great spot with a lovely happy hour menu until 6pm! Bar seating is comfortable for a afternoon hang in the lounge but the dining room is well appointed as well with a very nice ambiance! Coming here for meals or just a drink and appetizers never disappoints. Super easy to get to with plenty of parking. One of my favorite spots in Redmond!

While this is great for lunch as well, I love coming here for breakfast. While the menu isn't as large as ones you'd find at larger, chain style restaurants that cater to the breakfast crowd, there are still some great options that suit many different taste types. My daughter is gluten and dairy free and there are still great options for her. The sourdough bread is amazing and has such a good flavor when toasted. I highly recommend the rosemary hash browns. You'll love them! If you're a latte drinker, you definitely want to order one of those as they do a great job. The wait staff is super friendly and helpful. They check on your every once in a while (but not to an annoying level) to make sure that everything is okay or you need anything else. The noise level is surprisingly low. There aren't booths and it's open tables, but the environment is such that talk and dishes don't make an echoing sound. You can have a pleasant conversation while maintaining a normal voice. There is plenty of space between tables for those that aren't as mobile as others. Whether it's a wheelchair, walker, or cane; you'll be able to move around easily and get seated into a table comfortably. For the quality of this restaurant, the prices are definitely low. The food is amazing and I'd happily pay more for that level of quality ... although, the lower prices are definitely appealing and keep me coming back!

12/13 Saturday 9am-12pm There was a professional photographer taking pictures with Santa for Free. Kids love their kids meals and fresh & crunchy hash browns. I enjoyed the flatbread with eggs. Also the dripping coffee was delicious! Thank you for providing fresh & tasty food and great services!

I dined at Pomegranate Bistro for brunch and I was little skeptical because it was in a building that was part of an office park, but they've really honed their dining experience and decor here. I tried their shrimp and grits and it was tasty. I especially want to recognize Natalie who was a wonderful server. Although I was there for a Mother's Day brunch, she had noticed that my wife and I had gotten married and when we told her we got married a few weeks prior, she brought us a slice of their delicious chocolate cake. She really made the experience great.

I’d heard great things about their catering, so I finally tried the restaurant on Easter Sunday. I was surprised they were still serving brunch at 2:30 PM! The open, airy atmosphere with a view into the kitchen is lovely, and our server was attentive and friendly. I was looking for a light yet hearty breakfast (no heavy sauces or grease), but unfortunately they didn’t have a veggie omelet on the menu, and the only available vegetable was bell pepper. It would be fantastic if they could add a mixed fruit bowl and a veggie omelet option to their menu. Overall, a great spot with wonderful staff and ambience—definitely worth a visit, especially if you love pastries!

Great place, great food, and awesome vibes. Thoroughly pleased with our first time here. The Brussels sprouts were fantastic. The entrees were delicious as well. What I really appreciate about the food is that nothing is super overpowering in terms of flavor. Everything complements each other quite well. Would recommend if you’re looking for some comfort food in the Redmond area.

Been to this spot many times, but usually for brunch. Ate here for lunch for the first time and was not disappointed. I ordered the Pom Breakfast Sandwich, which was very flavorful and a big portion. I also ordered the Parmesan Truffle Fries which were amazing. My friends ordered the Chilaquiles and Tres Quesabirria Tacos, which were both enjoyed. There seems to be some discrepancies about whether dogs are allowed at the restaurant or not. Yes, Pomegranate Bistro is absolutely dog friendly. I brought my dog and sat on the small, cute patio area they have on the side of the building. The server even brought water out for the pup. Im assuming that dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant, which makes sense. Side note, if you go to their weekend brunch, dont miss out on the Savannah Hot Puffs!

Love how family-friendly this place is while having a great atmosphere with the lighting, open kitchen, and decor. The food was delicious! I am a strong believer that when a restaurant uses good quality ingredients, minimal seasoning actually helps the ingredients shine. Ordered the harvest grain bowl, rockfish taco and kid’s mac and cheese. All of the food came out fresh and in great presentation. Been to a lot of places where the vegetarian options feel neglected but this place puts equal thought in vegetarians and meat dishes. There is truly something for everyone to like. We finished all of our food and will definitely come back again!

Nice brunch spot that wasn't to busy. Food was fresh and atmosphere was nice and clean. Server was very professional, attentive and smiled all the time. Portion size is huge. We started with a variety of lattes and their gigantic cinnamon bun ( oooh so good), the burger was juicy and tomato soup was hearty with the grilled cheese sandwich. Hubby loves the salmon egg Benedict. We visited this place 2 years ago when we were in town and glad we came back.

