Stopped in after the lunch rush and was greeted immediately. Very nice young man took my order. Food was ready quickly and packaged nice and neat. We ordered tenders and fried chicken and both items were fresh and hot. No cold or reheated chicken. The rolls, okra, and Mac n cheese sealed the deal! Fantastic food!

Great food, friendly staff. Minus one star because there was no soap in the bathroom and a worker went in after me. Didn't see her replace the soap. But at least they had hand sanitizer.

The guy who took our order was super friendly. He kept that same energy for the customers behind us as well. Our food was good and fresh. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wanted honey mustard and I got gravy with my meal instead. I did not correct my order as the restaurant got busy. Other than that, clean restaurant, good food, and great service.

They are rebuilding it on the inside so it is temporarily drive-thru only. The lady at the window was VERY nice. The fried okra was awesome. The toast was very good. The chicken was good. The sweet tea was very good. The chicken was just not as good as I hoped it wouldve been but it was still as good as most places. Your mileage may vary.

I've been seeing lots of adds for Golden Chick's new Pimento Crunchwich Chicken sandwich, so I thought I'd go try it. All in all, the sandwich was pretty darn good. It was a good slice of chicken breast, not a pressed patty, and thicker and juicyier than either Popeyes, or Chick-fil-A, which has been my favorite. But I was very disappointed by the small amount of pimento cheese they put on it, just a little smidgen. I took the sandwich up to the counter and asked the manager if this was the amount of pimento cheese I was supposed to get, and payed extra for. He just said that he would have them put more on it. So the picture is AFTER they put more pimento cheese on it. The fried jalapeño slivers, which are supposed to add crunch and spiciness, was also disappointing. They were soo thin, mostly batter, there was little jalapeño flavor. So, bottom line, I give it 7 - 7.5 out of 10. A good amount of pimento cheese, and thicker jalapeño slivers would make it an 11. Yes 11. I'll try it again at another location to see if this one was typical or not.

The chicken was flavorful and well-cooked, providing a satisfying bite. However, the tomatoes on my salad were disappointingly sour, which detracted from the overall freshness. On a positive note, when I brought this to the cashier’s attention, she was prompt and courteous in replacing them with fresh ones, which improved the experience. A little more consistency in quality would elevate the dish, but the responsive service was appreciated.

This was probably the worst experience ever…The chicken (mixed pieces) was cooked so hard it was not even edible, also added in the mix was something unrecognizable, upon closer examination it was a battered and fried chunk of backbone, if I didn’t live forty miles away I would have brought it back, I have never been so disappointed, even the okra was hard, the only thing actually edible was the rolls

Found hair in my food. Had to turn around to exchange. Actually my appetite was ruined after finding the hair and should have asked for a refund. The fried okra was not good at all. This is my 1st visit to this location, but sorry to say I won't visit this location again. 🤬

My Chicken fried was dry as a bun left out in the Sun all day long.... Gravy lol was like water and my mashed potatoes were redicoulis! The only good thing was the the Ice because I got a lot of it I even asked easy ice nothing complete opposite. I will never go back back to this location again. It use to be good not any more! It's sad this the only fried Chicken in town and it gets nasty like this. I am sure you guys can do wayyy better then this!!!!

Poor customer service. The lady at the counter didn’t ask what sauce we wanted and she gave us gravy. Normally, we are asked what sauce we want and We don’t like or want gravy. When we brought it to the front and asked for the zing sauce we really wanted with the order she charged us and wouldn’t trade. It’s a silly thing to be irritated about but it’s the principle. We didn’t use or want it and should have been asked what we wanted.

Wont sell it extras rolls when it’s literally on the menu and It’s barely 6pm. We get our food half opened with gravy all over bag and plates.

I orderd the 9 piece combo wings, the cook had so much flour that the meat wasnt done. The wings were very nasty, greasy and fried flour that was moist on the inside. I ate 3 out of nine. I dont even want a refund, ill do myself a favor and wont eat at this location again.
