Trusted Gut Brewing in Redondo Beach is a true gem, especially for anyone looking for great gluten-reduced beer without sacrificing flavor. Their gluten-reduced beers are outstanding — honestly far better than most gluten-free beers made with alternative grains. The taste is clean, balanced, and full-bodied, with absolutely no compromise. They also offer a nice selection of hard kombuchas and seltzers, so there’s something for everyone. On top of that, the vibe is fun and relaxed, with free games and small arcade machines that make it a great place to hang out with friends. If you’re gluten-sensitive, this place is a must-stop. 🍺✨

Came in on a whim and ended up meeting the owner Chris who gave me a one in a million customer service experience I will never forget. This is before I tasted the beer which was delicious. Stylish wide open space with lots of fun things to do. They make fresh pizza on top of having food trucks regularly. Can’t wait to come back!

First time here -- Great spot! Love the layout, staff was super attentive, beer was good. They had a burger vendor out front making smash burgers, the football games were on with a large projection onto the wall. They have an area where kids can hang, shoot hoops, and play video games and board games. Best part for me was the Kambucha on tap! Definitely will be back

I love the concept of this brewery, the brews are top notch and gluten-reduced. The West Coast IPA is my favorite. The staff is welcoming and the space has a good layout. Tons to do from arcade games, etc. A must try for anyone in the area.

Fantastic gluten-reduced beer. Really nice staff. The space is great but I wish they had a bit more outdoor space and the rotation of food trucks were a bit more gluten friendly. All in all really good beer.