The best restaurant in Redmond, I’ve been coming here since 2010 and it’s always been my favorite. Tomato soup is Divine, Brussels were the best ever before they took away the bacon! Also note- their desserts are not it, I love the food but the desserts have always been cold or overcooked or hard unfortunately.

This establishment is very inconspicuous and for sure is a hidden gem. We had the prosciutto arugula pizza and salmon Benedict. Both were fantastic. Husband said a little too much arugula but that’s minor things. The pear spiced beverage was very refreshing. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Food was great and delicious. Loved it. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Checked on us to make sure everything is fine. Really appreciate their efforts. Food is made with quality ingredients and very rich in flavors. Would definitely visit again :)

Pomegranate Bistro – A Cozy & Delicious Brunch in Redmond I had such a wonderful birthday brunch at Pomegranate Bistro in Redmond, thanks to my fiancée’s surprise—and the experience was made even better by the kind and thoughtful staff who made us feel so welcome. We ordered the Lisa’s Southern Fried Chicken & Waffles, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the combo of honey butter, red pepper jelly, and maple syrup made each bite sweet, savory, and satisfying. We also got the POM Breakfast Plate, which came with perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, toast with house jam, and rosemary hashbrowns. It was hearty, balanced, and a great classic breakfast done right. To top it off, the staff surprised us with a complimentary plate of Savannah Hot Puffs—light, warm, and covered in cinnamon sugar with creme anglaise and whipped cream on the side. Such a sweet gesture and the perfect birthday treat! Between the cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and genuinely warm service, this place is a must-visit for brunch in Redmond. Highly recommend checking it out—thank you for the memorable experience, Pomegranate Bistro!

Pomegranate Bistro is an absolute gem in Redmond! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a cozy yet modern vibe. The menu offers a great variety of delicious dishes, and everything we ordered was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a special night out, Pomegranate Bistro is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice place, nice food. We tried the white fish tacos, the beef burger and the salmon dish. They were all good. The fried calamari and artichoke is nice too. The waitress was nice but too hasty for us to leave. It was 9pm so I can’t blame her. They have a huge catering service that I plan to try out in the future.

Food & Entertainment: Mother's Day Comedy Night. It was a great out. Each comedian was so funny and unique. The fish tacos were delicious, and my partner ordered the Jamaican Spiced Fried Chicken Sandwich, which was also excellent. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. We've dined here a few times prior to the event, and Pomegranate Bistro has never let us down. * Finally, I highly recommend the fried calamari and the tres quesabirria tacos. Very tasty!

I had a wonderful experience here! It was actually quite empty when we first came in so we were seated right away. Our server was wonderful, very prompt and attentive. The food was delicious and I loved my drink as well. Just an overall great experience!

Redmond mainstay with tasty food and drinks! The chicken and waffles are good, tacos (chicken, rockfish, and pork), and the flat breads are a safe bet, too. Their ciabatta with anything, including the comforting chicken noodle soup, is so good! My children enjoy their TV dinners for brunch/lunch and they've even been super accommodating to make a special TV dinner for one of my little ones with allergies! Over the years, I've received consistently great service. If you're looking to save a bit of cash, Costco in Redmond has the gift cards for 20% off face value.

We ate brunch on the patio on a perfect summer day. Service was SUPERB and everyone we encountered was so kind. We loved our food, and definitely left with some sweets from the bakery counter.

Great spot! Definitely a local go-to and very clean. The front reception had a warm, welcoming demeanor, and the bakery view was a really cool touch.

Pomegranate is a real gem. The food is consistently excellent, even with the fun of rotating menus. When we’re their guest, the service is amazing, it’s one of those places where everything is always perfect, all the glasses are full, and you’re unsure how it happened - because the conversation is so good. Every time we visit; we try to get our favorite table, hoping is Dulce working We always hope the chocolate dip for the nutter butter cookies is back on the menu ;) …but until then, the blackberry bramble cocktail does the trick :) A+++

This is a really great brunch spot. You'll need a reservation for the dining room but I've been lucky to find bar seating available. The food is quite good, they make fresh espresso drinks and the espresso martini is quite lovely.

This is a wonderful restaurant. The brussel sprouts are the best! I also ordered the squash empenadas today...delicious! The service is outstanding. The coconut ca k e is divine!

