Tripe tacos $18 each Monday to Saturday 10am to 5:30pm, good size (original and copy normal tortilla) well served, unique and exquisite flavor of the best tripe tacos, flavor like those your grandmother cooked, they also have home delivery and special events.

The best place to eat tripe in all its splendor, whether golden or soft, the suadero taco is delicious and the special sauce that the place has is perfect for both tacos. Always good service. Arrive early.
The tacos are delicious: suadero, longaniza, and of course, the tiraditos are superb. You can enjoy the plaza in all its details: the fountain, the flowerbeds, the lively atmosphere, and of course, the whole ambiance of the area. The service is good, and the staff is friendly. It's a place you can't miss, just like the café across the street.
I highly recommend the tripe tacos, they're very good, 10/10. I think they cost $25. The suadero taco wasn't my favorite because the meat was too brown.