Dining at Pomegranate Bistro feels like having a family dinner without having to do any of the work or cleanup. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and seated by Brian, the General Manager, who also checked on us throughout our meal. Peyton, our server, arrived promptly at our table to take beverage orders and answer questions. She was friendly, professional, and attentive but not pushy, basically everything you want your server to be - there when you need her, giving you privacy when you don’t. The food was spectacular and the portions were generous. I had the Pomegranate Glazed Pork Chops which quite literally melted in my mouth, served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes that I had to fight my granddaughter for. Lol. My husband the born and raised Texan, had the Shrimp Grits which he declared “Just like Momma used to make!” My granddaughters had the firebreads-like pizza only better-and cleaned their plates. Check out the cookies, pastries, and cakes (Oh, my!). You will probably be too full to eat them there, but they make an amazing to-go snack for later in the evening. Lisa Dupar, the Owner, has managed to somehow make her restaurant radiate Southern hospitality while offering a fun, trendy take on homecooked favorites. Looking around the restaurant we saw nothing but tables of patrons chatting, laughing, and having a good time. What a great place to meet up with friends, family, or coworkers. We can’t wait to go back and try the breakfast menu. There’s also a bar area which looked fun, we will check that out when we are sans grandchildren. Basically, if you haven’t been to Pomegranate Bistro - GO! If you have, and it’s been a while, go back! And don’t forget to order the Pomerita- (adult variety or not) you WON’T be disappointed!

Pomegranate Bistro has a warm atmosphere and a thoughtfully crafted menu, but the desserts truly shine. The cakes and giant molasses cookie alone are worth the trip, and the BLTA is my reliable go-to every visit. Always a satisfying stop!

One word. Puffs. You must get them. If you come here only once, please come for brunch and get the Savannah Hot Puffs. I would come here just for those. My wife and I were BLOWN away at how delicious, delicate, crispy, soft, and hot these amazing cinnamon-sugar morsels are. They're like a cinnamon-sugar scone but far more delicate. I don't know what kind of dough it is, but the texture as you take that first crisp bite and taste that warm chewy yumminess just makes your mouth go to heaven. We also tried the eggs benedict with their I'm house smoked Canadian bacon. Yummy. The Canadian bacon is really great. Most of the time when you get Canadian bacon, it's okay. This time impressed me. Also those English muffins were toasted so perfectly. We had two cocktails which were both good as well. We also tried the meat lovers fired flatbread, basically a pizza without the tomato sauce and with eggs on top. It was good. Not bad. But I don't know that I would personally get it again. Last word I will leave you with. PUFFS.

Good (but pricey) food and great ambiance. We like the huge bar and area around it as it feels more lively. The other side of the restaurant faces the open kitchen and feels more formal.

The atmosphere, food, and services are good. They have many vegetarian options. We ordered SNO-VALLEY MUSHROOM & YAKIMA ASPARAGUS Flatbread, SOUTHERN CORN FRITTERS. Rating for ordered food : Flatbread - It is yummy and cheesy😋😋😋 Rating - 5/5 Corn Fritters - They look fried well from outside. But inside, it is uncooked or doughy like taste. The dip given for the fritters is tasty😋 Rating - 1/5 Overall experience is good. Flatbread is recommended🫶

4.5 overall. We two stopped for coffee and cake. SERVICE: 4.5. Excellent. Attentive and friendly. CAKE: 5.0. - Spicy Pear Cake. Generous slice was heavenly. (Available certain days) - Chocolate Chip Cookie. Moist with plenty of chocolate. COFFEE: 4.0 - Americano. Good. - Decaf latte. Good. AMBIANCE: 4.0. We were in main dining area. Quiet though high-ceilinged. Industrial vibe with kitchen visible through windows.

Bistro restaurant, nice atmosphere. Lunchtime most of the restaurant was empty. We ordered salad, fish tacos and bread pudding for dessert. The dishes were simple but the dessert was really delicious. The service is kind. You should pay more attention to cleaning the table during the serving of dishes. Overall nice.

Really solid Cobb salad and fish tacos, and honestly the best bread pudding I’ve ever had! More expensive than I would expect for this atmosphere/menu, but really tasty nonetheless. (Also, our waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. Never caught her name tho. Haha)

We had brunch here this weekend. I had the Grapefruit-Aperol Spritz and my friends had the Pomeritas. The Aperol Spritz wasn’t very strong and could have used some more champagne and the Pomeritas were too sweet for me. I ate the Breakfast Sopes, which were mostly okay but the base was pretty dry. My friends had the Breakfast Flatbread, Giant Cinnamon Roll, Pom Breakfast Plate and Lisa’s Southern Fried Chicken and Waffles with Honey-butter, Red Pepper Jelly. Overall I would go back but I would order all different items. I didn’t love what I had. However the American was very good.

Host was friendly, food was good but the waiter was not professional nor friendly and looked disheveled. Great establishment marred by unprofessional waitstaff.

T

While the food they serve is always good, the standard dinner menu is old and tired and has very limited options. No specials were offered the recent Saturday evening we were there. It's definitely not as busy as it used to be. There are many more dining options in town now, and the demographics in Redmond have changed drastically, with a much younger population that is more East Asian and Chinese. I think Pomegranate needs to think about that and invest in some re-imagining of the menu. It sort of feels like the place is on autopilot and is in need of some intense creative love to fill the dining room again.

Friendly staff, but woefully small portions. Got a small appetizer sized entree (quinoa bowl). Can't believe they charge 25$ for a tiny, tiny portion

I have been going to the pomegranate for years and have not had any issues until today. My wife ordered a Shirley Temple and the glass had some sort of seed(possibly tomatoe) stuck inside It was scratching off with a straw. We talked to the waitress who took the glass away and brought us a new drink informing us it was only a gouge from stacking glasses. So it was either unwashed or broken glass I'm not sure which is worse. The food was brought out and my fish tacos were soggy the bowl of corn was weird and the mango slop to disguise the fact they have switched to frozen pre breaded fish was just bad. 😞 To top it off our flat wear was filthy. When the waitress checked in . I explained that the rest of the flatware was disgusting and I didn't appreciate her trying to gaslight the fact that the cup was dirty I understand mistakes happen and I was willing to move on from it but with everything compounded it didn't make sense did not bring it up. I will not return here. The only reason that I am giving two stars is due to the fact that the meal was comped we did not eat all of it. We did not ask for it to be free we were willing to pay the bill and they did the right thing and just let us leave. So I cannot give them one Stars even though everything wants that to be the case they did do one thing right and that was to let us go with our bad experience for free.

K
Kaushik Atchuta

Recommend their Grilled White Cheddar Cheese Sandwich & Pom Tomato Soup, Roasted Pepper & Local Goat Cheese Firebread, Buttermilk Pancakes. Didn’t quite like their sandwiches or hashbrowns. Ordered their Rosemary Hasbrowns but the flavor was missing. Their coffee isn’t bad but isn’t great either. The staff is friendly, and they accommodated a group of 11 pretty quickly in a private dining room.

L
Larysa Plostak

The lady at the counter wouldn't let me take my latte order claiming its for DoorDash. I waited and mine was nowhere in sight. Turned out it was my order and the lady got things mixed up. I appreciate it that her colleagues said sorry but here I am drinking the latte cold. Disappointed.

I keep coming back to this place to give it another chance. It's close to my house, and the ambiance and aesthetic are great - all the makings for a potentially perfect regular weekend brunch spot. But alas. The service is so slow and disorganized, that the tables surrounding us received their food before us - even though we ordered way before them. The dishes I have tried are often underseasoned. The yolks in the eggs benedict weren't runny, nor was the dish salted. It just felt like I was eating rubber. The Pomegranate Breakfast Plate tasted like something I could get at IHOP or Denny's - and not in a nostalgic way. In a this-is-something-I-ate-as-a-broke-college-student-not-as-a-working-adult way. The French Toast just tasted like I was being subjected to eating a whole loaf of bread. No flavor. Just carbs. And a stomachache. Not to mention, I have a personal vendetta with anyone who claims to serve "chai," but in fact just dumps a tablespoon of cinnamon into hot milk. Note to self: stop giving this place chances.

We just moved back to the area after some years and met some old friends at PB for dinner. They are regulars at the restaurant. My issue was with the waitress. When she came to our table she stood each time with her back to me and speaking primarily with our male friend. Maybe he is known to be a good tipper or something. I only wanted water with my meal while the others got drinks and each time she approached our table she only filled our male friend’s glass. Not once did she fill mine and since her back was to me, even my attempts to move my glass where she would fill it went unheaded. I can understand once but the whole meal (!) and I was the only one drinking only water. Now the reason this really bugs me is that I’m hard of hearing and wear cochlear implants and am often disregarded because of my disability and it’s sad that with all the restaurants around here that I will be avoiding this one.

M
Marnie Weber

I used to love Pomegranate but recent deliveries have been terrible. Example - I ordered the bread pudding tonight, my favorite dessert. It came with burned bread, almost totally dry and a bucket of whipped cream. It used to be an actual pudding (and even came with homemade caramel). My fig and Brie flatbread had a few tiny bits of Brie covered with huge pieces of fig. I threw it all out along with $60. It feels like cost cutting to me and I probably won’t be back.
